I had the utmost confidence in your dealership when I purchased my use car last week. Previously, I had purchased a used car at your dealership and I trusted that my buying experience this time around would be as pleasant as the first. However, my recent purchase has been far from pleasant. You advertise that your customers are important and that you do everything in their power to make sure they are satisfied. I am far from being satisfied with this purchase. You stated in your email to me that relationships with me continue after the purchase. Your management has done nothing to make sure this relationship continues. It is obvious you do not value your customers. I would not have purchased this vehicle if I had not been completely satisfied with the verbal agreement for repairs to my vehicle. You would rather lose a sale on a car than to make sure your customer is completely satisfied.

Everything went awesome with our new ride. Brian and Steve were great and could not have found anyone else that were as helpful and down to earth as them both. Customer service was great! Will definitely be dealing with them again in the future. Love the new ride and happy we went with Bob King thanks guys.

I had a pleasant and pretty smooth experience working with Brian C at Bob King. I found prices to be fair and reasonable. But the most important thing was that they weren t pushy or overbearing. I would recommend.

Robert Hankins came out to meet me on a Friday night after dark as I was looking at pre owned trucks on the lot. It was freezing cold, and he went out of his way to make sure I was finding what I was looking to know. When there was nothing on the lot, he asked if I wanted to search his inventory and found a truck still in maintenance that checked the boxes for what I was looking for. He got it out first thing Monday morning, we test drove it and I am a happy customer.

I have had my vehicle nearly three years. Each time I needed a loaner, none were ever available. Each time I had to rent a vehicle to get me to and from, as I am a two hour drive from Wilmington. This added expense is ridiculous when Mercedes advertise five star ratings.

Title: Deceptive Dealership: A Cautionary Tale of Bob King AutomallMy recent experience at Bob King Automall was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was met with dishonesty, deceit, and a complete lack of integrity. The salesman, Robert H, touted himself as a seasoned employee with two decades of experience under his belt, but it became abundantly clear that his expertise lay solely in the art of deception.Robert shamelessly misled me about the trim level of a vehicle I had shown interest in. Despite his supposed years of experience, he managed to get the basic facts wrong. When confronted about his misinformation, he tried to deflect the blame, claiming he had been given incorrect information. This excuse is utterly absurd and only highlights his inability to take responsibility for his own actions.To add insult to injury, Robert went on to assure me that the vehicle was backed by a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty. It was only after some further investigation that I discovered this to be yet another falsehood. The audacity of the deception was shocking. When I questioned Roberrt about inspecting the vehicle, he claimed to have done so. However, it was evident that he had never laid eyes on it, as the vehicle's condition was far from what he had described.The deceitful conduct didn't end with the salesman, as the sales manager, Ray D, displayed a distinct lack of accountability and integrity. When confronted about Hankins' blatant lies, Ray offered a flimsy excuse about misinformation from someone else. It was clear that he had no interest in addressing the issue or ensuring customer satisfaction.I expressed my frustration to Ray, explaining that I had traveled out of my way to visit their dealership solely based on Hankins' representations. I had explicitly stated that I was not interested in anything else but the specific vehicle he described. Ray had no response, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer concerns.To make matters worse, upon inspecting the vehicle, I discovered numerous hidden damages that were not evident in the pictures provided. Additionally, the presence of mold raised serious concerns about the possibility of flood damage. It is outrageous that a supposedly low-mileage 2022 vehicle would have such issues.Bob King Automall's dishonest practices are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of honest dealerships everywhere. They knowingly deceived me and wasted my time, causing undue inconvenience and disappointment. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be extremely vigilant and wary. They are not to be trusted.In conclusion, my experience at Bob King Automall was one riddled with deception, lies, and a complete lack of integrity. I implore potential customers to steer clear of this dealership if they value honesty, transparency, and fair dealings. Choose wisely and avoid the heartache and frustration that I endured at the hands of Bob King Automall.

This is a great place to service your vehicle. They service all makes and models and their techs are top of the line. Customer service is always kind and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have used them for over 5 years and they've done at least 25 big jobs on my older truck. Perfect every time and I wait for all my jobs. Nice customers lounge as well.

I was the only customer standing there no one asked can we help you. As I stepped towards the door out a guy coming in asked u been helped. I said no l have a service question, he said I am the MB driver I'll get one of those guys sitting there to help you, I said thank. The mechanic said let me get back to work and the guy eating chips at his desk with the mech, I can help you. never had service (lack of ) like this on other visits. Mercedes-Benz service has always been top of the line. Hum.

Could not be more pleased with the way we were treated as a customer. Robert and Jonah were very quick to respond and answer any of our questions regarding the vehicle we purchased. We actually traveled from Knoxville TN to purchase our vehicle and found that the description of the vehicle was spot on and very honest. Would happily do business with them in the future.

Robert was cool until things became unclear of me actually purchasing my vehicle then he became agitated and kind of rude. Also after the purchase he became rude due to the transaction having a hiccup which ended up being on their end. The finance manager was good at getting the loan approved although my appraisal for my Cruz was way undervalued and belittled. Finance manager also became a bit rude in the process. Love my truck but wouldn t buy from here again

One of the best truck buying experience I have had with a dealer. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado excellent condition. Our salesman Brian Medlin was very patient and not pushing me into something. After the purchase, he followed up with me to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. Thank you again. I highly recommend this dealership.

Best car buying experience I have had yet. Ray helped us find exactly what we needed and worked closely with his sales manager to make an excellent deal for us. These guys went above and beyond and were very helpful and honest throughout the process.

March 8 th, just a few days ago, I visited the dealership for warranty service . I have never been treated better! Everything started out great... Then my car broke down right after the regular warranty expired due to a valve intake converter. They fixed it because thankfully I bought the extended warranty... but they still charged me for a battery. Even though the battery was killed due to the issue with the break down. Then we get to now and two of the tires that they sold me on my car shredded without EVER being driven on flat. I loved this car when I bought it but I now know to never buy a car from here again.Update: When I called about the tires I was told that since they hadn't serviced my car in a year there was nothing they could do. Well, it would help if their company was open during hours that I WASN'T at work. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN

My son bought his first car last Friday and Jesse Westfall made it an easy going and painless process. I typically hate car shopping. I always feel as though you have to be on the lookout for how dealers are out to get one over on you . This experience was just the opposite. I can t find one negative thing to say. I m extremely pleased with how Jesse made this a great experience for my son. Thank you!

Don't think I've ever been able to say anything nice about a car sales man. THIS PLACE IS DIFFERENT. Courteous, helpful, and most of all not PUSHY at all. I never seen one until I actually was ready to talk somebody. Awesome experience

Service and staff are top notch! Very clean, very nice and helpful! I was there to purchase a new key and remote, was told it could take over an hour. I was out in less than 30 minutes!

We bought a used Honda CRV from Bob King and the tire light has stayed on since the second week we had the car. My wife has taken the car in three times to have the car repaired and has yet to get the issue corrected. The salesman that sold us the car (Robert) could not speak enough about Bob Kings great service after the sale. All not true. Not sure what it will take but we will get the issue resolved.
