These folks absolutely rock! Shane is such an awesome guy to work with. I, like others, had a challenge getting my card to work properly. You have to be patient people. It s not like they don t want to do business with you. They are just protecting themselves and the card owner. I called Shane directly and he sat on the phone with me for a decent amount of time trying to get the transaction to go through. We ultimately got it to work and I just received my parts. Super fast shipping at an amazing price. I will absolutely use them again and have started recommending them to my friends.

I needed a specific wiring harness and switch for my '03 FLHRCI. I tried everywhere and nobody had it... except SS Custom Cycle!! Very helpful on the phone, quick processing, and super fast delivery! These guys are awesome!

I cannot say enough good things about the company! Shane is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond with service in my book, I ordered a fully custom seat and it turned out AMAZING! I also ordered a set of shocks for my Street Glide, turns out I ordered the wrong shocks, nobody at fault but myself, got ahold of him, he completely understood and made it a very, very easy return and exchange process! I felt bad for giving him this headache but he took care of my problem! I highly recommend SS Custom Cycle! I ll be a returning customer for sure!-Colt-

Great service. My order was delayed. Shane called and worked out a solution for me that resolved problems quickly. Everything was confirmed with email after the resolution was confirmed. After all the trouble and expense, he still honored the original low price.I've never had any cycle parts or cycle dealer to go out of the way to be helpful before.I know they exist, just never happened to me before.Thanks SS Custom for your sales and help.

Working with Shane with SS restored my negative view of customer service these days. Shane bent over backwards to ensure my parts were delivered correctly and on time. I was treated like a VIP customer and would recommend anyone looking for quality motorcycle parts to work with SS Custom Cycle and Shane specifically.Thank you for the OLD SCHOOL customer service!!!! Can't thank Shane enough for the fast turnaround on getting me Progressive fork springs for my Bolt. Just another example of the many parts and many times SS Custom Cycle has saved me. From the Road Warrior, riser bushing kit, brackets, etc. Shane always delivers.

0 stars isn t an option?! Very bad Company to order parts for your bike. Had the absolute worst experience with this company when I bought a road warrior fairing for my Yamaha bolt. Brackets that came from them were very cheap and broke on me in under 3 months of having it. Asked the company for another set of brackets and they sent them to me no problem. Then the second set of brackets I got from them broke on me in under 2 months. Tried to contact them and ask them to send me brackets or see if we can figure smothering out and they told me to contact the shop. I ve tried calling and they never pickup and never got back in contact with me. My fairing was under warranty and they had the nerve to tell me that it wasn t when I only had the fairing for 6 months. This company is an absolute disgrace to the riding community and does not care about your safety on the rode. They only care about selling there overpriced products and do not have the decency to help there customers with there products that we buy from them. DO NOT! do business with this company.

Shane is one of the most knowledgeable and easy to talk with in the business his prices are fair and he really knows his stuff on Yamaha's especially. I have bought plenty of parts for my BOLT and no issues buying from this shop. Buy with confidence...

SS Custom Cycle web sit says they make custom cables. They don't make custom cables if you give them all your specs. They do make frustrated people with their customer service.

Ordered a set of rwd shocks for my street glide. Placed order on a Wednesday an got them on Friday. SS custom cycles had the lowest price on the shocks. Will definitely order from them again. They also answered all my questions.

Strike 1: Couldn't order because my billing and shipping address are different.Strike 2: When notified by email, the coorespondance lacked any usible information to seek a solution.Strike 3: Called thinking I could resolve this and get the requested parts - "customer service" was even worse!Terrible place to shop!

I am very surprised and disappointed. My order has been canceled. Do you know why? I paid for my order, but I heard: sorry bro, you are from Russia. We do not deliver the goods to you either in Russia or your friend in the USA. Is this America? Are these bikers?

Worst ever, Highest prices, Highest "restocking fees at 25% even for store credit. Rude, didn't know anything, I had to take him by the hand and teach him what would work on my bike (he had one just like it at one time). Kept telling me he only made $8 on the part. Very greedy, With those prices Shawn Sheen , Shane, What ever your name is, Loose the greed and learn how to talk with people. I had an order for over 1K for him. I went to J.P. Cycles instead for MUCH better prices and no smart A$$ comments from a guy who doesn't even know his own business. Don't waste your time paying the highest prices and restocking fee of 25% even for in store credit. If I could, he would have a half star.
