Our experience with Freedom Auto was not as good as others have stated. The buying experience didn't seem like the owner cared if we were there or not. Getting a test drive was fast and easy but everything else about it left us feeling like we were more of an inconvenience than a customer with the potential to be loyal for a long time. We bought an old truck... a Honda Ridgeline. It was in great shape, looked and smelled great and drove great... at first.Once our check was handed over things went south. We parked it in our driveway overnight and when we went out to use it there were oil leaks everywhere. Called and was told it's an old truck what do you expect. We can look at it but we won't stand behind it was what we were told. So we took it in. They guessed at what was causing the oil issue and after spending another $650 for repairs there we woke up the next morning to more oil and power steering fluid dripping out. So we took it to a trusted repair shop and they found multiple expensive issues causing the leaks.Lessons learned. Freedom Auto is great at getting a vehicle looking like a shiny new, ready to buy offering. And they're great at hiding what might be wrong with that shiny vehicle. And they won't stand behind the purchase. We would never buy another vehicle from them and for what it's worth based upon their attitude and lack of customer support would never recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car or truck. A good buy is not a good buy when you have to put another 50% into repairs within a week to get it ready to drive.

I would give 10 stars if possible! Josh at Freedom Auto was so easy to work with. He is very fair with his prices and you know exactly what you will get with him. You won t have to worry about all the hidden fees with him because there isn t any. I know several people personally that have purchased from him and would give the same review. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced from a person who truly stands behind his stuff.

My oldest has been looking for a specific car for months now and we happened to see one yesterday online at Freedom Auto. I called this morning and talked to Josh to make sure it was there since it was about a 2 hour drive. Totally worth it! The car was in great condition - super clean, new tires, newly serviced - and Josh was great to work with. We test drove and purchased it in under 2 hours - definitely a record in our book. And he answered all of our questions. Oldest is over the moon with her new car. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service and we are loving our new-to-us car!! Very friendly and helpful! Josh even stayed late as I was traveling from out of town. They were also willing to take the car to my mechanic (almost an hour away) so that I would feel reassured about the vehicle. (I was buying while my significant other was away at National Guard AT.) It checked out perfectly and my mechanic even commented on how nice the driver was. Very thankful for all of your kindness, patience, and help through the car buying process!!

Josh and his crew at Freedom Auto are amazing! They were overall so helpful with my car buying experience. They ve been very helpful with fixing any issues that I have had. I will definitely be buying again from them in the future. Most definitely the best customer service I ve ever had buying a vehicle.

We bought a Acura from Josh. It came with a 3000 mile warranty. We had some problems with a bushing after the purchase. Josh handled all of the problem. Very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend. Great service!

Stopped in at the last few minutes of their work day with a faulty windshield wiper problem, and He took the patience and time to get it working until I could order the part. Then replaced my broken wiper blade as well, setting me up for the rest of my rainy drive. Didn't charge me a dime. Genuine kindness. Glad to know there are still honest, good people out there ready to help someone in a pickle. Would highly recommend!

Josh is one off the top of line Carlots I have never seen a car lot with more pleasure than Josh he put me right in a nice ranger. And even fixed anything that was wrong with the truck before it left the lot this is what your call business and also backed it up with a warranty thank you Josh

was supposed to put a winch on front of my truck instead of properly drilling holes in the frame and mounting the winch they glued the bolts on.
