I called them when my car was overheating. They were quick to assess the problem and get right to work. They were great at communicating with me to let me know how long it would be before it was done. They got it done sooner than planned which was wonderful! Very friendly service! I highly recommend them.

The reviews stating that this place is crooked is correct they will sell you a car that they have fixed just ENOUGH to get out of the door I purchased my car last year in march and a week later it needed a starter and fuel pump now here we are not even a made it to a year to find out they zip tied my oil line together instead of using the necessary clips to hold it up and good thing my mechanic is the best in town and actually told me the truth because I was blind to the truth I just knew I needed a car but we can t place all blame on this company start asking for Carfax and taking it to a real mechanic on your test drive have them put it in the air and check the internal condition of the car will i recommend them to anybody else ? Nope but I also can t put full blame on them when I should ve took extra measures buying from a dealership who buys messed up cars from other dealerships my car came from Charlotte it was a rental thank goodness they left a receipt in the compartment so I would know

I took my vehicle to have a coolant leak fixed and they said the piece that was causing it had broken and shattered to pieces. They then charged me over $200 to get it fixed and assured me it wouldn't leak again. Next week it overheated and they said there was nothing they could do.This is AFTER my mother had her car brought here to fix a broken headlight. They charged her for it and it was never fixed.They are nothing but crooks that don't even do the bare minimum, NEVER get your vehicle serviced here.Also do notice how they never reply to any 5 star review and only to the ones that criticize them for not doing their job, all in an effort to save face.

Found the Honda Accord on FB marketplace that had just listed, and I asked immediately for the VIN and they gave it quickly (FB messenger). Studied it out via KBB and national insurance to check the title. Came back clear, and so I dropped by the next morning. Took a 20+ minute driving tour and tested out everything. They answered my questions and I went to the bank for a cashier s check. The price was what I expected and the Lord Jesus once again answered a need. Appreciated seeing a Bible out on their coffee table. Thanked Elijah for his help. I believe a great car for the price and they seem to carry a good selection.

I purchased a vehicle off of them I would not recommend buying a vehicle this car has costed me more money . It has oil in the water, it was leaking water in the cab in the floor floorboard the heater doesn't work right the brakes are not right I have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it engine light has been on other lights have come on don't buy from them if you can buy from some other place. They should be honest on what they sell. I'm very disappointed. I have to put more money in this. I knew I would have to put some but not as much as I have , can't sell it for what I have in it now. Don't reply to a review when you all didn't repair any thing that was wrong. It's a lemon and now I still don't have any thing to drive Curtis told it was a good vehicle don't believe anything was done to it. If selling vehicle don't lie abt them , my husband couldn't get out of the first one I was going to drive.. Be honest if you don't like a review...now we will not buy a truck like my husband was looking for to start with...Stop lying to people. Plus they used liquid glass to cover up the leaking that it had from the head gaskets no I wasn't wasn't but told abt any problems with this vehicle. They straight out lied to me and my husband on this vehicle and don't want ppl to know the truth.no they didn't tell me this was just traded in. I was told it was a good vehicle which wasn't please change your sell talk and tell ppl the truth Add that the vehicle leaks like crazy and every is wet inside the vehicle believe i should get a lawyer to see what can be done there is a lemon law on buying a vehicle.

I just recently went to 3C in search of a truck and purchased a Nissan frontier and must say it was all I needed. The experience and customer service was awesome. Always makes things easier when you have knowledgeable people who can answer all of your questions and process was quick and easy. Also have had work done on my vehicle and they do very good work with reasonable prices. So whether you need a vehicle or repairs I would highly recommend them.

Hands down, in my opinion, one of the best garages in N. Carolina. I say this as someone who lives about an hour and a half away from the shop and find it very worth it to make the drive up (as long as the car is driveable anyway). They're very reasonable with prices and are just all around good guys. I'm about to make the journey back up for them to fix my mother's car!

Before Christmas, the 3C CROOKS took $6,500 for a car that lasted NINE DAYS and would not give a refund or switch out car. Thieves! BEWARE! I took the car back on trailer. The female owner said, 'When you buy used vehicles, you are taking a risk." Then she told me to leave office. I got kicked out for trying to get my hard earned money back! I reported them to police and Better Business Bureau. Any good ratings are probably made by 3c owners to get a good rating. READ ALL REVIEWS TO SEE HOW CROOKED THEY ARE.

My wife and I bought a used 2011 Chevrolet Suburban from this location. Landon was awesome to work with, a man of faith and integrity. Him and his wife Heather was able to lead us to the best car for our 3 children. My mechanic gave me a great report on the condition of the vehicle and this is truly the best purchase we ever made on a used vehicle. We are still driving it. I recommend 3C automotive for anyone looking to purchase your next family vehicle.

So I couldn t leave a review if I didn t atleast give one star BUT THIS PLACE IS TRASH. My husband and I recently bought a suburban .and it s already needing new brakes, new radiator, motor mounts RIDICULOUS for a vehicle purchased with promises everything was perfect. VERY FRUSTRATING and deeply disappointed in the quality of the used vehicles they have for sale. PLEASE do not purchase anything from them unless you want to pay for NOTHING.

Do not trust this place. I bought a 2003 duramax that they had replaced the turbo in and the fuel pressure regulator right before I bought it. A month later check engine light comes on and it s the fuel pressure regulator and when I replaced it they had put a cheap eBay part in it and then the turbo oil drain line started leaking oil because it was not properly sealed when they replaced the turbo, along with the wrong washers used for oil and coolant lines connected to the turbo, a broken bolt that they just left in the driver side up pipe exhaust manifold and a hole in the hot side intercooler pipe that was just taped and siliconed around. And not to mention a few weeks after I bought it the injectors needed to be replaced, hardly a coincidence if you ask me. When I first looked at this truck and went to buy it I was told there was no issues with it, do not trust it buy from this place.

Bought a Chevy 1500 3 days ago. The check engine light has come on to read multiple sensor failures and the brakes failed today due to a fluid leak at the caliper. This is DANGEROUS!! DO NOT BUY!! They erase the codes for the check engine lights and put a band aid on major issues like BRAKES. When you drive the vehicle you won t notice anything because the issues have been covered up. Within a week you will find out what you really bought. BUYER BEWARE!!!
