We were visiting town and had a rock go through our tire the night before we planned to go back home. We contacted reservation tire and auto after calling a couple other places and they had the right size in stock and squeezed us in so we could get on the road! Everyone was super nice and you can't beat the price! Highly recommend!

At first, I believed this place to be thorough and trustworthy. They did good in the beginning, but then I took my vehicle back for engine work. It sat and sat for about 2 months. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to it. I was then told to Just come and get it and drive it until problem completely failed. What kind of mechanic, tells a customer this??? I will no longer use this garage!!!

This shop is amazing! The owner is a really honest guy, knows his stuff, and backs up his work. I'm not the type to take my vehicle to a shop. I learned to work on vehicles in the 90's so I'm not really comfortable with the highly computerized newer vehicles, so for my wife's 2014 Ram this is the only shop I trust.If you're looking for a good shop that will do you right this is the place to go.

These guys got my car unstuck from an accident on Soco in a snowstorm. A snow storm came in strong and fast and so did these guys. They got 3 cars unstuck in under an hour on insane road conditions. The next day when the roads were clear the driver came to our hotel to pick us up and get our car off the mountain. After getting our car we were able to stay at the yard until our ride showed up from Georgia. Everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. Shout out to our driver Tj, and the gentleman that got us unstuck the first day and dispatched TJ to us. They truly helped make the best of a crazy scary situation.

Let me just say that these gentlemen are very nice and take customer service to a new level. They go out of their way to try and get your vehicle back to you in the same day. If you are in need of a good mechanic then you need to see these guys.

Had a misfire issue with my old warhorse 2003 Honda CRV coming across the mountains and wanted to get it checked out before making the climb back. These folks were down to earth and great about everything. Seth, the manager, seems like a straight "no b.s." fellow. They got me in early in the morning and squared away in a timely manner. Only charged $55 for diagnostics whereas a repair shop in Cherokee was going to charge $100 just for diagnostics and the manager acted like a certain part of the male anatomy when I explained my issues to him.Glad I left that store ticked off and found these folks. Thank you, Seth, and the rest of your crew. If I ever need anything done when I'm in the area, I'll be coming here. Fully recommend based on my experience!

Overpriced with dismal customer service.Responding to comment: I disagree about your pricing. Almost $700 for an oil change and brakes is ridiculous.

We were traveling in the Smoky's and our truck started misfiring. Seth got us in right away checked it out and put a new coil on and new wipers. The wait was short and the service was great. Thank you Seth for you help.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Used them for all our vehicles for many years (20 +) yet Seth never returned our call & then we were told it d be a WEEK before they couid even L K at it!!!! They were informed thatIt was shaking & we d hit a pothole so also possibly needed a CJ joint or wheel bearings, calipers, rotars & or Brake pads but we weren t important OF a priority anymore (cater to tourists I suppose )In the past we hadTo take one of our vehicles back 3 times & even though under their warranty they charged us!! Still isn t fixed to this day & that occurred TWICE! Discovered it s owned by same family who has Smokey Mountain Tire in Bryson City! Go to Kenny s Muffler & Auto Repair or Bryson City Tire with Brent! Better prices & reviews & will get you in right away & can even walk or drive in same day!!!

Towing experience was good, Rusty is always great. But my bill for a simple water pump and radiator went from $650 to $867 after being told a very different price. At this point I couldn't do anything but pay for the parts/work knowing that the parts were barely a fraction of what I ended up paying. I feel completely taken advantage of. This place was recommended but I will never use them again.

On our way to Whittier, NC from Florida, our car started having engine troubles. Luckily, we were able to make it to our destination. After looking for local repair shops, we chose Reservation Tire & Auto Repair based on previous reviewers recommendations. We were very happy with the care, service and pricing we received, particularly as out-of-towners! They were helpful and kind enough to direct us to car rental services. I love this place. My family has been using their business for over 2o years. They are honest and will not touch your auto until they quote you a price and you agree. They get your auto out quickly. They are nice and explain the problems so you can understand them.

This Team is reliable and professional. They are knowledgeable and will repair your vehicle well or sell you tires...just go in prepared that they may also suggest some extra fixes for you along with the work required. Many companies do this...so if you are in doubt about any extra fixes...just say no thank-you and get a second opinion.

I love going to a business and being treated like my business is appreciated. That is exactly what I get every time I go to Reservation Tire. I go there to get my oil changed every 3k-5k miles, so a few times a year. I m always greeted with a genuine smile and thanked for coming to them. I wish more people ran their business as they do here.

A friend broke down in Whittier NC and I had the vehicle towed to Reservation after hours. Not only did they complete the repair before noon the next day, they gave me a great deal! It's easy to take advantage of folks in trouble, but they were very helpful and displayed a servant's mentality. They even helped the guy with a new tire!! They were a God send and I am thankful for them. It's rare to find this sort of help. Can't recommend enough.

I was on vacation camping in Cherokee and on the way through the mountains noticed how bad my brakes were. I found this place and they were able to squeeze me in to get them fixed. They went out of there way to take me and my daughter back to our camp site so we can continue to enjoy our vacation while they fixed the brakes rather then to have to wait there. The staff was extremely friendly and I would recommend this place to all. To the staff- thank you so much for everything. Jose

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They didn't have my tires on hand but it only took a couple hours for them to acquire the tires and install them. I was very pleased with the service I recieved.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Had a flat. Needed new tire. They tried to sell me 4 but settled for 2 front. Always a guessing game when u go to an unknown mechanic in a crisis situation but feel good about outcome. 2nd time I've used them & both experiences were positive. Everyone in waiting room started swapping "war"stories. Staff chimed in w/what seemed were logical explanations.

Bad experience, unbelievable having been bringing my truck in for 3 years for oil changes, state inspections and all routine maintenance and even bought new tires from this place, come to find out from Danny that not only do they not inspect the brakes during regular oil changes, but during my recent state inspections, no mention that my brake pads were completely worn out, causing me to have to replace my front rotors, Danny the service manager then informs me, that the mechanic doing the inspections on my vehicle never bothered to do his job and check them and no longer works there, base on this mechanic not working there anymore Danny does not feel like his shop should have to replace my rotors, instead offers me a free oil change, he clearly admits that it is his shop's fault , but refuses to do the right thing and refund me for the rotors. Because of this unprofessional attitude, I my friends and family members will no longer use this business.

They fixed the car, and that's really all I can say good about them. They didn't communicate much at all, my car was towed about a mile at most and we were charged $200 and the staff was quite unfriendly.

Charged us 180 to tow our vehicle 20 miles and then say that they were not sure what was wrong with our vehicle. Then another 225 to tow it to the dealership. Next time I'll just skip the middle man. Don't waste your time.

Had their tow truck come get my car to find out what was wrong with it after two days I spoke with the mechanic that was supposed to look at my car he flat out told me he had not looked at my car but knew it was the transmission. I had them tow the car to another shop the next day. I found out a week later that they never towed my car but they sure did take the money out of my checking account. Called them to find out what happened and there was no I'm sorry, no refund for the second tow nothing. They are only out to get your money. Do not trust them. Their word is NO good.

Made appointment to have my tpms sensors switched to my new rims and tires. I was told $30. Seemed like a deal. Got there and the lady at the front said they only had me down for one tire(Why would I only want to change the sensor for one tire?). So it was going to cost me $120??? I don't think so lol. Went to Bryson City Tire and had it done for $60. Also the lady at the front desk is VERY RUDE. Also I just learned that many of the natives won't go there because of the lady at front desk's attitude.
