Joseph was awesome! He listened to what I was explaining was going on with my car, and he found the problem super quick when several other mechanics couldn t. His prices were great. He was in communication and came when he said he would. I would highly recommend him and in fact will be hiring him again when I m ready to get my other vehicle back on the road.

Joseph did amazing work! He went above and beyond to be of help as we had car trouble while passing through his area. He provided top notch service on our vehicle as it needed a new supply line to the gas tank and accommodated our travel needs as well. I can not recommend him enough!

Josh was so prompt, honest, and trustworthy. He gave the vibe that he really wanted to be of help, AND BOY WAS HE . We had 3 different mechanics tell us a fuel pump was out, josh came out to our home and verified the real problem which was not the fuel pump, fixing the problem within an hour. Thank you again and again Josh, not only will I be a life long customer as long as we live in the area but I will forever refer friends, family, & strangers your way. Joseph is AMAZING. Great ans friendly customer service. He was very communicative, was at my house when he said he would be and went the extra mile (literally drove an hour both ways) to get a part I needed at the last minute. Joseph was amazing! A deer hit my car causing me to need the bumper replaced. I was only in town for a short period and needed the repair done quickly. Jospeh was so helpful, attentive, and got my car fixed way faster than expected. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure to get me the best prices. Joe has worked on my truck twice now. The first service was for brakes and the second for a new water pump. Both experiences have been excellent. RJ worked on my 6.0 Diesel that was having fuel pump issues.RJ bled the the fuel system after a thorough inspection that led him to the pump issues, showing great knowledge and experience throughout the process.He also gave us a more than fair price on the whole job.I highly recommend his services!

Joseph has done my car maintenance for 6 years now. Last week he installed a pcm computer to get my van back up and running and did a transmission filter and gasket change and added new fluid. He does everything from my oil changes to all of my repairs and maintenance. Pinnacle arrived promptly to rescue us from the shoulder of I40 on a cold rainy Sunday. The tech and his assistant successfully diagnosed our issue and would have fixed it on the spot if it had been an easier repair (drop tank and replace fuel pump). They took the auto to the shop and fixed there for a fair price. If you break down on the highway- these guys may be able to save you the cost of towing - since they could fix many issues on the spot.

I had a situation in which my truck wouldn't start. I had no way to get it to a repair shop. However, Joe came to my house, diagnosed the problem and came back the next night with the part. Joseph does a great job on my vehicles, he recently replaced the pwer steering pump on 2 of my vehicles and replaced the axles on my Matrix XRS. I like that he does great work at a fair price.
