CAPE FEAR COLLISION gets Absolutely five stars!Hi, we were actually on our way to another paint and body shop located off Amsterdam way when we accidentally turned into Cape fear collision. We met with Susan at the front reception of Cape Fear Collision body & paint and we felt so confident in the work that would be done professionally & in 7 day, not 2 months as other shops had quoted!that we didn't even bother to go to the other place. We just got our car back after a week. By the way, Susan & the owner TJ dealt with Enterprise to get us a free car, and they dealt with the insurance company to make sure we didn't pay one penny!TJ at Cape Fear Collision, and his fine staff did an excellent job in record time on our brand new vehicle that had been sideswiped in a parking lot.Cape Fear Collision negotiated & advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to make sure that supplemental payments were made by the insurance company on repairs.At Cape Fear Collision we got our car back and it looks like brand new even though it had been sideswiped on the driver side, passenger and driver door. Our bill was $0.

If I could leave 10 stars I absolutely would!! The people here are genuinely some of the nicest folks I've ever had to do business with. I got into my very first accident ever and was so worried about finding a reputable and understanding car shop that would repair my car that I love so much, CFC was recommended to me by my insurance company and a few friends so I decided to go with them, and I simply could not be more glad that I went with them. Shout-out specifically to Susan for being so nice with my endless calls and for also reaching out so many times with updates and even dealing with my insurance and the rental car company themselves instead of just sending me to be the messenger. When I got my car back, I literally GASPED!!! It has genuinely never looked better, not only the outside, but the interior as well was absolutely beautiful, it has never been cleaner and also smelled so nice!! I cannot say enough good things about Cape Fear Collision, they are some of the nicest, most understanding and kind people in all of Wilmington, and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who happens to need a car shop :)

I can t say enough great things about Cape Fear Collision! From the friendly and informative service, to the efficient and top notch repairs made to my car, I will always go to and recommend them. Susan was so pleasant to work with she handled everything related to the insurance process and called me on a weekly basis with updates. And TJ walked me through what the damages were, what repairs were needed, and a breakdown of the timeline to complete everything. They made themselves available for any questions and needs I had, and even replaced my tires after learning it was something outside of the accident repairs that my car was in need of. My car came back to me in perfect condition, cleaned and vacuumed inside, and essentially brand new. Thank you for such an amazing experience! You re the best!

I highly recommended this business as a whole! Tj has a great crew! Roberto and Mike did a fantastic job making my car look like new again. The ladies there are very communicative and friendly. They sure make the unfortunate situation easier going, as any car issues are stressful they were very understanding and helpful. Hopefully I won t need there services again, but if I do they will definitely be where I go to. Thank you again guys!!!

Cape Fear Collision is amazing and Top Notch 1000 fold!!!! I would give (25) Stars if I could!!! The TEAM cares about you and your vehicle always and never ever hesitates to make everything perfect!!! Had my BMW repaired after a collision and service was top notch. Everyone is incredibly nice and proactively provided regular updates. My battery was dying when the service was being performed, so they replaced the battery at no cost. Above and beyond service. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with their work and customer service as they repaired my 2002 Miata. To anyone else, it is just an old car, but they could tell how much I love this car and gave it special attention and care as a result. They patiently answered all my questions about the repair process, working with insurance, concerns about hidden damage and safety going forward, and they kept me in the loop and involved me in the decisions made throughout the repair. The final repair looks fantastic, I highly recommend Cape Fear Collision!

I hit my garage door frame getting white paint on fender. They were able to take care of it on the spot. Trim around wheel was loose & they were able to bang it back. Fast & efficient and very polite.Will definitely use again if I am unfortunate enough to need services.

I am so thankful that this is whether the truck went for repairs. They did a phenomenal job. The truck looks like I never dinged it. No dent and the paint job was perfectly matched. The best part was knowing I needed the truck as soon as possible they worked extra hard to get it done quickly. And the weed before Christmas as well. Highly recommend this business.

Cape Fear Collision went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Sometimes things do not always work out like you planned, but they persisted until the job was completed perfectly! The staff is super friendly, and always responsive.. Top notch customer service I would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys so much.

Fantastic! I came in with a relatively easy issue. Instead of waiting and having me come in later and drop the car off etc. they fixed it right there and then in under 30 minutes! I know they had other work but squeezed me in. Amazing. I will be glad to go here again and tell anyone I know to go here. Tony is great :)

My 2006 vehicle was involved in an accident and needed major collision work. I started reviewing shops and was losing hope until I found Cape Fear Collision and immediately knew this was the shop for me. I first spoke to Susan, who was friendly, helpful and walked me through procedure more than once. I brought my car in after she called to set up an appointment. When I picked it up, you would never know it had major work done. It looks amazing and I am extremely happy with them. Thomas, the owner, and his staff are professional and did a great job. They worked with my insurance company. In addition, they had it cleaned both inside and out. I would definitely recommend Thomas and Cape Fear Collision for anyone looking for top notch service and work.

Hands down best auto body shop in Wilmington. TJ and the crew are experienced, helpful and fair. Turn around time has always been excellent and if they cant help you, they will point you to the best person that can. They understand the appreciation that a owner has with its vehicle. Cape Fear Collision. From the moment I arrived, TJ and Susan treated me like family. They were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Their professionalism and expertise immediately put me at ease, which was greatly appreciated during a stressful time.TJ and his team took excellent care of my 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan, which had been damaged in an accident. They restored my car to its original condition, and it looked and drove as good as new. Had rear quarter panel damage on 2019 Honda Passport. Jimmy had estimate to my insurance so fast, they were able to start working on my car quickly. The promised completion date was met and I am so happy with paint match, body work and detailed cleaning. Great experience from beginning to end! I found myself in a terrible situation where a local mechanic put a hole through the middle of my 1972 Bronco hood and wasn't willing to fix it correctly. I had a recommendation to use Cape Fear Collision, and I'm so glad I did. They made a bad situation so much easier for me to deal with, and even went above and beyond to talk through the options with the mechanic so I didn't have to deal with him anymore. They looked at the damage and gave me several options of what to do, sourced a new hood for me and handled receiving the shipment of the new hood. They matched the paint to the rest of the Bronco perfectly, and it looks better than ever. They were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A friend of mine recommended Cape Fear Collision and boy am I glad she did! Jimmy and his crew are incredible. I had gotten a couple of quotes at other places that I was going to have to wait several weeks to even take it in and I wasn't treated like they cared if I did business with them or not.Jimmy gave me the best estimate and also told me I could bring it in the following day! He said he would have the job done by Friday and Bless his heart he knew I was alone and without a car and it was ready by midday Thursday. It was a pleasure to deal with the local owners and business. He kept me up to date every day and even had some ideas that would save me some money and he was right. I have never had such a great experience and hopefully I won't get into another fender bender but if I do they will be the first people I call. I just wish I could give them 10 stars 5 stars doesn't even say what a great experience a bad situation was turned into.
