This is the second time I've brought my car here, and both times I've been very impressed with Alyssa, the service advisor. She's always cheerful and nice, whether on the phone setting up the appointment or in person when I get there. She's knowledgeable about the cars, the issues, and makes sure to communicate well and often with me about what's going on and what I will owe. McNeill Nissan of Wilkesboro is lucky to have her.

Very simple car buying experience. I felt as if my needs were heard and my sales lady Brenda Loudermilk went above and beyond to get me the absolute perfect car for me. She answered every question and left me feeling secure in my decision. She was absolutely wonderful and didn't make me feel like she was trying to push anyrhing I didn't want on me...which I'm sure us ine of the many reasons she was recommended multiple times when I had ask on social media a recommendation for a great car buying experience. LOVED everyrhing about my entire experience here.

We took our car in for an oil change. When we were checking in, we were told that it had an airbag recall. Upon trying to complete the recall they scratched a part of the dash. They didn't try to hide it or anything but notified my wife of what they done and had the part on order and would make it right. They did just that and I appreciate the honesty and integrity this dealership has. Lifelong customer for sure!!!!!!

The service to my car was done well. However, when my car was returned I was told I needed tires. I was given a quote for tires with no information about the tires. I felt like I was treated like I was dumb and was just going to agree to order tires without any information about them. I couldn t help but wonder if it was because I am a female. In addition to this my car was not washed as usual. I left very disappointed with the level of service I received.

My husband and I visited McNeill Nissan of Wilkesboro to simply take a look at a car we saw on line. The salesman that came out to meet us, Tyler Hincher, was so nice and just gave us a welcoming feeling from the beginning. We liked the look of the car so much, we wanted to give it a test drive. Tyler was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the car and answered all of our questions. After the test drive, we went inside to discuss the deal and again, Tyler was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. Tyler took our price proposal to the sales manager and we were able to negotiate a deal that fit our budget. The overall experience at the dealership, from Tyler all the way to the finance manager, was great. We would recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation.

Everything was a bit pricey,but what isn't nowadays. They checked my car from top to bottom and even washed my car! Great bunch of people and they did the work right! They have free coffee and drinks,watched TV and updated all my apps via their wi-fi! Going back next month for more preventive maintenance.

To mention afew names, but Ken McGlamery he always make sure we get coffee, snacks or just wishing us a good rest of our work day. McNeil Nissan of Wilkesboro your customer service is outstanding & would be our go-to dealership to purchase a vehicle or our next vehicle. As delivery drivers, we see alot of motors getting returned or delivered from different dealerships, NOT AT MCNEIL NISSAN OF WILKESBORO, they barely have any parts to be delivered. I am very pleased with my new car, I have always went in for an oil changed for my other car and they are always so kind to me there. Brenda was great she made me feel comfortable, I told her my worst experience with Toyota place that was why I was more nervous about getting a new car but it s day 2 and still going good. In October 2022, I bought a 2023 Platinum Nissan Pathfinder. I was super excited about the car until I took it in for its 10,000 mile service. What was supposed to be a quick visit turned into a 4 hour wait. I was informed that the battery in the Pathfinder charge was low and that they needed to run an hour long test on it. After this test they reported that they were replacing the battery. As I was leaving the dealership the service manager shared with me that they are seeing problems with the batteries in the new Pathfinders not holding a charge and they are having to warranty a lot of batteries out. However, there was nothing he could do because Nissan hadn't acknowledged the problem or issued a recall. His solution was to bring the car by weekly to have the battery checked. This was obviously unacceptable. I spent a lot of money on what I thought was a reliable car, not something that needed to be checked on weekly to make sure it would not leave my family stranded. I ended up trading the car with 10k miles on it.Fast forward to today. I am currently waiting for McNeil Nissan to process the refund on the extended warranty and GAP insurance that I bought on the car. I sent in all the requested paperwork on June 1st to Angie McNeil in accounting. I found out this afternoon by calling the extended warranty company and GAP insurance that Angie still has not submitted the paperwork from June 1st. This explains why she has ignored my multiple emails and phone calls. The combined cost for the warranty and GAP insurance was over $5,000. I understand this is a lot of money to lose a commission on, but it is not theirs to keep. I also called and spoke with the finance manager, Edward Garvin, today and explained the situation. He stated that Angie was in the office and attempted to transfer the call to her. I tried to ask him not to transfer the call to her but he was so quick to dismiss my concerns that he didn't give me a chance to say anything. Of course, the call went to voicemail with no response.I have waited patiently for McNeil Nissan to reply to me. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but I have no other option. They refuse to acknowledge me. It really makes me think that this is a struggling car dealership. Look at their empty lot and their service department that is only open every other weekend. I am at a loss for words and quite frankly feel that they have stolen my money.

Ok so I went there 2 get my car handle put bac on last Thurs, 9/28. I thought everything was good but come thurs 10/5, just a week later, my handle comes off again, like it was never touched. I'm pissed and aggravated. I want 2 go bac and show them but I want it done correctly so I'll go elsewhere.
