always great service. i have been taking car i bought there for servicing since i bought it in 2012. taking my other cars there as well. not once i have been pressed to upsell something. i ask them to do a specific service and they do it in a very timely manner. don't think i have been waiting more than an hour for anything. highly recommend.

Rob, Jeremy, and the guys at Auto Wholesale do great work. Very fair on their prices and I know the job is done right. I have all four of my family s cars serviced there and wouldn t go anywhere else. Nearly $100 for an oil change and then they didn't even reconnect the hoses properly. I had to go to a different dealer to have them repair the damage this shop did to my car. So not only did they overcharge for oil, but they almost destroyed my vehicle in the process. These guys have no clue what they're doing and they rip you off charging way too much. Wal Mart can do a better oil change for way cheaper and you won't have to double check your vehicle after. Maybe they tampered with my vehicle intentionally hoping I'd bring it back to them so they could make more money off me.

We recently purchased a vehicle through Rob Curtis at Auto Wholesale in Wilmington. The purchase experience is great. Their no pressure sales approach is excellent. We test drove several vehicles alone, which allowed us time to evaluate and discuss each vehicle, without a salesperson tagging along trying to sell us a particular model. When we finally found the vehicle we wanted, the sale took all of an hour at the most. That is much quicker than our past experiences, when we have purchased new vehicles.We are very satisfied with the whole experience. We had a question/issue after the sale about about our vehicle. The issue was handled quickly, honestly, and to our satisfaction. We certainly will look to Auto Wholesale for our next vehicle purchase.

We stopped in today to test drive a Honda Pilot and ended up buying. This is the third car we have purchased from this dealership and we really like dealing with Auto Wholesale because the team never tries to pressure you into anything. They let you browse the lot without a salesman following you around and there is always someone around to help you when you are ready. Rob sold us our car today and we were overly satisfied with both the friendly atmosphere, great service, and quality of the vehicle we bought.It's also always a pleasure to chat with Mandy when we come in to the dealership.Thanks for a great buying experience, we will definitely be back when it's time for a new car!

These guys are the real deal! I've never experienced this level of customer service... they were honest, up front, and the vehicle I purchased was everything they said it was. I've spent months looking for a new Honda Odyssey to put my growing family in. From the second I put that majestic minivan into drive I knew this was the right vehicle, at the right place, with the right people! Rodney was amazing! If we had more folks like him in the car business the world would be a much better place! We could all learn a little something from Paul Tracy and his elite team at auto wholesale. Thanks again for the perfect customer experience.

I ve been taking my car here to be serviced since purchasing it in December; they are always wonderful to deal with. I usually call and make an appointment a week or so in advance, and I always wait in the lobby while they service it - never been there for more than 45 minutes. Definitely recommend!For Auto Wholesale dealership: I've been to this dealership to test drive cars several times and it's the best experience; no pushy salesperson riding with you - they just hand you the keys and let you shop at your own pace! Once I decided on a car, Rob worked to get what I needed on my trade and the entire purchasing process was fast and easy. It was maybe about 40 minutes from the time I sat down in the chair to leaving the lot in my new car; doesn't get better than that. Honest, easygoing, nice and simple - I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to friends and family.

If you are interested in buying a car I would definitely recommend going to Auto Wholesale and ask for Rob Curtis. Rob was easy to get along with, helpful and patient while I test drove several cars. Once I decided on a car Rob got the paperwork completed quickly, made sure everything was in order with the car, handed me the keys and I was gone! He even offered to follow me to the gas station to fill up the tank. No high pressure and I was not shuffled around to several different people; Rob handled everything from start to finish. I have bought many cars over the years from different car dealers in Wilmington and this was by far the best experience. I never once felt like I was getting any double talk and the price of the car was clearly marked. I test drove 3 cars and set in 3 others (didn't care for them enough to test drive) and found all to be in excellent condition with very low mileage. I know the car I bought was not new but a 2016 Nissan with only 3400 miles was close enough to new for me especially considering the savings!

Auto Wholesale is amazing! I have been taking my car there for years now. Nathan and his team are always on point. They are honest and trustworthy! Just the other day my Chevy Equinox was shutting off and I dropped it off. Nathan called and let me know what the problem was and where I should take it to be fixed since it was still under warranty! He had even called the other place to check! I had no clue and never would have known! I definitely recommend them and will continue to take my vehicles to Nathan and his team! It s hard to find a place you can trust and Auto Wholesale has never let me down!

Every car on the lot is immaculately clean. The atmosphere is casual & friendly. The vehicle we purchased was a great deal, priced thousands well below comparable vehicles we had looked at over the past week. No pressure...just honest pricing and no fuss. We drove off the lot in our new truck in a matter of 45 minutes and that included shopping around for a super low interest rate. If you love Wilmington and would rather deal with a locally-owned business run by honest folks who also live and work here, then this is the place for you. Thank you, Rodney & Rob, for getting us into the perfect vehicle with no stress!

Our daughter, Stephanie, discovered Auto Wholesale when she purchased the first car she bought. She had such an awesome experience that she purchased her next car from them also. When we needed a car I went to a dealership AND Auto Wholesale. We purchased our car from Auto Wholesale for several reasons...the price was right, the car was what we wanted (compromised for my second color choice), the staff was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all!!! We received NO phone calls to see if we had made a decision!!! That is HUGE for us! We don't like being pressured into buying a car! My husband used to avoid car shopping until it was necessary, but now he doesn't object to going to Auto Wholesale. Our sales person was Tim Hughes. I recently took a friend there and she also purchased a car from Auto Wholesale. We like their repair shop as well. Stop by to see Nathan when you need automobile repairs. Wonderful place to car shop!!!!

We went here to get a new car for my 21 year old son. We saw what he wanted online and it was a Sunday.and the day before Memorial Day. We were not sure if they were open on Memorial Day so I sent them a Facebook message and they got right back to me with their hours. We called the minute they opened on Monday and quickly got the car put on hold. It was easy to get the keys and test drive and look at the car without any pressure from the sales person. He was very kind and friendly and laid back. We had a trade in that they gave us a great price for as well. Saved us the hassle of trying to sell it on our own. My 21 son talked to the Rob and did the negotiation and got a great price and was never pressured into anything. Great place, for sure we will come back when we need another car. This will be the first place we look.

I can t say enough good things about these guys. A friend recommended Rob and his team to me a couple years ago and I ll never go anywhere else. When my Ford Focus transmission went bad, they told me they could fix it, but to take the time to determine the value of my car before I sunk more money into a car that may not be worth it. He was right, I ended up trading out my car for another used car. Because they chose to do the honest thing and not the most profitable thing for them, I always know I can trust them and will continue to do so as long as I m in Wilmington. They are all honest, friendly, and go the extra mile for their customers. There have been countless times they have gotten my car in on the same day in a pinch and go above and beyond to help me out.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

We had a great experience buying our new to us car from John! It is a now pressure environment. After lots of research, we found Auto Wholesale to have the best cars/mileage/price around. Plus, it was the highest recommended dealership from our friends! We will be there for our next purchase!

I cannot express enough how easy, fair and honest my experience was in working with Auto Wholesale and with Rob Curtis. I consider myself a bit of a nerd about cars and the car business, at least as a consumer. Rob was upfront about the condition of the vehicle and was especially considerate for my time being that I drove about 200 miles to come see the vehicle. Very aggressive on the price and went the extra mile to make fair deal. I peaked at the other cars on the lot and online inventory, great selection of quality used cars. I highly recommend them.

Great experience working with Rob at Auto Wholesale. I walked the lot, no pressure, no one hovering over you. Great selection of low mileage vehicles at great prices. Just ask for the keys to test drive and they let you go on your own. Which is great! No preplanned route with a ride along. You can drive it on the roads and conditions you experience everyday. i drove around town in heavy traffic and then went up I40 for a good run. Bought a BMW 328Xi. Could not find one for 150 miles with such low miles at such a great price.

In our first experience with Auto Wholesale of Wilmington, NC we found an extremely comfortable, no pressure buying experience. Our salesman, Tim Hughes, gave us straightforward, comprehensive information about the history and pricing of our vehicle, helped with orientation of features, and made the paperwork quick and easy. Even our trade-in experience was great! We strongly recommend this dealership for your used car purchase.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two years ago, and we could not have been more pleased. Rob Curtis is very skilled and knowledgeable. Their team also gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. The nearly new car I bought had low mileage, and was priced below market. I drove from Charlotte for the great deal, and am very glad that I did!

Words simply are not enough to describe our excellent experience when purchasing our 2015 Camaro!!! After visiting many dealerships in search of a new vehicle, we immediately knew that our search was over after meeting Tim at Auto Wholesale. No pressure sales, no pack of sales people swarming you once you enter the lot, test drive with no stress, no running back and forth to talk with the manager haggling for a better price game, or threats of buy now or the deal won't be here tomorrow scam. We love the quality and amenities of our vehicle and appreciate the superb customer service received from Tim. We most definitely plan to purchase all of our vehicles from Auto Wholesale from now on. I don t usually write reviews but I ve had the best car shopping experience with Auto Wholesale and specifically with Rob. I live in Florida. I found the car on AutoTrader, confirmed all the details over the phone and made a deposit on it. Rob was nice enough to pick me up from the airport in the vehicle that I was intending to buy so I test drove it to the dealership. It was the most efficient car buying experience, I was on my way to FL 20 minutes after we arrived at the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with you, Rob! Thank you.

Bought a used car here at the end of November. The day we got it home we noticed a taillight was out and the driver seat heater wasn't working. Luckily it should still be covered under manufacturer warranty, but now it's our problem to remedy.Just be careful to fully inspect what you can prior to purchase yourself, and ask them to provide one for anything you can't inspect personally.Otherwise seemed like a fair dealership. Nice people, many cars, fair prices.

I have relied upon Auto Wholesale s service center on multiple occasions and been nothing short of completely satisfied. Nathan is always welcoming and the tech s know their business! They work quickly and thoroughly getting you back underway in no time. Unless you are under warranty and need to use the major dealerships, stop in and see the team and be pleasantly surprised with how service should be done. These guys really are great.

If you are in need of minor vehicle repair in the Wilmington area, I would highly recommend these guys. My daughter is in college there and her car broke down. They were extremely nice on the phone and my daughter felt very comfortable there. After I had it towed there, they replaced the starter, replaced an oil pan gasket, changed the oil and did the state vehicle inspection all in a matter of hours for an extremely reasonable price. She picked up her vehicle that same day. We are very pleased with their service.

ATTENTION! These guys are the BEST. I've worked in dealerships all of my life, sales and service, and NEVER have I ever had a better service experience than when I worked with Nathan and his guys on my work vehicle that broke down. They jumped right on it and went above and beyond to help me out, even giving me a ride after they closed where otherwise I would have had to walk! If you are in the Wilmington area and need to maintain/buy your vehicle, Auto Wholesale tire and service is your ONLY option. Cheers to you guys!

I had the pleasure of purchasing my 2nd vehicle from Auto Wholesale today. Rob Curtis could not have been more helpful! I am very busy & needed to trust that the vehicle I saw on the website was as good as it appeared. Rob described it perfectly & answered all questions in advance so I felt confident I would be coming back with the vehicle. By far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I started at Auto Wholesale based on a few recommendations and decided to look around before I made a final decision. After spending a couple days exploring a few other dealerships in the area , I decided to come back to Auto Wholesale. All of these other dealerships told me multiple lies and tried to convince me to buy cars I did not want. I worked with Rodney at Auto Wholesale and he was amazing ! Got me into the exact car I wanted at an extremely good price while staying honest and friendly. If you are looking to a buy a vehicle, I would not go anywhere else. If I live anywhere near Wilmington the next time I am ready to buy a vehicle I will only be shopping here.
