Look at a truck there most courtesy people you would ever want to meet didn't buy anything today just need to take time to think about it if you are looking for a truck this is the place to go no procession feeds just a good way to do business

Minton Automotive LLC raised the bar across the board for a perfect client experience. From the moment we reached out with an inquiry, Mr. Minton was responsive by sending us the Carfax of the vehicle. He took care of all the necessary maintenance to be sure vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot. Mr. Minton walked us through the entire purchasing process paying attention to every detail including referring us to the local DMV where we could register the vehicle. I can definitely say that our satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! We highly recommend Minto Automotive LLC for any vehicle purchase!

This purchase was very enjoyable. I called Matt just a couple of days before I was headed out of town. After a brief discussion, I committed to purchase the truck, when I returned, if it was as he presented. Matt agreed to put the truck on hold. The day after I returned I drove away with the truck. There doesn't seem to be a lot of trust these days but Matt trusted me and held the truck as he said he would. I don't think you can go wrong with Matt.

My husband was looking for a work van and saw one listed on Minton Automotive website. We took it for a test drive. After driving it my husband decided he didn t like the way it drove because something wasn t quite right. We took the van back and talked with Matthew and told him that the van didn t drive good. Matthew sent the van to have it worked on that day. We went back and drove it again after it returned from the shop. My husband was pleased and of course bought it. After having it for a few days Matthew called to make sure we were satisfied with how the van was doing. We feel he went above and beyond customer satisfaction and would recommend checking them out before buying elsewhere.

We were in the market to upgrade our service truck to a larger one , and found the one that would fit our advertised on their website they were great people to deal with! We traded our truck in and they were extremely helpful and flexible going through the process! We appreciated working with them and if we need another vehicle we will definitely deal with them again!!!

I recently purchased a truck (January 2022) from Minton s. They were excellent to deal with. Straight shooters and transparent in their dealings. I had the truck approximately 3 days when the radiator cracked, no issues up until then...and I even had another mechanic look at it prior to purchasing. Just one of those things. I figured, just my luck. Minton s became aware of this, and although it wasn t their fault and the vehicle was purchased as is , they insisted on taking care of the issue at their expense. This was handled and the truck was delivered back to me quickly. Runs like a dream and a great purchase value. They are great to do business with. I ve always been uneasy with the automotive sales experience, but I am 100% comfortable in recommending Minton s. They do business the way it should be done.

I'd give the Mintons 6 stars if I could. This was the best vehicle buying and selling experience I've ever had. Fair. Genuine. Responsive. No non-sense. After selling my old truck, they even offered to bring the check to me on their way to vacation. The kind of people that make you feel good to be around.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. My wife n I drove up from Florida to pick up a trailer. Matthew answered ALL my questions promptly with complete openness.He went above and beyond with requests for measurements and/or pictures. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

This is the story of the Dodge Nitro!My husband and I were car shopping. He goes and looks at a few different things then he finds this Nitro. He decides to buy it after a test drive... ok....this was on Wednesday. Without us asking, the owner, Matthew, at Minton Automotive Truck Sales says he ll have the a/c charged as it s just not how it should be. Ok no problem! Pick up Friday! Thanks man!!Friday rolls around and it s time to go pick it up... well... the a/c won t charge so there s an issue... BUT! Matthew says he ll fix it! Ok cool! We bring it home, he orders the part and I take it back to be fixed. Well...the new part is bad... so Matthew orders another one... I go back again to have it fixed... get the new part put on and guess what... still no a/c... but alas, Matthew says he will honor his word and fix it! I m like ok, maybe you re a decent guy... those are hard to find and I m still doubtful but maybe...Now none of this surprises me, it s truly par for my course so I m being cool about it all, he s going to fix it so I m good.So the mechanic (not Matthew, the dealer) tells me to come back on a certain day, he s ordered the parts and they ll be there on this day. So I go back a third time, the part is not in!! Now I m up to 3 trips to wilkesboro and still have no a/c!!I m mad now. I drove all the way there and my part isn t even there!! Mad doesn t cover it. So I text Matthew as I m so mad it s best I don t talk to anyone.Y all... this guy... was SO NICE. He was understanding to why I was so mad, he assured me he would handle it and it would be fixed. He was absolutely so professional in the face of my nasty anger and apologetic for the issues. He repeatedly asked what could he do to fix it! I calmed down just based off his reactions to my issues.He took everything into his hands! He met me half way when my part did come in and gave me something else to drive, he kept in constant contact with me and kept the Nitro overnight to make sure it was repaired. Then met me half way again to trade vehicles back. He even made me laugh at the whole situation in the end!The Nitro is running great and has some cold a/c!!A big huge thank you to Matthew for turning what could have been a horrible experience into an amazing one!! The next time we are car shopping I will definitely start at Mintons!! I am absolutely blown away with the professionalism and decency of this business and it s owners.A++++ morals and ethics!! I recommend this auto dealer to anyone looking for a used vehicle!

I was very impressed to arrive 1/2 an hour early on a Saturday to them already being open!Very courteous and helpful salesman!The sales lot has the appearance of a very high quality business. With a very good selection of cars and trucks.
