I have been a customer at BSI for about 5 years and had good service. Recently had my oil changed and was in and out in 10 minutes, which was great.I did realize after driving off that the workers did not reset my oil maintenance % on my Honda. I was able to do this myself.The next day I heard loud grinding while driving. The skid guard was not properly reinstalled after the oil change causing the noise. I go back to BSI and they do not have the hardware to properly reinstall the lost parts they didn t put on after the oil change. While they did zip tie it, I will have to wait for proper hardware by my next oil change. I guess a 10 minute oil change was too good to be true.

The best in town. I needed to stop by for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Not only are they efficient, they thoroughly explain what they did and everyone there is so kind. BSI will always have me as a customer.

Went here for a state inspection! They were professional, kind and efficient. Waiting area was so nice- clean and comfortable! Highly recommend.

BSI is a BAD place for a VEHICLE INSPECTION NOT PROFESSIONAL. In 10 minutes the worker looking to my vehicle he tell me my vehicle didn't pass because my windows was tinted. I see in the street cars with more dark tint windows than my car, so I went to another place for a second inspection. At the second place my car pass the vehicle inspection. BSI only took my money. I don't recommend BSI for a VEHICLE INSPECTION.

I have been a customer here for the past few years. I called them today to try to get some help with a flat tire .I waited for almost a hour and then had to call back to continue with getting help. Except that the person that I was speaking with told me that he needed to get back to his job and that I needed to look up the places in the area that could help me.

I just returned from having my oil changed at BSI service center. I can only say good things about the service and the staff. This was actually my 3rd time receiving services from this company. Issac took care of my care and updated me throughout the entire process. I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the center. They performed excellent care on my car and it was very reasonable. Needless to say, I will be continuing to use their services in the future. I highly recommend this service shop for most of your vehicle service needs.Thank you,Diane Cunningham

I was not sure I needed a synthetic oil change. It was 6 months but only 5,000 miles. They checked the oil and all the other liquids and put air in the tires and showed us the oil was stillclean. They said come back in about 3 months for complete oil change and have a good day!We were speechless! We will be back for sure!

Our daughter attends UNCW and is from out of state. BSI came highly recommended from Wilmington locals. She got in quickly, and was given a new customer discount. A service man was waiting at her car to open and shut the door for her when she left. She will continue to use BSI. Thank you!

These guys are the best! I ve been using them for years and they always do such an amazing job checking everything from tire pressure and lights to all the fluids under the hood. My last visit I needed a minor tire repair. They had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Always love coming here. The service is fast and the employees are super friendly. They always top off the fluids and vacuum the front floor boards. Oil changes and inspections are so easy here. Highly recommend!

Every time I go to BSI, the service is quick, the employees are professional, and I leave feeling assured. This time was no different. The heat outside was oppressive even just sitting down in the shade, and I have great respect for the technicians working in it. I never feel like I am treated differently because of my gender, which has happened at other service locations. Thank your whole team for their efficiency and professionalism, including the front desk woman! I wouldn t go anywhere else!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Great experience last week at BSI Service Center. The low tire pressure indicator came on in my 4runner, so I had BSI check it out. They found 2 plugs in the same tire that were leaking air, and replaced both. A female technician (can't remember her name) took the lead with my vehicle and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the situation with my tire. I highly recommend BSI!

I brought my Jeep there to get the brakes inspected and was charged $20 just to have them checked. I had noticed a small squeak when braking the night before so I stopped out of caution. They advised me I needed all new brake pads, rotors, and calipers because they were wearing unevenly. They quoted the job to be $1200. And advised I should not wait long to have the work done to be on the safe side. My neighbor works at a mechanic s shop and I asked her for a second opinion, as I was shocked my vehicle needed $1200 worth of work. She had her husband look at my vehicle and he told me there was NOTHING wrong with my brake s except for a little rust build up due to living at the beach! He said that was the squeak I was hearing. I do not recommend this shop to anyone as they are obviously trying to take advantage of people and rip them off!! Very sad as I thought they had a good reputation.

I have used them many times and they are trustworthy. I have compared them to many local places for my regular service and they are always competitive.Went for brakes today and knew I had a turn signal bulb out. I didn t mention it because I planned to just fix it myself.While I was in for my brake pads, they saw it was out and fixed it without mentioning it or adding it on the bill.Don t go anywhere else if you value integrity and quality service!Also a Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings next door if you have to wait!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I wouldn t even rate them a 1. I wasn t told the charge for them to take a look at my 1999 Honda for brakes which I told them it was in the front. I got charged for it, which is fine. But then you price me $400 to fix them. Just an hour later a family member of mine called in and they priced them $199. My family member told them exactly what they told me was going on and the price was different $200? They said, and I quote Maybe I priced it wrong. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you re a female going in by yourself.

I highly recommend this company for your oil changes. They are professional and loyal. We got my sons oil changed there and 2 weeks later he was having issues with his car. I thought it was the oil. They sent one of there employees to my house to check the car. The guy was very efficient and helpful. The issue is not the oil. I give this company 10 stars. I will use them over and over again. Just because they cared enough to come to me and check the car out. Kindness and great customer service goes a long way in my book.Service: Oil change

This place is a "breath of fresh air". After years of dealing with varied auto services, dealers or otherwise, overcharges, etc., BSI is the best auto service shop I've seen in 50 years of driving. Fast and efficient, the guys doing the mechanical work and inspections are great and the ladies at the check out counter likewise. I rarely do reviews unless I have a major complaint about something. A totally positive review from me is even more rare and has to be really justified to motivate me to take the trouble to do so. But they deserve it. No wonder they're always busy.Service: Oil change

My oil change and car inspection took less time than my Starbucks order next door took. The mechanics are amazing and so is the receptionist inside. I doubt I'll ever use another company in Wilmington again.
