Jeff was thorough and knowledgeable. He had my rv furnace removed, repaired,and replaced in less than 2 hrs. I definitely reccomend Appalachian RV Repair.

We had Jeff do an inspection on a used fifth wheel we were looking to buy. The previous owner was impressed by his thoroughness (and a little nervous He said if there was anything wrong, he could tell Jeff was going to find it!) We loved the 80 page inspection report with pictures of everything, top to bottom, inside and out. We felt very comfortable buying the rig knowing it had such a thorough inspection. Communication with Jeff was seamless, whether it be on phone or email. He was available to answer questions, and working out a scheduled inspection date, signing the contract, and payment all was very easy, given that we were in different states. Highly recommend him!

My furnace died a couple of weeks ago and I called. Jeff came out the next morning, found the problem and had to order a part. The part arrived a little late. He came out on Thanksgiving afternoon ( at no extra cost) and took care of it very quickly! I m a warm, happy customer! Will definitely call again if there s another problem. It s hard to find service like that these days! I ve already recommended him to family members with RVs. Awesome!!!! Thank you!!!Service: Electrical

Jeff performed a pre-purchase inspection of a motorhome for us. We were extremely pleased with his thoroughness, his findings and his eye for detail. Jeff took time to answer our questions and made sure we had a thorough understanding of everything. After purchase, we wanted some routine maintenance done and utilized his mobile RV services for a generator oil change, installation of an always-on rear camera and some winterization for an upcoming freeze. He was prompt, efficient, priced fairly and explained anything we had questions about. We can t say enough about Jeff - to find someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and fair these days is hard to do, but Jeff is all of that and more. We are grateful to have found Appalachian RV Repair.

I called Appalachian Mobile Rv Repair, to fix the roof on my 2014 Heartland Wilderness travel trailer. Jeff came to my house , and looked at the damage. He sent me an invoice the next day. Jeff is fantastic! Very professional, and wants to help out so you can go and enjoy your adventures. My wife and I were in the market to find a travel trailer but we were worried about getting a lemon. First one we found was brand new and ended up having major issues on it. Second one brand new same model was a dream come to true. His reports are very detailed and helpful to give you a piece of mind, trust me. Working with Jeff has been a real pleasure. We bought our first rv a few months ago after Jeff did a very thorough inspection. He has done some minor repairs, put a tow plate on a Honda, and has been a good source of information, answering a ton of questions and offering some excellent advice. Had the hardest time finding the right parts because of covid, but Jeff hung in there. What I like best was he was true to his word and I didn t have to chase him down. Save your 1200 dollars for his inspection of a higher end diesel coach didn't know how to operate several systems like the overhead tv will not power on with ignition on , did not know how to slide generator out on and on would not recommend at any price , stick to your towable units Jeff
