I cannot say enough about my experience with Corey Johnson at BMW of Wilmington!! He made the process of buying a new vehicle an easy one and respected each and every request I made. He wasn t pushy and didn t stalk me for business. He was professional, personal, attentive, reasonable and grateful and I can t wait to work with him again. If you re in the market for a new vehicle, go see Corey! You won t be disappointed! He is a rock star and BMW is lucky to have him.

Gareth was an absolute pleasure to deal with at BMW of Wilmington, can't recommend him enough! We were considering other options from other dealerships. But it was Gareth and his character that ultimately made our decision easy. He felt like a standard of which all car salesman should act by. On our first test drive he was very passionate about the brand, as well getting to know us we talked about his kids and our baby. Not once was money talked about until we brought it up on the third meeting. Gareth felt genuine and natural like hanging out with a caring friend. As a result of his character we walked away with a 2020 BMW x3 as happy as can be. This was our first experience with BMW and as a result of our experience we are for sure staying with the brand and this dealership for the foreseeable future.We were not fond of our dealings with "Joey" he actually made the deal fall through but Gareth called us back and made it right!! I can't stress enough how great the guy is. If it wasn't for Gareth we wouldn't have considered our purchase further.

I had an excellent experience much better than I had at other dealerships! My salesperson, Robert Figgs, was wonderful to work with, made the whole process really easy, and went above and beyond to stay in contact with me, even after my purchase, to provide information, updates and answers to my many questions.I was 3.5 hours away from the dealership so he offered to send me a video tour of the car before I made the decision to drive out, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and he didn t try to rush me into a purchase like they did at other dealerships. His teammates were great to work with as well Michael made things run smoothly on the finance side of things and Ava sat in the car with me for awhile after I purchased it to go over all of the buttons and features, set up the navigation, answer my questions, etc. I would love my new car in any event, but I really appreciate the team at BMW of Wilmington making it a pleasant experience!

Alan Shapiro was my sales man for the third bmw I have bought from you. He was great. Also your service department is fantastic. Greg does a wonderful job. I like that when my tires are low or I need washer fluid I can stop by anytime to get my car fixed quickly.

I bought a used 2020 BMW 840i convertible from BMW Wilmington in Feb 23. The buying experience with Roman was fast, smooth and 5-stars. This review, however, is for the service department. The original 3-year warranty ran out over the summer, and I had my first owner-paid oil change last week. The 20K oil change and filters were $500. Ooof, but ok. Then they recommended I get an alignment, and I reluctantly agreed. The alignment was an additional $200 and nothing was out of spec more than 10 minutes of a degree (less than 1/6 of a degree). I did not in fact need an alignment, but they charged me anyway. This just felt like dirty pool, and I don t think I will have any further services done at this dealership.UPDATE: The GM of the dealership reached out to me and has made this situation right. I appreciate the follow-up to a bad review with action and I am satisfied.

We just took delivery of a new 330i this week. This whole transaction was probably the best experience I ve had with a dealership (this is our 4th BMW). Roman and Joey could not have made this any easier! This dealership is top notch and when I m ready for my next vehicle, we will return to BMW of Wilmington!

We purchased a pre-owned 2020 Mini Cooper S from John McDougald at BMW of Wilmington. This was by far the best buying experience I can remember in over 40 years of purchasing cars.The entire process was handled over the phone and via email. We traveled from Maggie Valley six hours to pick up the car. When we arrived, John had the car ready and waiting in a delivery showroom. The car looked new. John was a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. Once we were at the dealer all we had to do was contact my insurance company and sign the documentation.Scott in Finance, who handled the documentation, offered extended warrantees without pressure and in 15-20 minutes of signing papers, we were on our way with our beautiful Mini Cooper S.Thank you, John McDougald, for one of the best car buying experiences of my lifetime.Ron & Cheryl

I ordered a BMW here today. Roman Guevara and his team helped me go through all the procedures very carefully and professionally. They also patiently explained and demonstrated various functions of the car for us. This made my wife and I very happy, and it made me feel that this driving experience was great. This is one of the best dealerships that I ve ever worked with. The level of service across the board is outstanding. Corey helped me with the purchase of my car and couldn t have been more pleasant and professional to work with. Financing, parts, the cashier, you name it, were all very easy to work with, listened to my needs and made the entire experience pretty awesome. A complimentary brake oil flush offered by BMW on purchase of a new BMW X5 was refused as i was late by a month due to health problem, the dealership where this X5 was bought from was willing to perform the service at no cost even at a later date. On letting the service advisor know that this is what i was told by the service advisor where this X5 was bought from he said we do it the right way. Was charged $247.04 ,the same service is offered by another reputed shop locally for $110.00.

I just purchased my fifth BMW and the last two were from this dealership. The salesman we worked with, Eddie Lennon was the best salesman we have ever worked with when buying a car! He took the time to discuss all of our options in detail. He was patient, answered our questions and just made us feel like we were important to him. Eddie even offered a third option that we did not think of. I cannot recommend BMW Of Wilmington and more specifically Eddie Lannon enough!!

I purchased my truck from this dealership with the help of John McDougald. He was phenomenal!Before the deal was closed, he was very communicative and helpful with answering all of my questions. I flew in from out of state and he made the deal seamless. Chris was also very helpful and informative!If you re considering any vehicles that they have on their lot, GET IT! Even though I live now in Raleigh, NC, I still choose to do business with BMW of Wilmington where I've purchased cars for at least 2 decades! John McDougald is such a excellent sales advisor and treats me with nothing but kindness and respect. He goes out of his way to make sure that every detail is taken care of.
