I recently had my car into Absolute collision for a major body repair. They had the car a total of three weeks. They kept me very well informed as to the status of what was going on and it was delivered to me promptly. Also, the quote that I received from Brian was exactly what I paid at the time of pick up, the people there are very personable and friendly and I would highly recommend their service. The car looked like brand new when I received it back.

I had my car in for some body work at Absolute Collision on Carolina Beach Road. They gave me a quote which was less than two competitors in the area. Brian was very accurate with the quote and the amount they quoted was exactly what I paid at time of Pick Up. The work they did was outstanding and I would highly recommend them. I was kept informed every step of they way on where they were in the process. Renee at the front desk was also very pleasant and helpful in getting me any answers I had questions along the way. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of their work!

Absolute Collision was a smooth and easy process from estimate, repair, to completion! They under promised and over delivered making for an exceptional experience being without our car for several days. They worked easily with our insurance and worked quickly to get our vehicle back to us. I love the constant updates as to where they were at in the process while doing repair. Hope not to need them anytime soon, but if we do we ll be back for sure!

I took my car in 2 times in the past 2 months. Once for an insurance claimed small accident, and once for separate out of pocket smaller repair I had been looking to get fixed. EACH time I received top notch service. The car looks brand new. They even washed and vacuumed it which I was not expecting. The staff went above and beyond to insure the customer s happiness. Thank you. As long as you re there, I will never go to another collision place in Wilmington. You have my vote and referral if anyone wants one!!!!!

The people at Absolute Collision were beyond amazing! This is the first incident i ve ever had with my vehicle and they made it the easiest and fastest process ever. I had a collision and brought my car into Absolute Collision to be fixed. The staff is wonderful. LaDonna at the front desk and Scott handled everything else for me. Texts are sent all the time with updates of your completions date, where you stand with your insurance company and what is being done to complete the job. They completed the repair on time and cleaned and washed my car. Very precise and competent. I would recommend this business.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My experience was awesome they made everything very seamless and also they kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and the staff is great they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of and on top of all that my car looked amazing they even washed and vacuumed it out that is my reason for the five star review would give more if I could GREAT JOB MONKEY JUNCTION ABSOLUTE COLLISION I highly recommend taking your car to them.

Absolute Collision did a wonderful repair to body damage when car interacted with mailbox. They kept me informed at every step and responded quickly when I had a question. Would highly recommend if you encounter a mailbox ( or other object) !

This is the second experience we ve had with Absolute Collision. They treated us very well the first time. So, when unfortunate circumstances required the need of collision repair services, we came back. Once again the staff at Absolute were very kind, very thorough, communicated well, but in the end the insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss. It took a lifetime for the insurance company to examine the vehicle and confirm the very thorough repair estimate Absolute prepared. The Absolute staff pushed and nagged the insurance company representative, as did I, but other priorities seemed to rule his schedule. I hope to never have to again visit Absolute for their services, but if the need arises we will absolutely return.

I recently brought my car in for a semi major repair and am very satisfied with the service that I received. Brian and his team were very accommodating, detail oriented, and transparent to make sure I was involved and updated through all the steps in getting it repaired. When I received my car back it had been cleaned and I received it in better condition as when I left it.
