Awesome experience from start to finish. This was an insurance claim and Absolute was a center that the other parties insurance company recommended. I was a little leery at first but quickly changed my mind. They stayed in touch with me daily on the progress of my car which I appreciated. They let me know on pick up day that it was ready in the morning but pick up time would be around 4. To my surprise it was because they had to detail the car. I did not expect that. The work came out very well. I am well pleased with everything from Absolute Collision.

Amazing and quick service! I needed a completely new door on my 2018 Jeep, they scheduled me in to get it fixed in a week and took one week for completion and the work was AMAZING. They update you through texts letting you know the progress as well as an estimated pick up date (which ended up being sooner than expected!). They left my car clean and just as I had brought it in. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was very kind and helpful considering this all went through my insurance and I'm a first timer dealing with that. One of the absolute best group of folks my wife and I have ever had the privilege to work with. Her 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks, was involved in an accident and we were referred to Chris at Absolute Collision. My truck had a broken side mirror. I stopped in for inspection. Two days later I went in for repair when parts had arrived. The repair was done very quickly and I was on my way. Brian and Chris couldn t have made our first experience with an accident, repair, and dealing with insurance and the rental companies any better than they did. I knew our car was in trustworthy hands the first time we talked to them. Besides being genuine people, they showed they truly care about the customers and the work they do. You ll know right when you talk to them or meet them. They kept our car a few more hours just to do extra detailing and making it look spotless, to say the least. The work had nothing to do with the inside really, but they made our interior look better than when it got to them, too. Better than when we bought it! I never write reviews, but I feel the need to because their entire team made something terrible into something great and nobody can truly understand the burden of these things in it s entirety until they have to deal with it themselves. I would never go anywhere else- under any circumstances. Highest recommendation possible. Even if you just need their opinion or questions, go to them and they will give you what you need. My insurance company wanted me to take my car to another shop for repairs and even offered me a discount on my deductible if I agreed to use their preferred shop. I said, no thank you, I know exactly where I am going to take my car to be fixed. I took it to Register's because I know their reputation of providing great workmanship. I'm so glad that I did!Brian and his staff at the Harley Road location were friendly, professional, had excellent customer service and provided the flawless repairs that they are known for. The team at Harley Road location is awesome! Brian was incredibly helpful. In less than 10 minutes I had an estimate for the cost of the needed repairs. The office staff was very willing to work with my insurance company and handled all the paper work. Brian kept me informed of the progress on the repairs and the work was done in brief amount of time. The finished work was fantastic! My car looks great!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently involved in my first auto accident. Register s was wonderful! Great customer service working with me and the insurance company, They kept me advised of the repairs every step of the way and answered my many questions clearly and professionally. And they did a beautiful job on my car! The folks at Registers Auto clearly work as a team. We would love not to need them but so glad they are there for us! After getting into a gnarly accident I took my car to them and they took very good care of it in a very timely manner. Through the process Brian would call to keep me updated on what they were working on on my car and how far along they were. The whole staff was extremely friendly and the whole atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. I hope I won t get into another bad accident but if it happens I will 100% be taking it to them. Great job done to replace my back bumper/trunk after being hit. They also repainted my front bumper. Now my car looks new again. Paint matched perfectly. I got estimates at several places but once I went to Register's I knew it was the place for me. Rachel, the receptionist, was always super friendly, attentive and prompt. I felt at home and they treated me like I was a longtime customer. They dealt directly with the insurance company which made my life easier. Anthony and Tim were very detail oriented and made my car look brand new. Customer service was great and so was the quality of the workmanship. I would definitely recommend Registers!

I wish I could pick 10 stars! I cannot say enough positive things about Registers Auto Collision Harley Road and the experience we had. Our daughter was involved in an accident and we do not live local. We were so fortunate to ask a prominent realtor in Wilmington for a recommendation and without hesitation gave us Registers name. From the very first phone call with Brian, we knew we were in good hands. I appreciate we never had to call Brian because he was always proactive in calling and keeping us informed of the status of the repair. He even took the time to call our daughter to keep her informed as well. Brian is so knowledgeable and helped with every aspect including dealing with the at-fault driver's insurance company. Superior customer service!! So thankful for their help and care. The car looks and drives great and we are so satisfied with the repairs. Truly, one of the best service experiences we have ever had. This is a 5 STAR group of people. I did not realize that in the review that I submitted earlier I made a tech error and only highlighted 4 stars. My mistake. The Harley Road Team is the only shop that I have ever taken any of my cars to for repairs because I can count on their quality and skill to do the job right. Registers Auto Collision on Harley Rd. is AMAZING!! If you ve been in an accident and are reading this review to see where you should take your car look no further THIS IS THE PLACE! Brian was absolutely amazing, him and his team did an outstanding job on my car after my accident and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. Brian and the Crew at Registers were great to work with. Car was damaged from a Tree falling. They repaired he Window, Hood, Drivers Side Panel and Paint issues as a result of it all. Brian kept in touch with me throughout the process and told me about each stage they were on. They completed the work in a timely manner and did an A+ job. My son hit a deer doing extensive damage to his car. In looking for estimates people were rude and cruel until i found Walt at Registers. He came out to my home and was so nice. He explained things and had an estimate to me the next day. The time he quoted for the work was right on target until they had to send it to the dealership ( nissan ). Andy did amazing work and the car looks brand new again! They even stayed very close to the estimate. The crew at registers were awesome. I recommend them highly!! Thanks guys!!
