Kevin is always there and runs a tight shop, efficient, knowledgeable and fair prices - all of this keeps us coming back for service and tires. Today had the pleasure of meeting Greg who did the same. Wonderful, quick visit and comfortable shop too. Thank you!

I am very pleased with Black's Tire & Auto Service. Last year just as we were leaving on a trip we developed a flat tire. Black's immediately repaired it, allowing us to be on the road on schedule. Because of that great service, we had all 4 tires on our Subaru Forester 2020 replaced today. A day earlier I had asked Black's if they could replace the tires with the same make. They said yes, they ordered them, and within a day they had them in stock. Today I showed up for the tire replacement - with no appointment. I waited less than two hours as they replaced the tires. They did a great job - and speedy too. I will remain a customer..

I got new tires and state inspection; was informed about the tire-rod end bushings being worn and needed replaced soon. I already knew about this but appreciated the way it was handled and that I was told it was ok temporarily. This built my trust for the company and I will certainly schedule an appointment soon to have this repaired. Great company and employees were friendly and professional.

My review is actually for the Market St store, but since you can only leave one review per business, I'm leaving my review here. I bought a full set of new tires at the Market St location, and at the time of purchase, it was said that I'd get free rotation for the life of the tires.Well after about 5000 miles, I stopped in around noon, and told Jason that I needed them rotated (easily $20 or more at quick lube), and he got me in and out in about an HOUR! And without any hassle. (My number is registered in their system).Having a business follow through with what they promise is refreshing. Thanks Blacks!!

Outstanding customer service! The technician greeted me as soon as I stopped my car and checked air in all 4 tires within a minute of my arrival. Great employee! One tire had a slow leak. I was in and out with the tire repaired within 10 minutes! Highly recommend Blacks Tire!Dale Nixon

Like my dad in Lumberton, I have trusted and enjoyed the friendly people at BTS for decades. Even though the Oleander Drive shop staff don t know me, they treated me like family. Their work is top notch, professional and fast.

I have a college kid in Wilmington but live 3 hrs away. Blacks tires was honest, reasonably price, super quick and efficient when I took my sons car for tires. I was limited on time, so I dropped the vehicle off late in the afternoon and they had it ready for my son to pick up first thing the next morning!!..We will definitely be returning soon for alignment, and any other needs that arise in the future. I am so glad to have found this place!

Black's was recommended to me by the roadside assistance guy who put my spare tire on. I was in need of 4 new tires anyway. I went in on a Saturday and because my tires are small and not super common the blonde guy who helped me had to order them. I dropped my car off Monday morning and it was ready by 1pm or so. Joe called once and said I needed some new brake pads so I had them put those on, too. My little car needed some work and Black's really did a great job. Both the counter guys I spoke to were friendly and helpful without being pushy and I feel like I got a good deal for 4 tires, pads, oil change, inspection. I would definitely recommend Black's to anyone looking for quality service.

Staff at the Oleander location is ALWAYS friendly. Service is usually quick, but some days they are swamped, they still work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. No matter what, they do it with a smile. Absolutely love them, have taken all of my cars to them and will continue to do so. Never feel like they try to take advantage of me or sell me a service I don't need.

1. This person at the desk was friendly.2. I was offered a scan would be done to find the problem, there was no mention of the cost. After the scan was completed I was told the price was $120. The scan took at no more than 7 minutes. This is a very poor business practice.3. The hourly rate is $120 seems quite high.4. I was charged $25 for shop supplies . It s difficult to understand how changing a spark plug and wire could use $25 of supplies.5. The technician did the job quickly.6. The business seems to be understaffed.7. Overall the company did a reasonable job, however, at the very, very high price of $410 for changing one spark plug and one shark plug wired.BUYER BE WARNED BLACK S IS A VERY HIGH PRICE SHOP!!!!!

I have been a customer of Black's several times and that's why I stopped in the other day. I was looking to match a spare I purchased in 2020 that was never used so I would have a pair to install on my car. The counter team member took the time to research inventory and was able to match it perfectly. The team member took my number and kept in touch with me as to when it would arrive. The price was very competitive and forget using Tire Rack or some online service. I appreciate the way I was treated as a valued customer.

During my lunch break yesterday, I encountered a flat tire. Despite not actively seeking the best option, I recalled positive experiences from coworkers with BT at other locations. Given the proximity of the Oleander branch, I chose to leave my car there, even though immediate assistance wasn't available. Daniel, my customer service representative, and JJ, whom I spoke with multiple times, were both courteous and helpful. Daniel provided the necessary guidance to ensure my car's safety and swift return to the road today. Additionally, they exceeded my pricing and timing expectations, which I anticipated to be longer and more expensive. Overall, my initial experience was outstanding, and I'm grateful. I highly recommend, awarding a 5-star rating. Well done!

Prompt and fast service. In and out for an oil change. Staff always take the time to answer any questions I have related to my vehicle and offer suggestions to resolve issues I m having. Highly recommend!

Chase has an excellent customer service skill set. Great job with the TPM system on a Corvette my shop restored. Excellent job keeping the freshly restored Corvette looking as it did when it was dropped off. Keep up the great work!

Stopped in at the Oleander location with grinding brakes and a completely missing brake pad and they were able to put in new pads, rotors, and calipers in a quick amount of time. The front desk employees put in time and effort to locate parts and helped show me someone previously installed a bad part and they fixed this as well. Thanks guys.

The boys at Black's Tire on Oleander Drive in Wilmington are absolutely the best at getting your problem taken care of regardless of what that problem is! I look for Blacks tire wherever I go and I travel by car everyday by hundreds of miles. They get it done at every location in a professional, efficient way that gets you in and out as soon as possible! Thanks BTS for your persistence to be the best!

I had a continuous very slow leak in a tire/wheel that has been difficult to troubleshoot. Black s Tires people did a great job resolving my problem that other companies had not been able to. Many thanks for a very professional job by the front desk and tire staff employees!

I am a huge fan of Black s Tire. I ve been in Wilmington for a little over 5 years, and they have proved to me to have the lowest prices, the absolute best customer service ever, and just an overall great experience. Usually I go to the Market location, but I m at the Castle Hayne location and they have proved to be the same. Couldn t recommend them anymore.

Great and timely service as always! As a woman, I m always worried about getting taken advantage of, but they just take great care of me and my car.Had a flat in my own driveway! The guys took my car at 8 and had me back on the road by 10:30-with a patch-always great service and great quality

The superior customer service and knowledge provided by Brian is consistent and invaluable. He leads with a positive, informative, and encouraging attitude. He has a drive which is simply about getting the job done and your vehicle returned as soon as possible. Follow up calls are handled with confidence and immediately with all staff. Picking up and paying for the service is always quick and easy. The receipt is clear and concise.
