Chris did an outstanding job getting our sales rep back on the road. They were quick to show up roadside and get him back to the shop to get a new tire put on. Excellent service.

I went for an oil change, and they gave and charged me for a high synthetic oil change without asking me. I had been a customer for years, and I always done the standard oil change. Never once was I asked or ever got the highest priced oil change before recently. This company has been known to push services on customers, but used to they would ask me before they done something. Never again! This location is just as bad as the Plymouth location, and I guess it just speaks for the company itself. Goodbye!

Jerry and the crew were amazing! I was 2.5 hours away from home and ended up on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire and to my surprise, there wasn't a spare to be found at all! I started calling AAA and kept getting transferred to different branches as I nervously sat in my car with 18 wheelers flying by me at 80+ MPH. I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with them so I finally decided to just call a local tire shop in hopes they could help with a quicker solution so I could make it home to my family in one piece. Luckily this was the first place I called and Jerry answered! Not only did he get me hooked up with a local tow service to his shop but he also called around everywhere to try and find a tire that would fit my vehicle when he realized they didn't have stock. The team wanted to help me get me home so they were kind enough to work my vehicle in alot faster than they would for routine service and I was back on the road in no time! To make things even better, I was surprised that the bill was less than $25 since they realized that they could actually patch the tire and not replace it, which would be probably 8x that price if not more! In this day and age, it's hard to find a service station with hard working, honest and empathetic staff so hopefully this helps makes your choice easier the next time you need service and your near Williamston.

My new to go place for vehicle maintenance. Appointment required for some services. Highly recommend.Edited and add.Once again the crew steps up for [other work]. The antenna was broken on my 1994 pick up truck through a car wash, bummer . Bought a replacement, called to find out if it's doable, the answer as always, "we should be able to do it", and it was done; appointment required. I mean the tire had to be removed, the mud guard frame had to come off, no easy task. Thanks guys.

This is my third experience with Colony Tire over several years. Jerry is and has always been pleasant and professional. He discussed with me the tires that I chose to have put on my GMC Terrain. He was very knowledgeable and my service time was quick and I had a comfortable place to sit and relax while I waited.Thank you all at Colony Tire!

Always A+ Service every time I go to Colony Tire in Williamston,NC. Jerry always explains everything thoroughly and has a Great Demeanor. I have never had any bad experiences in all the years I have been using them to service my vehicles. You know it s great service when you re willing to take a 45 minute drive and I have Firestone and other places within a 10 minute radius.Jerry and all the staff I have ever interacted were always courteous and respectful ensuring everyone was being helped..I Appreciate the fact that their Customer Service is always on point and they have never tried to sell me any extra services that weren t needed.Always very helpful.Definitely 10* Service.So a Big Shout Out and Thank You to Jerry and the staff at Colony Tire in Williamston,NC#APittCountyResidentSince2021& the Dealership I purchased my vehicle from is in the local area but once I get great Customer Service I continue to Support those particular locations.Thanks a Million #IHighlyRecommendThem&haveUsedtheirServicesforover10yearsonseveralvehiclemakesandmodel(TheyareVeryThorough)

Service is always accessible but the past 3 times I've been there I asked that my air be adjusted in my tires but it did not happen

Colony was so very helpful. I rode in without an appointment, thinking I had a nail in my tire, sure enough I did. Colony worked me in, got me out in a short matter of time, and charged me less than $30. Thank you Colony, I'll be back!

They had what we needed in stock! Chris is always great to deal with!! We usually go to Colony ANY time we have a tire need!! Not every time but most often than not they get to us within the same day!

Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Prices were very reasonable and work was done in a timely manner. I had to amend our appointment by adding a 4 wheel alignment after only scheduling for tires. They adjusted my arrival time to accommodate me on the fly. I will be returning for more maintenance soon.

Their customer service skills need some attention. It was my experience they were only interested in was the payment. No one ever explained to me the mileage of the tires nor the type of warranty on the tires. The four new tires were placed on my tires were old looking. No one took the time to clean them up before placing the tires on me truck. Lastly, I wanted to keep two of my old tires. Upon paying for the tires, I asked the young man if they saved the two tires. He let me know that the tires were standing against the building. He never offered nor assisted me with placing the two tires in my truck. All of this in its totality is why I only give them two stars.

I spent two days replacing the upper control arms, lower ball joints, tie rods and the arms for steering etc, on my chevy pickup.. had brand new tires put on the truck and made an appointment in person for the next day at 2:45pm. Dude at the desk seemed cool I guess, seemed nice.I show up for my appointment drop the truck off and he said about an hour, so I walked right next door to akai or whatever it's called, but I could literally see the shop out of the window.By the time I ordered my food (literally 10 minutes later) I looked out and noticed my truck in a different parking spot. No exaggeration. So I ate, walked over and made a comment that I must have got those tie rods DEAD ON! because in 10-15 minutes they didn't even pull it into the shop. Not even possible. He didn't have much of a responce but "that will be $70 and some change" and I think I paid for nothing but someone to move my truck..I guess I need to take it somewhere else and see, but of course more time and money on my part.I wouldn't take my truck back there again.Seems lazy and doesn't seem very honest.

Had a family emergency and needed tires fast. The team at the Williamston location had 4 tires and a LOF done in just a few hours. I'm grateful for their efforts, and their high level of service. Thanks to Chris and the team!

Jerry took great care to tell me the source of my problem and explained why a fix wasn t practical. He then presented solutions that were comparable to my original tires at a great value. I came back the next day and had a set of 4 General tires installed. They ride really smooth and comfortable!

We were traveling through in our class A motorhome and I had a leaking tire. They got us in immediately. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem as a loose valve stem extension and fixed the problem. Very reasonable cost and honest repair. Thank you for your excellent service!

Great front office staff but tire tech didn t balance a remounted tire repair and I had to return to the store to have the issue fixed, staff was accommodating but it should have been done the first time around.

Great service. Very friendly and professional staff. Never had a negative experience at this location. Store manager goes above and beyond to make sure you re 100 percent satisfied. Much appreciated. It s refreshing and a pleasure to do business at Colony Tire in Williamston for sure.

New front brakes and rotors for $315.00. Great customer service, easy drop off, picked up a few hours later. New brakes are AMAZING. Good job guys!

Thank you for the oil change. I made an appointment for Friday February 28th. For a oil change and a tire rotation. Checked in said I m here for a oil change and tire rotation. Got a oil change but no tire rotation. Didn t notice till I got home and looked at the receipt and the the truck tires. Not sure what more I could have said to get the work done. I ll be going back to changing my own oil and rotating my tires.

I arrived in williamston North Carolina in November of 2019 I to Pugh's service center I was unsatisfied with their underhanded tactics of overcharging unnecessary repairs. I did went to colony tire service. I was amazed of their customer care straight up forward answers and concerned about this service to their customers I've been a loyal customer since since March of 2020 and I also bring my mother's car to get service a colony tire center thank you for your loyal service
