Walked in the store this morning to buy brake pads. Was standing in the only line when another rep walked up to a register and offered to help the guy who just got into line behind me. Looked at me, and helped the guy behind me. 30 years a customer, but no more... Went across the street and bought from O'Reilly.You only get one chance to treat someone like they don't matter...

Yesterday I came in for a battery a young lady named Kelly helped me w it and while she was helping me another employee was very nasty w her. I think his name said Mason. But she overlooked it and was very nice and I did a great job.

Older man w/ glasses was incredibly rude and condescending when I inquired about my fuse diagram and i only needed a minute of his time. "WE DONT DO THAT!" "I CAN GIVE YOU PLIERS" "NO ONE WILL CHECK A FUSE FOR YOU ANYWAY" O reillys had me fixed in 3 minutes for free, found the right fuse. I even gave the nice guy pizza for being super helpful.

Chris and his team are super helpful. I had challenges obtaining parts for an older 70s Ford and they took the time to make sure I got the right parts. They also helped with wipers and a special battery for a generator. They are awesome!

While my auto was being serviced I walked over to AA Parts. The service manager called to give me an estimate on the regular servicing. I saved $60 by buying an air filter and coolant at AA Parts . Very helpful and friendly. Smiles all around!

I was in a pinch and needed my battery replaced before driving home to Raleigh, and Chris helped me out! Super friendly and helpful. Even let me bring my poor dogs inside so they could get out of the heat while we waited.

Very helpful staff ... They all helped me get the parts I needed so my son could fix my car, and even carried them to my car in the pouring rain! I will be going back there again...

So thankful we found this place. Stopped here on our way back from Sugar Mountain with concerned issues with our car. Chris, was so nice and knowledgeable and gave us sound advice for our car. He recommended we take it to a shop down the road. When we got to the shop he had already called them and told them about our problem. It is so nice to get help from super kind and friendly people.

I received the worst customer service today by a very rude person who was supposed to be working to work at advance auto parts. I went in to purchase a simple item and had a question as to which one I needed only to have to wait while he continued to carry on a conversation on his cell phone only to be greeted very hatefully. I was told I can not help you and was talked down to as if I didn t know what part I needed!!! Never again!! If you want fast, courteous, professional customer service go to O Reillys. They were excellent and was able to get me the item I needed.

Had a few things wrong my truck and went to advance auto bought the wrong stuff and had no problem returning it and getting a refund was just as easy as walking in the door. Great costumer service. Keep up the good work guys

Adequately helped with everything I needed and even lent me a tool so I could take care of what I needed their. Would have gotten 5 stars if they would have had everything in stock or maybe got the part from the other store for me by the end of the day.

Just left the car wash with a rear windshield wiper in my hand. Not sure if it was broken or not, the guys at the carwash suggested that I take it to the nearest auto parts store. I did.James was able to help right away. I explained to him what happened, we walked out to my car, and next thing you know the wiper was back in place! James then asked me to start the car, turn on the rear wiper and see if it worked properly. I did, it did!Huge thanks to James for 'fixing' my issue!I wasn't a paying customer, but nonetheless... James's customer service and willingness to help was spot on.

Had the parts for my Dodge the last 3 times. So glad I didn't have to wait. Only car we have for school and work. Car needed everyday to live our life.

Staff was very unknowledgeable. They told us our transmission dip stick was our differential dipstick. If I hadn't double checked, we could have ruined the car! Transmisson fluid isn't clear, geniuses! Went to O'Reilly's and the guy there helped us and got us back on the road.

I always use this location to use site to store shipping or online pickup. I always receive a discount online but not in store. It's simple just to order online and pick up in store 30 min later.

Had wiper blades on before I finished inside shopping. 1/12/20 called ahead for new battery, had it waiting on shelf for me, Advance installed it cranked truck and on my way. Again

Ordered brake rotors. Here the following day. Received wrong item and had to reorder. But worked great once I got the right parts.

The employees here are not professional and have personal conversations with the good old boys very loudly. Some of their remarks would be offensive, were I easily offended. I crossed 421 to go to O'Reillys.
