Every time I have to take my car in, the customer service is always excellent at BMW of Wilmington. They have even supplied me with a loaner car twice, once just to run home and take care of my dogs since the wait was longer than expected. Everyone is friendly, the place is immaculate, has a very nice waiting area, and I have even been given a private area in which to attend a work call while I was waiting.

BMW of Wilmington was easy to schedule an appointment for my car and they reminded me often enough that I didn't forget. Tyler was friendly, personal, and had all my paperwork and Loaner Car ready when I arrived. My service and repairs were done quickly and the video supplied by the mechanic of the repairs and maintenance that he did was really neat. My car was ready when I returned, clean and washed. I was out the door quickly and headed back home. Best service of any dealer I've ever had.

Outstanding customer service. Tyler did an amazing job working with me on having my car repaired. He was kind, patient and very helpful. Even arranged for me to get a loaner. And the shuttle service driver, Mike, even was amazingly kind! Thank you so much for this great experience!

Excellent customer service! My advisor Julia and technician Evan are both top notch. Julia is very knowledgable and attentive to the concerns I have had with my vehicle. She always communicates in a timely manner. Evan is very thorough and professional in his video reports and of course in the work he s done on my vehicle.

My wife and I are part-time residents of the area and our only car (a BMW iX) had a flat tire, effectively stranding us. The tire was non standard and not stocked. In less than two days, BMW Wilmington found us a new tire and had us back on our way. Most importantly, they kept us informed of what was going on and worked us into their busy service schedule. Great Service! Kudos to BMW Roadside Assistance as well.

Not happy at all with my service experiences over the past week. We had an appointment at 7:30 am on Friday 12/22. Dropped the car off Thursday afternoon. I got no updates unless I reached out to you. Finally was told late on Friday that a part needed to be ordered.I made an appointment for that part to be installed on Friday 12/29, again at 7:30 am, and dropped the car off on Thursday afternoon. I had to contact you to confirm that the part had been received. Again, the car did not get into the service bay until late afternoon, and then only after I said I must have the car back and the work done that day.At this point, I don t know why I bother making an appointment. I took the earliest possible appointment both days and the car didn t get in until 4:30 pm either time. For one repair, I was without my car for four days, and it would have been longer if I hadn t picked up the car on 12/23 so that I could use it while waiting for the part. Even then, I didn t want to drive it much because the needed part was part of the ABS system and I wasn t sure how safe it was, though I was assured it was safe. If the car wasn t still under warranty, I d be looking for another place to have it serviced.

The Advisor worked hard to ensure my needs were met. Technician was excellent...good diagnostics. Only issue was that my independent tow truck was late and I was told by a BMW receptionist that my loaner car was given to another customer...but it really wasn't. As a result I could not be present at the drop off, and I had to have my wife take me to the dealer to pick up my car and follow me home (70 minutes each direction). Were it not for that miscommunication, I would have given the dealer 5 stars.

We received excellent service from Wilmington, BMW Service department. Mike, the service coordinator was excellent to deal with. He kept us up-to-date on all the progress and everything that we needed to know while our car was in the shop. Mike was very courteous and informative and we really appreciate the excellent service that we received from him. Mike went above and beyond for us and we are very appreciative!

I was greeted professionally upon arrival, check in was seamless and methodical. Work expected was discussed, updates through the work and video of the service technician was available. Completion was delayed due to a part back order, communication was good and the vehicle was delivered to my home.This dealership lived up to the BMW experience, expectations and quality service. Five Star all the way !

Easy to communicate with multiple forms of contact. Regular communication. Easy to get a loaner that matches what you have in for service. And if they know you are interested in another model, they try to get one of those as a loaner. Work well with third party warranties. Very happy with my service advisor Greg.

I had needed some services that required my car to be towed to BMW and shortly after I had to attend training out of town for about 3 months. (Terrible timing) They stayed in contact with me and communicated everything well so I was in the loop. Once complete, they had my vehicle delivered to my residence, so when I return it would be there and wouldn t have to worry about getting a ride down there to pick it up. Overall, great experience with Julia and the team. Julia was patient and understanding to my unique situation. This goes a long way with me and I will be returning for future service with her and the team at BMW!

Amazing service. Besides the super friendly staff I was really impressed with how they kept me up-to-date via videos by the tech walking around the car and going into detail about each of the things he was checking. Also appreciate their shuttle service since the maintenance took a while so they took me and then picked me up from restaurant nearby where I had lunch.

The staff, as well as the mechanic, was very professional and helpful. Because I just had new tires installed not long ago, and ran over a screw, they were able to offer a savings to me. I very much appreciated the reduced fee.

As usual, actions with staff was pleasant and professional. I was a little disappointed that, even though I had an appointment, it took four hours to have my tires rotated and get an oil change.

For the last two times Mike has been my advisor. These two events have been the best I have experienced with this dealership in 4 years!!! His skillset is to take care of the customer and to make it easier to continue your day. I have spent thousands and thousands with dealership and he was the first advisor to ever offer me a loaner vehicle. It is nice to be treated with respect and understanding.

The service experience is great from beginning to end. My service rep Greg Mays is awesome, I get updates throughout from reminders of the upcoming appointment, while my car is there being serviced (a video) and when it is complete. Great dealership!!

Super friendly good driver who knows a lot about Wilmington and its history. Nice stories about the town every time I ride with him. BMW OF WILMINGTON has a super staff in the Baker/Pensky repair shop. The constant quality, hard work and genuine effort make them a pleasure . I go every three months to have the BMW detailed and they take care of the rough and tumble of downtown living. People consistently say that car looks brand new and it does!

The Service Dept did a routine annual 10k oil change, fluid check, and courtesy inspection, providing me a detailed, narrated video. Scheduling the service was easy and convenient. I'm very satisfied with all service I've had done at BMW of Wilmington.

Five star service and 5 star treatment. I ve serviced my BMW sat a few different locations and by far BMW of Wilmington is the BEST. You are not treated like a customer, they make you feel like family. I l feel like everything they do is with the mission of providing excellent customer service. Tom create with a cheerful Good Morning at 8 am and even made me a cup of coffee. Tyler made my service seamless and was full of professionalism with tons of politeness.
