I have never had a bad experience at Meineke. Each time I have come by the owner has personally come out to speak to me and make sure I was satisfied with my service. And I always am. Every representative I have had the pleasure of meeting has been very friendly and made me feel at ease. They are quick and efficient, and are straight forward with me on what my car needs and what is recommended for it. They really treat you like family here!

I had my kids and my dog with me and stopped in for a quick inspection. They allowed my dog inside. And the owner came over to pet my dog and told me about his 4 dogs and introduced himself. And one of the mechanics came and petted and loved on him and talked about his dog Sadie. Everyone super friendly and pet friendly. Kids loved the little bus and played in it. Love it totally recommend it.

Our car broke down on Saturday afternoon and we were far from home, traveling with our two dogs. The tow truck driver took us to Meineke where we met Lisa Church. It would have taken a few days to get the part for our older Mercedes and of course all the car rental places were closed. She and all the guys put their heads together and with their local knowledge suggested we try a gas station across town that rented Uhauls. Then, they gave me a ride to the gas station and waited to make sure I d be able to rent something. Meanwhile, the wife and both dogs waited at the shop, on a shady bench with a bucket of water for the pups. All the guys came by to love on the dogs and let her charge her cell phone. Lisa offered to let us keep our car in her lot until we could come back and pick it up with a car hauler to be fixed at home at our local mechanic. We were not even customers and that s how we were treated. These are good people. Really, really good people. I would not hesitate to do business with them. Big thank you to everyone at the shop from John and Tiffany, Xena and Daisy!

These guys always take such good care of me. I needed new tires, and I had to leave the next day to go to Raleigh for surgery before the tires would normally be delivered. They went and did a special pickup of the tires same day so I could have them installed before my trip. Going above and beyond like that is why I will always be a loyal customer!

I would like to thank Meineke of Wilkes for honoring the veteran at oil change on Saturday. I called and spoke with manager Lisa she was most gracious and kind and gave me an appointment time and allowed me to come in on the wrong day. While waiting several others veterans came in and received the same great service. Jake the Cousiey representative was awesome my welcoming each and every one of us. Thank Meineke of Wilkes for your grace and kindness and service to us veterans.

Best customer service experience. The entire staff from owner to manager to employees were very hospitable. The owner even invited me back into service area to see how the work on my vehicle was being completed. Definitely recommend this business, they do all around car care services.

Finding a good, honest mechanic is a difficult experience, however, I need look no more. After a couple disappointing services in Boone, a coworker recommended Meineke. I called and made an appointment, and even though I arrived early, they did not make me wait or come back. Lisa at the front desk was kind, helpful and told me exactly what my service would cost, up front. She also listened attentively to my other concerns. Brian, my mechanic did a thorough inspection and welcomed me into the garage as he showed me what additional issue (valve cover gasket) needed fixed. He did not pressure me to do it that day, but after clearly telling me the costs, I had him fix it as well. He explained all I needed to know about my car and made me feel at ease driving an older car in the mountains of Boone. Thank you for exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Meineke and I will service my car here, only, from now on. Their prices are not inflated and I did not have to wait long.

I arrived 10 minutes early, and they got the car to a bay right away. Then they changed the oil and addressed the tire pressures. It was ready to go in 22 minutes! I had only called earlier in the day.Everything went smoothly. They honored their coupon for the oil change, even though I had been unaware of the coupon offer.Wonderful service! Very nice people! I've used this Meineke location several times in the past, and they've always been incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. And yet again, today they've helped me greatly.After being lied to by another shop about a twisted exhaust pipe, I decided to both check into it myself, and gather a second opinion. Low and behold, I did not need to replace my entire exhaust system, and only needed one bracket bent back into shape and re-inserted into the mounting bracket. A wonderful gentlemen by the name of Brian completed the task with incredible efficiency, and had me back out the door in less then 15 minutes.I value my time, quality of work, company honesty, and the attitude of the employees, and this Meineke location never fails to deliver. I would highly suggest this shop for anyone seeking a second opinion, or is searching for a good place to bring your car for any future servicing or repairs. They know how to treat customers with respect, and have well earned my respect, money, and time.Thank you for your work Brian, and thank you Meineke for another low stress repair.Service: Exhaust

Bobby, the owner, greeted me as I walked in the door. Lisa, the assistant manager, was very courteous and got me in for my oil change and tire rotation. I've used several Meineke locations and this one by far is the most respectful of their customer needs.

Recently came in to get a CV axle replaced. It was later in the day and yet they were still able to fit me in. They even came outside to greet me as I pulled in and wasted no time in going to work on my truck. At the end I was able to meet Bobby the owner. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. We immediately hit it off and even though his shop is out of the way for me I will be making the longer trip to come do business with him and his team. Highly recommend! Best experience I've had at an auto repair shop.

Jake,Lisa,and Brandon worked nonstop for a month to diagnose, pull my engine, research me a new engine, install it and make it run like a top. Absolutely too notch service, calling me throughout the process and providing updates, and letting me come look around at any time. Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone wanting a professional team working on their vehicle!

Got my truck running good every time I have been there. The last four times have used them I have left happy and in a short time. I see why this place has so many good reviews. Jake at the front desk was the best! He was super helpful, friendly, and just a genuinely nice guy. He managed to get my truck in quickly even though I didn't make an appointment. Brandon, who worked on my car, was great too. Took the time to show me what was going on with the brakes on my truck and answer all my questions. You can tell these people truly care about what they do and they care about their customers, instead of just focusing on making money. They are honest and fair, and treat you exactly how you would hope to be treated. I highly recommend them for ANYTHING you need for your vehicle.

Very professional. Took my truck to finish getting it back on the road. They took pictures of everything when it was getting fixed. Called me when stuff was wrong before they just fixed it and jacked up the price.Quoted me a price and was right on where they quoted. Kept me updated on the progress. We were traveling from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to Knoxville, Tennessee on Thursday November 9th when we had some lug studs break. Lisa, Brian, and Brandon helped get us back on the road. We are forever grateful for their kindness and compassion they showed us and how they reached out to local resources to get the parts needed to get us back on the road.

Jake the super nice and very helpful man at the front desk along with Brian (mechanic that worked on my vehicle) just gained a lifelong customer today. They were amazing, couldn't have asked for better service. I 100% recommend these guys for anything automotive. Prices are great and they'll look out for you. I've been too many different shops but never been treated this good before. If you need something done to your car, anything, see these guys, you won't regret it. Thank you again Jake and Brian.

Had a lot of work done at the Wilkesboro location and the lady at the desk told me she was gonna warranty 2 coil packs the had put on and she did replace a battery they had put in my car which the first battery was the wrong battery costing me over 200.00 and when we went to have the battery replaced she didn t act like she wanted to even replace my coil pack so I ended having to buy them again and replace them myself. Just out of the blue decided that it was the timing chain on my car instead of the coil packs. Even though the night before the computer said misfire on cylinder 1&2 and would not think about changing my coil packs even when I did have the number 2 coil pack replaced they broke the clip that hold s the wire on the coil pack

After calling numerous places in Boone, Lenoir, and Wilkesboro, this shop was finally able to fix my VW Eos where the last place had stripped the oil plug. Mieneke is Wilkesboro NC is the best I ve ever been to. They are professionals, courteous and very knowledgeable about vehicles. They treat you like family! I know I will always get the service I expect when I take my car to them.I must tell you about today. My air gauge light came on at 5:20 this afternoon. I called Mieneke immediately and asked it they could check my tires, Jake said, yes bring it in. Straight away, I drove to the shop. Brandon filled my tires and found this 4 inch thing stuck in my tire. Brandon is so nice and professional, he stayed late, to fix my tire with a wonderful gentleman attitude! We love taking our car to this location to get worked on. Unfortunately we will be having to bring it back as soon as possible because something is vibrating that wasn t before the oil change and tire rotation.
