Been here twice so far. One for a patch on a tire and today for brakes. I'm traveling to Florida soon so I wanted to make sure they were good. Guy let's me know my rotors are perfect and my pads were still in good condition and rotated my tires and was pleased with how well they treated me. I'll be going to them from now on. They could have replaced my brakes and charged me and ud be none the wiser but they aren't crooks, they were honest and even showed me how good they were.

I went in this morning for my first visit to this tire shop because I found a nail in my wife's tire. It was the closest shop that would possibly stock the Michelin that I was possibly going to need. I was hoping for a patch but knew that the location was going to be questionable for a repair. When I arrived, I spoke with a technician who was hesitant to say that they could repair the tire but asked the owner. After saying that this was a bad area to make a repair, he offered to do it anyway. This gesture meant a lot to me because I knew that it was not a good area, and it would have been much better for their bottom line to push getting a new tire. Not wanting to skimp on my wife's safety, I had them replace the tire.They had the tire in stock, and even though I didn't have an appointment they were willing to fit me into the line of customers. I was in the shop for about 45 minutes before the tire was ready. I've had plenty of tires mounted over the years, and I was expecting a certain amount of "evidence" left on the alloy wheel, but after cleaning the car when I got back home, there was no evidence that the tire had been mounted.I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of work from this shop and will be back when it is time for new tires.

The owner/ manager of this place is awful and a very rude individual. If you have an emergency don t bother stopping here! The workers are helpful but the main manager has no problem being rude, obnoxious and letting people be left stranded

I'm really impressed with Billy Myers Tire & grateful to have them around! Had them install new wheels on my truck after horrible experience at the Toyota dealership. They did it for a 1/4 of the price, in a 1/4 of the time, even cleaned up all the tire mounting lubricant! I will for sure be back for future service! Thank you Myers Tire!

Great shop. Friendly, honest owners. Very fair pricing and attention to customers. Bought a set of tires with an alignment. Vehicle was clean, no greasy steering wheel or other issues (unlike some places) and the alignment was perfect. Highly recommend these tire pros!

Couldn't ask for a better tire service out of every mechanic place I have had to deal with up here in Wilkesboro I would have to say Billy Myers I give you 10 Stars and will definitely stick with y'all from here on out y'all have done nothing but be good to me and fair with prices so thank you keep up the good work

Run by Mr. Myers himself, always quick, always trustworthy, and always friendly. Me and my family have trusted him with our vehicles for years and he's always been fair and gives excellent services for some of the best prices in the area. I drive an hour to get tires from him because they are always a couple hundred dollars cheaper than my local folks.

Billy Myers has now saved me on the way down the mountain THREE times. Twice for my 4Runner and then once for my camper tires. They are awesome, kind, fair, and honest. At this point I ll drive my car down the mountain just to have them help me out because they ve been so good to me! I wish there was a shop like this where I live. Friendly knowledgeable service, very reasonable rates, quick turnaround, no BS. They really helped me out in the middle of a road trip when many other shops might have taken advantage of my situation. If I lived here this would be my shop hand down.

If you are use to great customer service, fair prices, quality work and a trustworthy business, Look no further. I live a county away and have lots of options to get my tires and service done. We still prefer traveling the extra distance.

We got a screw in our tire on way home and pulled in to Billy Myers Tire service. They were fast, thorough and reasonably priced and we were back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend them.

So I was in Wilkes County today and I ran thru a drive through and thought I heard some brake noise. So I called a friend of mine and he told me to go see Billy. Keep in mind I'm driving a 2002 Chevy Avalanche 2500, not your typical vehicle these days. Upon arrival I was met by Joey Church and he spoke to Billy and my truck was being pulled in not 5 minutes after I arrived. They also had every part needed to get me going in stock. Needless to say I was very impressed. Billy has been in the business for a long time and knows how to treat people. When the job was done I held my breath but much to my surprise I found out that Billy just wants to make a living, not a killing. I'm telling you top notch service by someone that wanted to help me out and I was glad to be there. I highly recommend these fine fellows and this great owner. Stop by and see them if you need some service. Oh and Billy, thanks for the Gatorade.

Had a belt separate on my RV. Took it Billy Myers. They dove right on it and sold me on 6 brand new tires. Great deal, professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the place. Thanks!

Just bought a new set of tires for my truck. Asked a few questions and told them what I was looking for. They sold me a set of all terrain tires. Had my truck in and up on the lift quickly. While changing the tires. They noticed my back breaks were worn. Came tor and advised me of the problem and I told them to fix it. When everything was said and done, my price for the set of tires was the same as quoted and a slight charge for the break repair. Unlike the other place I had went to get new tires for my fiance's car. Was told $52 a tire and when they were done. The bill was $537 and change. Wasn't anything else done no extra work. They charged me for every little thing. Taking the lug nuts off, balancing the tires, putting them back on. Everything they did they charged extra for. They out and out lied to me. Had nothing to say when done. Just got my money, all I had on me to and your cars outside. If you are wondering its Mavis tire Don't go there unless you like being lied to and totally riped off when you leave.

Had them replace a clutch kit.on my sons car....lol....after having new tires put on we decided to let them do the clutch....picked car up to shaking grease all over wheel wells and new tires brought it back in morning for the michanic to say we have a ripped boot and a bad axle....hmmmmm...new tires before....no shaking before....no grease before on tires...but now we cant saftly drive the car....having car fixed elsewere.....

Very good place for tires and sty
