Black's installed 4 tires on my 96 year old dad's Chevy 4x4. When I got home, I showed them to my dad. That's when we noticed the tires were not All-Terrain. I called Black's Tire and spoke to Carl, and he was very helpful! He ordered the tires I wanted, installed them the next day, and ensured we got a veteran's discount. Then, when I asked him how much more I needed to pay, he said, "You're all set!" I would recommend Black's Tire to anyone. They treat you like family which is rare in a company anymore!Thanks Carl!

These folks helped me out in a pinch the first time when I was on my way to work, got a screw in my tire. Pulled in to see what they could do, and they went out of their way to patch up the tire and get me back to work.Today (Saturday) I was on my way home from a short road trip and stopped in to see if they could fit me in for new tires. Not only did they get me new tires but they also helped me with my brakes, (I had forgotten to get those done a while back) and they got it done within a good time frame and a fair price. I have nothing but praise for them and they have a customer for life.

My car had been running a little rough. Took it in to be checked out, & it ended up needing a new oxygen sensor & in take manifold gasket.On my way home, I couldn't believe the difference. It ran so smooth! Such a difference!Everything was also done in a timely matter. Took only 2 hrs. They did a great job. Thanks guys!

Been going there for years outstanding people, and service.Got 4 tires and alignment today. Carl is an excellent sales person. Jamie has been there 3 days and will be a good addition to the outstanding staff already in place.

I appreciate the quick, excellent service! I worked with Carl to have several problems fixed. After checking out the car, Carl called me to explain other issues with my car as well as the repair costs. The work was completed in less than a day and the costs were as explained initially. I will continue to do business with them!

Black s Tire is the BEST!! I have been going there for all of my vehicles maintenance and repairs for years and have always had positive experiences. It can be intimidating finding trustworthy mechanics (especially as a woman) but I trust them completely. I m so grateful to them for all of their car help and look forward to continuing to go there in the future.

This is my only car care provider. They are customer oriented, have a can do and come in now policy. Pricing is quite reasonable. Carl Brewer and his entire front desk staff is unparalleled in great service. This is a place where they know your name. Every customer I send there goes back for all future needs.

Purchased 4 new tires plus an alignment on 11/21/2023. Was very happy with service and sales staff. Was even offered a pickup if vehicle was ready before 3 pm. My girlfriend did the picking up as the vehicle was ready more towards 4:30 pm. All in all, I had an extremely good experience with the final outcome and would return to purchase another set when needed. A special shout-out to Kristian the salesman I dealt with.Since I didn't have a GMAIL account I used my friends. This service was performed for Rosemary Smith on her 2008 Jeep.Thanks guys for making this experience pleasurable.

I had a great experience here. They had two different options for my tire in stock (it s a pretty rare tire). The customer service was great and it they mounted the tire very quickly without me even setting an appointment beforehand. 5 stars!

Had an emergency situation! Set it up night before(no appointment was set) showed up at opening, there were about 5 people already checked in and waiting. They got me in for a 2 tires and was still able to return home, get ready for work and showed up only a few minutes late! I was able to make my deliveries as usual and with confidence. Great job. Very friendly staff as well.

Blacks tire and Auto was great, the tires are exactly what I wanted and being a 30 year old truck that I ve owned for28 years, working on it is not easy but they did it! An alignment with a bushing that was very jammed. They communicated well with me and were fair and honest, what more could you want!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. I had a little sticker shock at the bill, in all fairness I usually take my car to Burgaw and the pricing is much less in a small-town versus in town. My car needs were met, no issues with service.

Just purchased new tires for my vehicle here. It was a great experience in that I felt they were trying to educate me on my options so that I could make the best decision rather than trying to upsell me. They were able to get the work done quickly and everyone we dealt with treated us well. Great customer service.

Got an alignment, when I went to pick my car up they drove it clear over the curb and destroyed the bottom of my bumper. Also Killed my battery and took over half an hour to get somebody to jump it.

I called day before to check my front end and alignment and set a time where I could get it in and not wait. Clerk said I could be there first thing on open and can check it right away. When I brought it in it took 30 minutes to bring it back and then I sat there for 90 more minutes to see states as I was asking them to check my front end. Clerk went back and said there checking it. Before calling me back they joked about me having to come back in 30 days because the issue wasn t alignment. I also noted the alignment check time wasn t until after I inquired. 2.6+ hours for a check. On my travels across country the wobble increased and I now have wear on tire. Not service not attitude I was expecting as I use blacks in my home town and had great service in past

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I definitely felt I was being taken care of. I dropped my car off for a repair and received it back the same day and at a fair price. I would recommend Black s Tire and Auto for any repair needs. Carl helped me out and he made me feel as if I had known him forever.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation around mid-morning. They were done in under an hour and did fine work as always. Staff is very friendly and easy to talk with.

Black s fixed my tires and did it correctly, with patches. No plugs! I must have run something over on a job site and the next morning I had both passenger tires flat. I was really concerned since I am traveling several states later this week but they took care of me and I got it back the next day (towed it there late on a Friday so didn t expect it back same day).The staff I spoke to and dealt with at the counter were all very friendly.Black s earned a customer!

Blacks tire is the best place in town for all your automotive needs. Customer service is 1st class. Always there to take care of all my issues, and never tries to upsell me. Can t say enough about them, I would never go anywhere else.

I came in to get a oil change and a inspection. They said to pass the inspection I had to have some kind of stuff done to my tie rods and have it aligned. My 06 Chevy HHR has $293,000 mi Plus. I have never had any trouble with the vehicle. But I am going on a trip. So I needed to have it done and the inspection done so I did it it would be a one-time thing as long as I have this car. But when I had it all done. I was leaving to go to my VA appointment. I noticed that the old oil sticker was still there. Plus when I pulled out the engine light was on. So I just thought it would go out on its own. So the sticker being there raised concern. I came back after calling them to let them look at the vehicle. They put the proper sticker back on the vehicle. After they were done with their machines and not figuring out why the light was on. Asked me to drive it for a little while to see if it will go out. So I decided to do that. But then when I was pulling out the car started jerking and almost cut off on me. They got another mechanic to look at it someone better I guess. So he wiped out the system. And I came to the conclusion that I need a new battery. So I'm going to buy a new battery. Because I don't need any problems on my trip. I do not know why this happened right after approving my inspection. But I have had trouble the last time I was there. Very silly things and very unprofessional. And here I am back again and get the same thing happening as in very unprofessional stuff. You would think it would be mandatory to put the sticker after the oil change?? This is a small thing but shows unprofessionalism. That's why they only get a two star

Everyone at Black's Tire and Auto has always been nothing but kind, honest, accommodating and knows what they are doing. I cant thank them enough for getting my car in for checks and work even with out an appt. Highly reccomend them!

Went in to get my tires checked. Not only did they recommend getting new ones, I was running on slick, but the did a total check up when they heard I was going on a trip.

The battery died in my Jeep Wrangler. I got it jump started and called Blacks Tire & Service, whom I ve used as my car service clinic for over 6 years. They checked and had the right battery for my car. I had it in and out of the shop in 30 minutes. I ve found their employees to be knowledgeable and friendly and their work very professional.
