Everyone needs a good "Car Guy" The kind of guy who ALWAYS knows what is wrong and how it needs to be fixed. I have no formal relation to Anthony or his staff over at HGY 42 Auto Service but he and his staff have proven themselves INVALUABLE. He's treated my family like his family. He is prompt, accurate and has always charged a better than fair price.The absolute best!

An auto repair company in Raleigh told me I needed a host of repairs. I took the car to Tony and he said most of the items were not needed. He took care of what was needed, did a great job and saved me a huge chunk of money. This is the best place in the triangle to have your car serviced. No matter what the problem is or what you need done to your car they can fix it. Tony is not only an excellent mechanic that provides the best quality service and price but also a great human being and member of our community. My family and I have had our cars service with Tony for the past 8 years and never had a negative experience. We have been very fortunate to have been able to find such an amazing mechanic.

Phenomenal service and people. It s hard to believe honest and kind people like this exist anymore. The kind of mechanic you can trust working with your car and would go to for pizza recommendations. I will not bring my cars anywhere else.

My wife's car a/c stopped working. Anthony was able to look at everything and noticed a valve needed to replaced. He called me to keep me updated on how everything was going and told me the steps that he did to find and fix the problem.My wife's car has never been colder with the a/c set in max.I'll be going to 42 auto service for our next issue.Anthony kept me updated and would let me know before replacing a part and told me the cost. We is reasonable priced and didn't try to add anything or suggest anything outside the scope of the issue and fix.

I thought there were no honest repair shops left until I discovered Anthony and his team at Highway 42. I've taken my old car to him (a '72 Plymouth) and my regular car ('12 Mercedes) and he does excellent work. They never push me into getting additional work done. In fact, he has told me when I could wait on a repair. His prices are so reasonable. And, if you live nearby like I do, they even drop you off at home after you bring in your car:-) I can't say enough about them. I highly recommend!!

Anthony and his team are amazing -- everything I hoped for in a repair shop. They are honorable and reasonably priced, and they do a high-quality job. Anthony took the time to explain everything that was going on in a way that I could understand, and he never made me feel pressured in any way. I would recommend any of my friends & family to them without hesitation, and all of my future auto repair needs will go through them!

Anthony and staff really do a great job on explaining in detail what going on with your car. Which make all the difference when you aren't sure. If you are looking for a honest mechanic. That really knows his stuff hwy 42 auto is your spot. I have written a review for this shop before ..However they have improved their game. They are better than the 5 stars that I gave them last year.

This is the best mechanic I have ever met. We all know how hard it is to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. Your long search is over! I have been seeing this man for years now, and every time, the diagnostic and following work has been phenomenal, more than fairly priced, and done so in a timely manner. This caring individual, and therefore his business, will explain to you essentially how parts operate and how it's apparent the [normally functioning] parts aren't doing what they're supposed to do. Their location is perfect for those who aren't close to the city, but if you're in the city, the minuscule trip is well worth the worry-free care done to your vehicle. He's fixed numerous things such as the distributor, fuel pump, O2 sensors, engine and transmission work...the list goes on.If my lengthy review doesn't suffice to convince you, ask any question you'd like.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I was referred to Mr. Bianchi 3 years ago. We have used his services each time we have had an auto need with no hesitation. Each interaction with him and his team has been professional, efficient, and honest. You leave there knowing your auto problem was taken care of, and that means the world to me.When asked if I know a great mechanic, I don't hesitate to refer my family or friends to him. Tony went out of his way to get our family van repaired & worked us into what was a heavily booked week for him. He even came and picked it up at my office b/c I was having issues doing a drop off. Who does that?!Excellent communication all day long & he even sent several photos to me during the evaluation process showing wear on shocks, pads, a few nails in our tires that he could patch, etc. I thought vehicle needed a more expensive fix but his thoroughness and HONESTY saved me hundreds of dollars. Worth the trip down from Northern Wake County. Being able to trust somebody in this line of work is never to be taken lightly. Take all of your vehicles there!

ALWAYS professional, polite, great work and great prices. A lot of mechanics treat their female clients poorly, I never feel talked down to or uncomfortable here. Anthony and his team treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Anthony and his team were absolutely amazing! I had a car emergency on my VW on a Friday and they immediately began working on it. They were great with explaining what happened and how to prevent it. Tony is an excellent mechanic and you couldn't ask for a more salt of the earth individual. He will give you good work at a fair price. He has helped me out so many times over the years. I am so blessed to call him a friend and my mechanic. You can also be blessed, by calling him YOUR MECHANIC!!!

For the 2nd time Anthony has saved me. On short notice he said bring it bring/tow it in, it was towed both times unfortunately. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly Honest,which is extremely hard to find these days. I live in Cary about 30 minutes away from and will continue to use his services. The service and professionalism is well worth the drive.

I went in and spoke with a guy named Anthony! The work was great! The price was great and he kept me in the loop with what was going on and how it was coming along. I couldn t even begin to think to bring my car else where! Thank you Anthony and Hwy 42 auto service you guys Rock!

I found Hwy. 42 Auto Service in a time-sensitive situation over a year ago. They were sensitive to my auto needs and made me really comfortable with the jobe they were about to perform. From that point on I was able to establish a trusting relationship and depend on Tony and his shop to keep all of my vehicles running in the most optimal condition.

Excellent service was provided to me even though I never met this repairman. The service was done at a reasonable price and my repairs were not easy. I have a 2006 vehicle but I thought I was really driving a new car!!! I ran across Tony by sheer miracle. I was in town for work when my car decided to break down. I called around frantically to find a mobile mechanic. I called Autozone and George was kind enough to hear me out and take my number. He passed my number to Tony and he called me. Tony came to me to get my car to his shop. He found the part and fixed my car in a few hours while I waited. He s a very honest and reliable mechanic. After having him work on my car I can honestly say from here on out, he will be the only one I allow under my hood. He has my car running like it came straight out the factory.
