I Needed my front to tires balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. I worked with a younger gentleman, he did a great job for a reasonable price, the wheels were also oversized so the tech adjusted my camber angle so that I wasn t rubbing on my quarter panels when going over bumps.he let me what what degree he adjusted them too and told me about a part I should look at getting replaced that I hadn t noticed before.everyone was friendly and answered all my questions without acting annoyed, from the front desk to the tech working on my car. I would recommend them to anyone needing an alignment.

They got me in early. Told me what additional service I needed and I walked out happyThey did not have me spending a fortune for a repair I was not prepared for. I will use them again and again

This is the best auto mechanic shop around. From the receptionist to the mechanics this place is outstanding. Another mechanic completely destroyed my Subaru engine. I had my car towed to Grissom and they did a total engine replacement, and the car is better than it was before. I will recommend this shop to any and all my friends. The price was perfect and the service was impeccable!!!

My childrens father took his truck he bought from Kenny Lovetts to have a bunch of work done and new tires put on. They did a terrible job! It had to go back. Also they kept the old tires and sold them without asking if he wanted to keep them. Probably about an $800 set of tires. Spent close to $5000 cash after everything was said and done and let s just say we won t go back there again. No we don t recommend this company. The truck is still having issues. When you spend that much money you should be very satisfied. The company should treat you exceptionally well. We received neither. Just straight-up honest people who will do what they can to make sure you get a good deal. Very happy I found them! Excellent place for large trucks too. Highly recommended.

The alignment, balancing, and speed of work, are great, along with prices. However, they disregard the manufacturers specifications, and then want to say it is no big deal, and I'm wrong. Very uneducated "technician"Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment
