AMG is one of the finest mechanics around. Egoure can fix anything. He had our motor home up and running. He dropped the gas tank replaced the fuel pump. He does fine clean work and is Johnny on the spot. We will recommend him 110% for any motor needs and then some.

FRAUD! I needed a new valve stem on the rear wheel of an electric scooter. I got it back and the hand brake (attached to the rear wheel) seized up. Brought it back and rode it for 30-seconds and the rear wheel flew off the bike and snapped the housing. Called the owner to explain and he said, "Yeah, whatever." and hung up.I am pretty sure this business is a front for something else. I wish I had looked up reviews before trusting him with my property.My next call is to the police to file a complaint and see if this con has any outstanding warrants.

Showed up to buy a brand new 150 cc scooter. Rode tested a used 150 cc instead and the front tire bounced like a basketball. Returned to the business and watched a van back into 7 scooters that looked like bowling pins falling over. . Didn't buy anything but it was fun to stop by

Stay away! Was told my scooters are done and only $200 cash. Only to show up and have a $400 bill! When asked why it was so much he got extremely unprofessional and hostile. I had to pay bill in full in cash because storage fee will start immediately. Now I paid double the amount only to get home and still have one of my scooters not working.

Do not mess with this joke of a shop. I called this shop because I needed work on my moped and constantly was hung up on. The dude seem bothered that I called and the time I stopped by he seemed bothered even those all he was doing was watching TV. Really I was willing to give them a chance but remind if you're acting like that I don't trust the work you do will be done with care. Terrible customer service.

He really tried to charge me 80$ to replace 1 inter tub on my tire. I think he should just shut down this place business is for everyone and it certainly is for this knucklehead, went to Honda and got both my tires for 100$ he really tried to charge me 80$ for 1 just keep reading the reviews they don t get any better He doesn t know a single thing about customer service either. Just go to Honda they will do you better and actually care about your cycle

This place is amazing. I've been going to them for nearly a year now and they've always been extremely accommodating, affordable, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly reliable. Not knowing much about motors going in, their professionalism has kept me a repeat customer whenever I need any repairs, which is often with how hard these Wilmington Roads treat my VIP.Anyways, highly recommend them. You won't regret it.

Rude owner overpriced ripoff went in there because I was having problem with a carburetor after a few miles it would get flooded and bog down I put some seafoam in it and that helps a little bit and I brought it into AMG, I went back later in the day they said it was fixed and on the way home and ended up bogging down again. They didn't fix it at all when I talked to the mechanic he even said oh yeah I didn't touch that one yesterday, he even tried to charge me twice for the carburetor job. The owner does not care at all, and one of the mechanics is constantly drunk.

On 3/2017 my son purchased a scooter for 1100.00 cash from AMG. Two weeks ago we went in the shop and talked to the owner of the shop. My son told him that it wouldn't start. And what his Uncle said it probably was,he said ' Oh that's an easy fix' Can you get it here? My son said no. The owner of the shop said here's my card,call me in the morning at 9. I will come pick it up and take care of it for you!! The next day,we go to pickup the scooter and it wasn't done yet,go back & he says it is 80.00!! I go in & ask for what? He says for 20.00 pick up fee! 60.00 part!! I TRIED to explain to him what our conversation was but he has no memory of it!! He says he can't fix it for free! My issue is.. The scooter is 4 months old!!! He offered to TAKE CARE OF IT! NEVER did he mention a pickup fee!! IF he had we would have gotten it there ourselves!! He didn't have a problem taking 1100.00 cash money!! Still have no idea what part he fixed,if he did,4 days later it broke down AGAIN!! Receipt has no information on it,so I think I need to make some phone calls!! I am a woman BUT I'm NOT a stupid one!!!

Her it goes..1 year ago almost to the day I was charged $300.00 for a new motor when in fact they just rebuilt the one I had. Then it broke down and $400.00 later I got it back and in the first 3 miles it blew. After 10 calls for help and many text with no response I called a tow truck...$75.00. The next day Glen picked up my scooter said he would fix it and pay for the towing bill. After 3 days and many attempts to contact him with no response he text me with "Bike is done but I am NOT paying the tow bill. So after $475.00 I have a ticking time bomb. When I tried to call...again to ask what went wrong? Why won't you pay the tow bill I got no response. He sent his son to drop off my bike and he had no idea what was going on he was just the delivery guy. Horrible customer service........rude and no level of integrity at all.

Went and got a "new" rusty muffler with a faulty screw sold to me all in all $80. Muffler failed me 2 days later I called and told the guys, who seem to be nice there, and they told me no refunds no guarantees. Pieces of crap man. Charging me $80 for a rusty "new"I muffler with a messed up screw and a crappy weld that falls off 2 days later and they can't do anything about it.Screw these guys. Screw their products. Screw their service. And please SOMEONE open up another scooter shop around the area with honest or even employees/managers/owner(s)!Oh and did I mention STAY AWAY.

Unethical scam artist to the definition. They thought they were working for, in his words and I quote, "A Girl," because my wife dropped off our ride and he obviously doesn't respect women.They tore apart the bike, downgraded our engine and broke the law by performing over $350 worth or work without written consent and attempting to charge us $450 of work on a $400 bike when we explicitly asked them to check the wires and let us know how to get it running.No calls back, EVER, hung up on us twice when we questioned him why he did work without our consent.I could excuse that based on his hard and desperate position in life if only he was not an absolute rude POS when I talked to him on the phone and tried to deal in a reasonable manner. His own machanic told me "he is not a good person, and should not be dealing with customers."Yes I have all this in text and documented.After I paid more than I agreed to, simply to get him out of my life, his machanic, who in the owner's words is "just (his) employee, means nothing to (him), enough said!," told me he downgraded my engine, AFTER I paid them! This is a business/person that should be investigated for fraud.My personal recommendation is to not do any business with this person if you by any chance have other options whatsoever.I am a reasonable local business owner that hasn't written a bad review ever., but this guy and his business is like something out of a bad cop movie that goes to them to find out who the rest of the scum in town is.

Buyer beware. Very unethical shop and staff. They lie about services and prices. Do not trust the nice smile when you walk in. They are not trust worthy. I hope you don't have to find out by yourself. They ripped me off. Owner "doesn't remember" quoting me a price then charging me more then twice as much when I came to pick up our machine. VERY SHADY!! Not recommended to anyone. Wish I could give them LESS then 1 star....They do not even deserve 1 star!

They have always done right by me, and Glenn will pick up your scooter in his pickup for twenty bucks --- scheduled, or even "roadside assistance", if he can drop what he's doing during his busy days. Experienced mechanics, good work. They are my shop. 10 of 10!

Me and Glen get along great! I don't BS him. He don't BS me. Can't come to a scooter repair shop and expect Starbucks. LOVE my VIP 180cc scooter. Gave me a short warrenty parts and labor. KEPT HIS WORD. No I didn't get a mint when I left or much of a smile. I got a damn good scooter when I needed it mst.

I was quite happy with the level of service I recieved months after my purchase. The mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable and took time with me as I explained my issues and then gave me thier thoughts. After they were finished, my Taotao was running smoothly on my hour long ride back to Holden Beach.

My husband works very hard and depends on his scooter to get to work and back AMG charged him for repairs 2 times the amount they quoted and then added more on top of that. If you don't owe Glen money don't expect him to answer his phone customer service it horrible and there work is spotty at best!!!!!!!!!! No confidence at all will never trust again!!!!!!!!

I went to get a tire fix. I was told two different quotes and when I called back the guy in the office cursed at me and told me to come get my scooter and threaten to leave it out side. I promise you it was know reason for his behavior. I rather walk before I give this company any of my businessIrep. I.

Glenn is a rip off maniac. If you think he won't do it to you cause yer too smart or tough well think again. I am both and he still tried his best to break my scooter and make me buy a new one. Dennis, I wish the worst for you and your little shop. As for your "mechanic" I think the only screw he can turn is that bottle of Burnett's vodka he has back in the garage there. Best of luck boys!

Bought a used scoot from Glen, had motor problems a week later and Glen picked up my scoot and had it fixed for me same day - if you are honest and respectful with Glen he is a good person to deal with, and as busy as he is, will do whatever he can to help

I crashed my scooter... and messed up my front forks... i ordered the parts my self.. but couldnt drive it to AMG... Glenn promptly picked up my scooter and parts! His repair man erik.. was the best.. im glad we have someone with this level of expertise looking out for us... not only did he fix my scooter! he went beyond to fix other problems like how mine steers to the left heavily and other problems that needed a touch.. i recommend these guys to anyone.. i left knowing i was in good hands.. and im back on the road again...5/5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is terrible. I paid over 800 dollars over a moped that was worth $500. They lied with the speedomoters millage as it doesn't even work. They charged me $200 for a muffler that fell off a week later and tried to sell me another one for $150 while they threw the old one on another bike.Nothing but drunks and crack heads work there

Was able to make payments while riding away with small down payment. Always ready to service without question. Although they won't give you a good price if you try and sell it back.

The most unethical business I have ever dealt with. I am a local business owner and am located near this business. Thankfully I have never had to be at there mercy for repairs. But the stories of nightmares are endless. As a neighbor we have to deal with these crooks. Hopefully they will run this business in to the ground soon and be moving on. BEWAREZERO STARS BLATANT CROOKS

PLEASE READ MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE! If i could give a zero rating I would! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.This guy is a THIEF and is going to KILL somebody. I brought my scooter there with a brand new warrantied battery. Guess what its replaced with a cheap used Korean one. Ask for it back cause its warrantied. Oh it can't be found. Have receipt to prove dude does not care.Steals brand new battery! Thats just the beginning.I get the Scoot back it stalls at speed on main road after one mile. This is after I pay him $400.00 for a rebuilt engine. Ohh it gets better!I bring it back again he says some other nonsence and delivers scooter with empty gas tank to my house. Read odmeter same mileage I had written down when I stalled 1st time. NOPE NO TEST RIDE FROM HIM. Get gas premium of course scooter again after 1 mile stalls at high speed and I almost get killed. Yes this guy will eventually kill somebody with his chop shop ways.Still this gets worse.Bring back again cause he warranties his BS work. Runs at half the power it use to he jury rigs a new starter charges me another $60. There is more!I decide to cut my loses($460 to get rid of this guy was worth it to me) call original owner and he refers to the mechanic that originally had this scooter running sweet. It was indeed a great scooter probably with just a minor problem!Original mechanic states he stripped my brand new High performance big bore kit and replaced it with a $100 dollar model. Does the same with the Carburetor. Then proceeds to say that theres a load ping and its not if its when the engine blows.Says he took the spark plug out with his hand and he feels sorry for me.I google his name He's also a slum lord and has had a failed pizza business. I pray for this guy daily because he is a sick man. I hope he reads this cause on principle I will see him in small claims court. Not about the money its about saving somebodies life. Scooters are dangerous enough as it. Stay AWAY FROM HERE!

i recently purchased a new scooter from amg motorsports and i found Glenn the owner easy to work with and. he was always willing to go the extra mile even after after my purchase was completed. i would highly recommend when buying a scooter whether it be new or used check with amg motorsports first.

I was sold a scooter with no oil or air filter .the mechanic at AMG told me it was completely serviced .amg I have recently leaned has a reputation of ripping custermers off.

Glen's in business to make money. Can't fault him for that. People riding scooters are down on their luck. He'll make money on You, but no more than any other business man would. He's alright. I've worked for people worse.

Great service, if u break down the owner will pick u up fast and once back at the shop the mechanic is fast and very good. I love these guys at AMG,

Be aware !!! This is a one man band business.For reasons!!!Omg, pleaseeee don't let this guy ruin you. Please adhere to the warnings. He's the only scooter mechanic in the area and he knows it.
