Waited 20 minutes this morning for this store to open. Posted hours say 7:30. Waited till nearly 7:50. Doors locked, no one would answer the phone. Lights on, but didn t see a single person while waiting. Super frustrating that FedEx dropped my packages off here and now I can t even get them.

I had a battery issue late at night (15 minutes before they closed). I called, they responded by saying come on over, they said they would help me even if it close to their closing time. And sure enough, they were quick and efficient and happy to help. I will definitely be going back to this store when I need help.

Today I received excellent customer service from Patrick at this location. He was very knowledgeable about my car problem and helped answer my questions, it helped make a potentially chaotic day into a great day. Very satisfied with the customer service!

Friendly service and helpful staff. The staff seems to perform truthful diagnostics: if your battery is good they will say so and not try to sell you an unnecessary battery.

I have been going here for years. Apart from having a great selection of parts and accessories at fair prices, the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. They'll change out that battery for you, replace the windshield wipers - they go that extra mile! Highly recommended

Went to Advance Autoparts to getting new battery for my tundra pick up. They looked up the exact battery changed it and tested the alternator to make sure. Excellent service!

John helped me out today - he was super knowledgeable and very professional. This is THE store I come to for all my vehicle needs. To me, an auto parts store is an auto parts store - they're pretty much all the same. It's the employees that make the difference. John was great, and Rem and Patrick have always been great every time I come in.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who has always been willing to assist me. The store offers a decent selection at a reasonable price and does offer a military discount. Check the coupons and you may save more than anticipated. Clean store with a fairly easy in and out.

Very helpful staff, large amount merchandise, free battery check and also free alternator check, very knowledgeable. The place is clean with a good amount of parking. Easy to see right off Market Street. I called in advance and they were able to answer my questions with precise accuracy. They have a large range of products for about any vehicle and if they don't have it they can order it and have it in the store in a few days. The building is located right across from Smoothie King and Burger King on Market Street. I recommend this Advance Auto Parts and High recommendations. Come check the store out for yourself with their knowledgeable staff and there common courtesy.

Great customer service! They offer sound advice on your car parts purchase and that's a big plus in my book when choosing a spot for upcoming purchases. I highly recommend this store!

First rate. I needed a battery, they offered several options within the expected price range. During installation, they pointed out a likely problem developing with one of the battery cables. Time spent start to finish - about 35 minutes.

Honest team. Wanted to buy a battery today and the test they ran on my battery came back ok. Off to the dealer to get clobbered.Needed wiper blades. Could not for the life of me figure out how to get them on. They came outside and helped me without asking. Great team!

Customer service was good. Like always they got to sale or see if you want your name or email address to get coupons. Which that will annoy some. Sales pitches are starting to annoy me with any group. If I need or want something I'll come get it. I'm over sales pitches. But they directed me where I needed to be.

So helpful! This place is the Ritz Carlton of auto parts when it comes to customer service. This place is obviously managed by a true leader who clearly wants every customer helped and happy. I've been stopping in here for several years (each time my cars in need) and they have always pointed me in the right DIY direction.

Ordered and bought a cabin air filter and an engine air filter on line; easy ordering process. Picked up the items the next day with no hassle. Parts fit in correctly into the car; no issues.

Battery went dead in a parking lot down Market St about 5700. Got a jump to get moving. Drove here and got a new battery installed in about 20 minutes. Was a Sunday evening around 6:00pm. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable staff. Wife had a similar occurrence a couple of months before wi tf h same results. Will return next time I need something for the, especially if on the weekend. There were at least 5 options in the area.

I visited this particular location next to Bojangles, due to the fact that my wife needed some windshield wipers and I had a taste for Bojangles (you know two birds one stone kind of thing). A gentleman who helped me and clearly upselling me on some of the most expensive windshield wipers. I inquired about some of the lesser expensive ones he was adamant about them not fitting on my wife's particular model Lexus hybrid. After spending over $50 on windshield wipers he comes out to assist with removal of the old and putting on the new, I was particularly amazed that the ones we were taking off with the very ones that he said would not fit. This was my first visit in this particular location. I do not understand why you would upsell customer's only to lose customers. As I do not plan on visiting again. Thanks for the over priced windshield wipers.

I was visiting from out of town over Easter weekend when a scary oil light came on. I drove here to get oil, and an employee said he'd be happy to check it and top it off. Unfortunately, the hood release pull broke of in his hand (not his fault). He and another employee, along with another customer, all tried to figure out how to get it open. When they couldn't, they referred me to Walmart Auto (the only other place open). I really appreciate their going above and beyond to try to help!

Partner's truck needed some kind of engine fluid. Store worker came out and added fluid. Females appreciate this kind of assistance! Thanks AAP!!
