Terry and Dillon are good people. I took my vehicle to their shop yesterday for some maintenance. They didn't take long, I was extremely pleased with everything. I sincerely hope your shop does well. Thank You guys.

They do a great job Above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! The first time it was like that. The second trip I paid as almost 600 hundred dollars and got my vehicle back worse than it was when I dropped it off. He said I'm doing the best I can do.

Was on a ski trip with a bunch of church youth when the bus I was driving hit a low spot and started to sound terrible. I called several exhaust places and either they couldn't lift the bus or needed an appointment. I called Terry's and was told that there was no appointment necessary. I drove over an hour. Within 5 minutes after arrival the bus was being put on the lift. Twenty minutes later the exhaust was repaired. Super nice folks and the repair cost was very reasonable. Would use them again if I need work and in the area. Apparently, someone tried to cut out the converter at one time but didn't finish the job and the bump broke the cut open. The guy who did the repair said that this is common with larger converters due to the scrap amount.Service: Exhaust

I Called on a Friday morning they managed to fit me in with a 45 mins time frame. They got me in little after 30 min wait , installed my stock mufflers back on my si walked out at reasonable price. Perfect craftsmanship highly recommend getting your car worked on there, I will be returning if I need work done.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They used the wrong size pipe and welds looks like they were done by a 4th grader don't recommend, for a place called Terry's muffler there exhaust works is horrible.

I get my car inspeacred here. I like it because it's simple, fast & cheap. I was in & out in 15 minutes. The guy running the place is super nice & helpful.I don't really know anything about the muffler part of the business but if I have that concern in the future, I will go to Terry's.

Got work done here couple times for various mechanical things on my trucks top-notch work reasonable price friendly service and as long as he didn't run into a problem it was always done what he said it was going to be done highly recommended if you want good work done for a fair price

If you have exhaust needs this is the place to go, I contacted every muffler shop in Three Counties to do some custom exhaust for a 4 cylinder motorcycle and no one would even look at it, I took it down to Terry's and he didn't even blink an eye at the complicated nature of my request, I dropped my motorcycle off and in three days I picked it up and it was exactly what I wanted. Also the price was Far lower than I expected it to be for what I was asking for. The customer service and product I received are enough to make me a lifelong customer. One more thing, unlike some of the other reviews the price that was quoted to me was exactly to the dollar what I paid after the job was done

My son's muffler had separated. We went here and they fixed it in a short time period and it was a reasonable charge Thanks for a job well done. Yes I would reccomend

Prices are great. Service was done as expected. No follow up call to let me know service was done. Had to call them a few times but they stay busy so I understand.

My family had an alternator die on the parkway on the way home(we live out of state). They worked us in and replaced the alternator in about an hour and a half. I could not have been more pleased. They were friendly, affordable, and did everything that they could to help us be comfortable.

We went to Terry's to have a flow master put on our truck. It was done fast and they were very friendly and informative. Also it was affordable too.

I took my 2007 Lexus Is350 to get a muffler delete and I am very happy with the outcome. Everywhere else I had to make appointments, gave them a call and got it done the same day. Only took 30 minutes to do and the staff is very nice and helpful

I bought an old truck and been going to Terry s Muffler shop several times.They are very quick, know what they are doing, friendly and their price is very fare.Love working with them.Great people.

Took car to have some exhaust work done which I thought would be complex and would require me leaving my car overnight. Nope!They had me in and out in about 15 minutes. The kicker, no charge. Excellent service.

Had a flat just as I passed the shop a few years back, they helped me by fixing my tire with a recap they were going to recycle until I got paid and when I went back they gave me a GREAT deal on a full set of tires. I had just moved here and had never seen any of them in my life and I was quite heavy at that time but they treated me the same as I had always seen the thin, pretty girls being treated at other places.

I called this place today, as I called 6 other places in wilksboro to find a right size tire. I was broke down on the side of the road. These guys went above and beyond to find a tire at a surprisingly cheap rate and made sure to get me back on the road. Amazing group of guys. Thank you all.Jarrod from KY
