I purchased a 2021 Grady White 257 Fisherman second hand and took it in for maintenance and minor warranty repair on May 3, 2021. I called ahead and told them that was my first time coming to their marina and they simply said come on down we will wait out front and show you where to go. Alec Taylor did just that and gave me pointers on easier ways to get in and out. He even offered to show me additional features on the boat to help me park it! Thank you, Thank you!Zach Wait, the parts manager, helped me find a new fishing platform and get it ordered for my boat while it was there. He was extremely helpful and happy to take the time to answer my questions and get me on my way! Thank you!I asked service what the timeline would be for service and they said that they would do their best to have it back to me in a couple of days. Jesse called the next day to go over my requests and concerns. He was very thorough and precise! Thank you! May 6, 2021 they called me to inform me that my vessel was ready to be picked up! I was excited as that was actually my birthday. I had some unexpected visitors come to town to celebrate my birthday and so I called to update that it may be hard for me to come get it and take it to my slip that day and they said, "First of all Mr. Harris, Happy Birthday. Second, if it is ok with you, we will drive your boat to your slip for you for only $25. We will also put your t-top cover on for you at no additional charge." What? I was blown away...that is customer service and customer service is very difficult these days! Kaileen also sent me this picture to my email confirming my vessel's delivery! Unbelievable!!Thank you Atlantic Marine! I was nervous about taking a boat that I did not purchase from you to you for service but you have erased that feeling! I felt like family from the moment I dropped it off to the time YOU delivered it for me! You guys are fantastic and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with you! CHEERS!!

I meant to do this review yesterday and forgot.We put our boat in at Wrightsville Beach yesterday, as we usually do on the weekends. It is a new boat with less than 35 hours. It suddenly wouldn t crank. We have had no problems since we bought it in the spring. We checked everything we could think of. The only thing we found was a cable wire loose on both batteries. We tightened the wires, nothing. My husband thought maybe the loose wires drained the battery so we tried to jump it, still nothing. We loaded it back up, took it to Atlantic Marine at WB. The guys there were so wonderful, even though we didn t buy it from there, they looked until they found the problem, fixed it, and charged only $50. That was the best $50 we have spent in a while. In no time we were back on the water. We definitely recommend Atlantic Marine.

Top notch service from Ownership on to the service department.I had an important time sensitive breakdown. Starting wirh David F., and the service team of Richard, Jamie and Robert repaired the boat in a very short time. Thank you so very much to all of you.

Zach and Brian went above and beyond my expectations to help me find the parts I needed for my boat.Without the correct model number or part number to go off of, Zach was able to find the part I needed by doing some research and talking to their mechanic.Their assistance saved me lots of time and money. I would definitely go here again!Thanks for your help!

I ve been boating for decades, and have had experience with a wide array of boat and yacht brands and thus their dealership networks.I ve never seen or experienced the level of service from any other dealer like I have with Atlantic Marine, and perhaps most specifically Richard Lane who is their service manager.Their attention to detail, listening to my needs and concerns, quality of workmanship, time to complete service and repairs, and overall value offered by a Richard and his team is second to none.I d be remiss if I didn t also give a big mention of appreciation to the Grady White corporation and their senior management. They stand behind their product more than any other company I ve seen or experienced. This backing of their product and dealer experience includes my boat ownerships as well as my various motorcoach and automobile ownership experiences.I d be crazy to even consider another brand of boat if Grady White offers a product that fits my needs, and from there Atlantic Marine is the no-brainer choice for a Grady White dealership.Thanks guys, I very much appreciate you all

Unbelievable service staff. They treat your boat like it s their own and treat you like family. If you love your boat, you need to let them take care of it. There is no one better then them. They will make your life on the water a whole lot better.
