I had called to verify a price per hour and their turnaround time. I also confirmed that they worked on my model tractor L4701. I dropped it off and spoke with Dan. Very helpful. They were extremely busy and I didn't expect my tractor for a few weeks. Dan had a thought it was a simple problem. Next week, less than 7 business days it was ready. Saved me time and money. Dan was right. It was a simple problem. They did great job and are very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Thank you Blue Ridge Tractor. Keep up the good work.

BLUE RIDGE TRACTOR IS THE BEST !!! Purchased a New Holland it was set up exactly like i requested ! Best inventory of attachments around. All top notch service from sales to service to set up how i wanted and even the delivery !!!

We had such a fantastic experience at Blue Ridge Tractor Company. Our salesman Aaron was easy to work with, very thorough, and honest. We didn t have a trailer yet and they were so kind to deliver it to us. When they delivered it, Josh went through every detail, ever motion and explained to us everything that we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We highly recommend and I will definitely be telling my family and friends to go there.

Our experience with Blue Ridge Tractor was great. They did a great job of servicing our tractor, and at a very affordable price. They even picked it up and delivered it back to us. We had an accessory installed. Josh was fantastic. He spent a lot of time going over how it works, and how to take it off and put it back on. He didn't leave until we were totally comfortable with doing it ourselves. Josh is not only a terrific mechanic, he is a great ambassador for Blue Ridge Tractor. We wholeheartedly recommend Blue Ridge Tractor.

Very impressed with our service repairman Michael. We had an issue with our new Kubota tractor and he was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully troubleshoot the issue and made the necessary repair.

Mr. James, Shannon and the whole Team at Blue Ridge Tractor we re awesome. Very professional and helpful in every way.They listened to my problems, acknowledged them and responded exceptionally to resolve them. I own a BX 2660 I bought new 9 years ago and experienced fuel issues. They knew how to fix it and my tractor runs like new. Their competitors couldn t fix it. My choice and highly recommend them to anyone. I live over 70 miles away from and worth the travel.

My dad, Larry, (who doesn't own a computer can can't review for himself lol) just bought his first brand new tractor and wanted me to let everyone know that Blue Ridge did an outstanding job with the whole process from ordering to delivery to making an adjustment afterward. Whatever you are paying Josh, it isn't enough!! He's excellent as a tutor in explaining the operation of the tractor, in listening to the customer's concerns and questions, and in promoting the business. He's the best marketing tool you have. Josh was very prompt in pick up and delivery also. We are very pleased customers!

I was looking around for a square baler to replace the one I have had for many years, when I found one at Blue Ridge Tractor company. I called Jeff the salesman and he gave me all the information that I requested, he took pictures and sent them to me. I am located 247 miles away so trust is a big part of doing business with a person. They delivered the baler to me and it was exactly what he said. I will be calling them again when I'm ready to make my next purchase of any equipment. Thanks for your honesty.

I had purchased my New Holland Workmaster 60 in 2018, from a dealer which has now closed down. Recently, I needed an urgent repair and contacted Blue Ridge Tractor Company for the first time. Mark showed-up to my home the very next day and had my tractor serviced and running in no-time-flat, while I was at my office in Winston-Salem.Mark, Jeff and Shannon were extremely pleasant to work with and their customer service has been exemplary.

I purchased a used 2016 Kubota BX2370 about a week ago from Blue Ridge Tractor Co. that I found online through another source. I talked with Lee B. several times on the phone for about a week before deciding to make the purchase. After a couple of failed attempts to get up there to pick it up, I finally made it. I am very pleased to have my BX2370 and very grateful for Lee's help, patience and understanding while I "thought" about what I wanted to do. I am looking forward to doing more with and learning more about how to use my little tractor. I recommend Blue Ridge Tractor and I will probably use again however I am about 1 1/2 hours away. Great people to deal with.

We had been looking for a new lawnmower for some time. We checked around and Blue Ridge had the best deal and the best service. We have used them for years! They have even delivered parts to us and we live 30 mins out. Great customer service!

I do not recommend them for service. My experience earlier this summer resulted in taking my Kubota to a totally different shop to complete a repair...expensive repair...that was not done right at Blue Ridge. It s not asking much to get what you pay for, so if you want good service, I suggest that you go elsewhere.

drove an hr away to see a tractor i looked it over for 20 minutes or more before the guy came out, walked up didn't even speak or give his name. I had to speak to him to even get him to acknowledge me and my wife. Planned on buying the tractor that day and offered him a price cash close to the original price of the used tractor and he just walked off. Funny part was i was considering purchasing a brand new tractor but they lost my business and any future business, If i could give them a 0 rating i would, definitely the worst tractor sales place I've been to and i would assume drive to Virginia or Tennessee before ever going back there. The worst part it was 1 of the partner's that owns the place. I'm not 1 to write reviews but i was so pissed off i had to give my 2 cents, if driving far off would definitely reconsider because they told me they sale enough to not worry about the little man, will definitely be going somewhere else that appreciates my business.

Don t know who walked up to u Cole but I too went there a week + ago to look @ tractors and walked around around for 15-20 minuets but instead of standing out in the yard getting colder and wet I walked inside... said, Hello to the guy @ the desk... Lee is his name. When I said I wanted some help because I want to buy a tractor, Lee greeted me and we walked back outside. I asked questions about everything and Lee was not only helpful but his knowledge on all the equipment was spot on!Lee walked me back in after me drilling him with questions, sit down at his desk and continued to explain things to me until I had picked out the tractor I felt was the one for my needs on my property; again, after Lee had answered all my questions.It didn t stop there...Lee said that there was a Kubota promotion going on this month and that he could email the form to fill out in order to receive a $$ discount ($100-$500 off) on a new tractor. Then he said, You know what, just let me fill it out for you sir and he did. Got it back minutes after he completed the form -$500 off my Kubota... plus, they give a military discount of $500 off a new tractor purchase... $1000 off my new tractor!Each employee was so nice and everyone said hello to me. Multiple employees shook my hand and thanked me for my service. The shop was a very comfortable place to do business (relaxing) with everyone being so friendly.Lee said that he would have my tractor delivered by weeks end; he did one better... they delivered my tractor a day early. Josh was the guy they sent to show me how to operate the tractor. He explained everything and then some about my new tractor and its functions. Josh stayed and made sure I was comfortable with things before he left.Overall, my experience with Blue Ridge Tractor has been excellent. They have won me over and they have and will keep my business well after the cows come home. Hour+ drive, passing 3 other dealers just for the way I have been treated with this purchase... dang right I will.5 Stars in my book!

My new L3301 is the third Kubota tractor that I have owned, all purchased from different Kubota dealers. I called Lee Barnett, told him what I was looking for and this transaction was completed entirely on the phone. I can not say enough about how well I was treated! This transaction was by far the easiest, fairest and best that I have ever had with a Kubota dealer! There is no question Blue Ridge Tractor is all about the customer! Give Lee a call or stop in, you will never regret it!!!!

Could not have asked for better service !!! Had a problem that was resolved over video chat and the necessary parts were delivered by the Service Manager on his way home. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst place I've ever had to deal with the salesmen aren't friendly and hateful very insulting make you feel like your equipment is worthless and the guy over the shop is hateful and lies and their stuff is overpriced very disappointing place Good thing John Deere appreciates my business
