Do not get their services. This is the second vehicle of mine they have damaged during services that have cost me hundreds of dollars. Stay away from here, I will not make a 3rd mistake here! Damaged during transmission flush and a change of diff fluids!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Very helpful and knowledgeable on what your car needs. They didn't force anything or try to upset if not needed. I will be going back to get some oil changed on my 2021 Mustang gt

The convenience of sitting in my car during a fast oil change already warrants a high rating despite the higher price. Thankfully, my customer experience here has been excellent, too! The guys have been great.

Rolled up to get an oil change at this place and immediately had a bad experience. DO NOT GO HERE. A guy was directing me into the bay and his co-worker EJ immediately started yelling at him that he s doing a bad job. EJ grabbed a rag and hid it over his mouth so I wouldn t see what he was saying to the guy. EJ kept turning off the monitor while the other guy was working on it, essentially bullying his co-worker in front of me. I asked to get my power steering fluid checked and they forgot. I reminded them before I left and the quickly checked it, saying it was full. On my way home, my truck was making awful noises and I checked my power steering fluids and it was completely empty. Not sure what they did but ever since I left this place I have been dealing with major car issues. I don t trust them and believe that they did something on my truck because the second I left, it will not run properly and have to get it towed to a shop. A simple oil change here is now $100.

July 17, 2023 Do Not Go here! You are talking a big risk. The technicians are not well trained and won t ask for help hence my $324.17 mechanic bill and a $98 oil change.. that s right I paid $422.17 for this oil change. I was the only customer in the bay and 5 technicians twiddling their thumbs. Here is what happened.The technician a young lady, had a hard time getting the engine air filter once she had it out I told her not to replace it as it was white and no debris. She tried putting it back in but got very confused putting it in. She tried spinning it different direction upside down but it didn t work. After about 4 minutes of trying one of the 3 on lookers tech technicians came over and asked her if she needed help and she said no! That is when she put the air filter upside down and backwards! Without knowing this I drove my 5 miles home not having any sign that their was a problem. I only drove 2 miles the next day. But 2nd day post oil change I drove about 10 to 3 doctor appointments. My engined started dying on Highway 421 in front of a hospital at 3:15pm on a Friday. I was. Able to keep momentum at 5 miles an hour till I found a parking lot park in. Got towed to Nissan. They weren t able to check my car their last hour for weekend. They had no service cars to rent and neither did Enterprise next door. They drove me home. I was careless for the weekend and up till 2:00 pm when they finished my car. I had to cancel a doctors appointment that took 9 weeks to get. It was located over an hour away.So with the lousy oil change $98 and $324.17 Valvoline owes me $422.17 not including the inconvenience and having to cancel my doctors appt.Save yourself the trouble and don t patronize Valvoline in Wilkesboro NC. By the way Valvoline Oil check your facts. You paid me a whopping $225.47 to solve this problem. Everything that was necessary including the interior air filter was necessary! How many people have you scammed saying things weren t necessary. You should also reimburse me for my oil change that caused this problem. Dylan the district manager nice as she is, I don t think she is taking this seriously.

This place is a scam. Would not pass a 2014 GMC truck with 22k miles because the wipers were streaking and a safety hazard. See photo below. This was after spraying and hitting the wiper once. They wanted to sell us wipers for $24 EACH in order to pass. They failed the truck, still charged us, and said if we replaced the wipers and brought it back we would be charged an additional .85 cents. You have to be kidding me. The inspector couldn t even look me in the eye when telling us he wouldn t pass it. You decide if this is the type of business you want to gamble your money on.

Took the car to get inspection. $13 and some change. very reasonable. In and out in 15 minutes or so. The gentlemen there are friendly, professional and courteous. Also knowledgeable and informative. Would highly recommend.

Got FULL SERVICE. Mechanics did ok job. But I had to ask to have tire pressures checked and I asked if they filled up wiper fluid. Was told they didn't have any. I should have been notified of this up front. Tires should have been checked automatically. Good place to get changes, need some better customer service training.

I was a few miles off my oil change and had to make a quick stop in. My brother usually changes the oil, so I was surprised by the cost, but it was a necessary stop and friendly service. I don't plan to stop again.Not sure why they felt they had to silicone the oil cap. My brother was ANGRY. It wasn't necessary.Also, the "guy" was surprised I know how to change the oil monitor in the dash. Do people not know how to do that, or did I just look old and/or stupid?

$50 for a oil change when they didn't even provide the oil?!?! I brought the Vavoline high mileage oil and filter with me which I THOUGHT was the costlier of the 2. Granted I know these types of places are different shades of overpriced and too high I was still disappointed at the price. I paid $35 for the oil and filter which isn't bad for high mileage (Thank you O'Reilly's and your coupons) then paid $50 so that my oil could be drained and poured in and that's it, nothing else was checked. At least they use to bring you your air filter so you could see the state it's in, check all your fluids, and pump up your tires. So that's a total of $85 for a oil change which considering they charge $110 for their own high mileage oil change where they provide oil isn't looking too TOO bad now

In and out in 20 minutes or less. All three of the crew were very friendly and communicated clearly at each step of the process. I knew one tire was low on air. When the tech discovered it had lost more since I had last measured he quickly recommended a trusted tire shop (I am not a local). This was an outstanding service experience! Great job!

They were unable to remove the drain plug without possibly stripping the threads. The dipstick was supposedly stuck. They thought it a liability hazard to remove it. Did not get oil change.

Absolutely worthless...tried 3 different days to have my vehicle inspected with no luck due to incompetent employees locking themselves out of the computer system, employees not showing for work, and employees refusing to touch my vehicle due to animal allergies...a once go to shop has been rendered inept due to incapable employees

It was quick and the service is very good. You pay a bit more, but it's worth it. You don't even have to get out of your car.

This place is a nice place friendly people but they don't tell you it's going to cost extra for a half a quart of oil like they're supposed to they say their advertisement says about it being 5 quarts only but still a worker should tell customer before and maybe the customer will only want five quarts put in instead of just doing it and charging people

Worst service EVER!! I waited in my car for an hour while the entire crew was staring and admiring a mustang.I was the only car there waiting with 2 other lanes open and they did absolutely nothing. I will NEVER go here and I do not recommend. They told me it was only going to be a 25 minute wait and they gladly took their time.

These people wanted to charge me $86 just for an oil change, air hose was broken so they couldn't change my tires. Just wow. Go to Perry's, they have great employees, great prices, and they take care of you.

Worker puts extra half quart of oil in cuz my vehicle takes more than five but didn't ask me if I want that extra quart of oil they just put it in and charged me the extra without asking that is a scam a way to rip people off by not asking if they want the full amount of oil or just what is given in their promotions for oil changes

I went in for an inspection and was told I had a back light out, and my wipers needed replacing. My wipers worked fine, the passenger side rubber was coming loose but it still worked. The tech said I needed to replace both of them, it was a safety hazard and my inspection would fail. I said ok but I really had no choice, the cost was $26 dollars. All that was going through my head was every time I ve had to come in there I feel like I m going to get ripped off. I even doubted that my back light was out. I left the shop, it was raining and on down the road I noticed that both wipers weren t working. They did not fit the curve in my windshield and did not wipe away the rain. The shop closed shortly after I left so I went back on my lunch break the next day. The same tech said to me that s weird, they worked fine yesterday I told him they did not, (I had my son take a video of them on our drive home)they aren t even laying on the glass, he didn t check them after he replaced them, causing me a safety hazard! He struggled to take off the wipers, tried another one and that would not lay flat, a different tech brought out another pair, that actually fit like my old ones, and worked great. The original tech was standing there, saying out loud, I don t know how I m going to get away with this, these ones cost a lot more money . I ignored him, said thank you to the other tech who put on the correct wipers and drove out of there. I don t like the snake oil salesman tactics when I go in there. I ll never go back.

The employees were polite to me, but they tried to scam me into paying $95 for just an oil change. I knew something was very wrong, and asked them if they had a cheaper option. However, the guy told me that it was the factory suggestion for my car (a Chevy Cruze), and made it out to be like he couldn't and wouldn't do anything cheaper. I finally talked him down to $65. I felt sick after leaving. Just be wary.

Popped in her without an appointment and while all bays were full, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! The staff were extremely courteous and professional, the waiting area was clean and coffee and water were available, and the restroom was clean as well.

They do a quick job and are friendly but they charged me like 73 dollars for a oil change which is entirely to much for oil, and oil filter for middle grade oil. I now drive to Boone to have all my vehicles done.
