Terrible experience with this company. They charged 500$ to come change a belt that took 5 minutes to change. Make it make sense. Offered to pay 350 for something that took a half hour and they threatened to call the sheriff. Pathetic I just had to deal with that, would not recommend calling them ever. Only reason I had them come out was because it was Sunday and they are only ones open. Terrible

Advanced maintenance changed a transmission for me that I purchased, I was quoted 12 hours of labor. They received the transmission three days after my truck was there. After dropping the old transmission, it was left sitting on the floor for a week, right beside the new transmission. The technician never took the time to check the differentials between the transmissions, like the yolk in the top cover shift plate. So the new transmission was bolt up without them switching the parts from the old transmission, then I received a call from their new services manager Mike. Telling me that the yolk Style on the new transmission did not match up to my drive shaft. I had to get another company s service manager on the phone, to explain to them how to switch parts from the core. Needless to say I was billed for 20 hours for things that should been done from the start when the transmission was out. On top of that my speedometer, was not working, also my Hydraulic pump which they disconnected to drop the transmission was pouring hydraulic fluid. Also a turn knob underneath my truck was broken off and not even Brought to my attention. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THERE Mechanics are just simple parts changers. I bought a 2015 Shuttle bus that had a check engine light on. I took it to Advanced Maintenance, where they told me it was due to the def system. $3000 dollars later they tell me that I will need to remove my def filter and have it sent off to be baked. I didn't trust them because I had already spent $3k, and all I had to show for it was an oil change and a bus stuck in limp mode. So, I took it to another shop to get it checked. Come to find out, the bus had NO DEF in the tank. Once we filled the Def and drove it for about an hour, the codes cleared, and limp mode stopped. The Auto shop I took the bus to after Advanced told me that Advanced is known for doing shabby work.I wish I had looked at the reviews before taking our bus to Advanced Maintenance. Oh, one last thing, when I called Advanced Maintenance and told them what happened, the manager told me he would make it right and get back to me. Had this company send a tech out to look at a wiring issue on a semi truck after it left me stranded and I had it towed back to my house. Their tech had no idea what he was doing, he never looked in the dash or fuse panel and said it was my starter and starter wires and it would be $2000 because I "needed" a starter. I declined the quote and was left with a $400 diag fee for absolutely nothing. I had someone else from another company take a look at it the day after and it was two wires arcing in the dash and a wire being disconnected in the dash causing the ECM power supply to short out which was diagnosed in 5 minutes when he traced ECM wires. Would never call this company again for repair or diagnostics for a semi truck.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was there yesterday and just wanted my head lights adjusted. They did that great! Then I was wanting to get and estiment for how much on replacing a air valve. JEFF got under my truck and ended up only replacing a missing o-ring in a fitting. Now my air leak is gone!He went above and beyond what I originally come in for.love theses guys! because of theses guys (really, JEFF) I feel safe driving my semi down the road. If I'm EVER in the area I will stop there agian.

This business is 23 years old and goes out of their way to assist professional truck fleets and local customers in need. They took care of some electrical issues for me that took time to find. But they did, would use again at any location.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

over charged on labor... charged 2 hrs labor to go and get part. part was ordered but late coming in so they drove to Burgaw to get part. I was not in hurry for repair could have waited for ordered part. they did not contact me about 2 hrs labor for going to get part cost me 235.00 not happy

Was overcharged on a simple job had air bag installed leaked overnight was told by mechanic that I would have to refill every day then told by manager that they would need to have it for a week to find leak what a bunch of con artists they knew I was from out of town and just blew me off cost was almost $700Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

This is AWFUL service I have ever had!!!!! They don't understand what are they doing and they are not professional! I set up service with them and calling after an hour they are saying they don't know anything and just worrying about payment !!! I lost my time with them. DO NOT USE THIS KIND OF RUBBISH SERVICE!!!

Incompetent. Take your money elsewhere. Every single thing they promised was not finished on time, was not done correctly and now has to be redone. If I could give zero stars, I would.
