This is not an ecstatically pleasing place, tires are pilled up,dark inside, not the greatest side of town. What you do get is a decent price on used tires and the work is done fast. I try to tip the guy as they are very congenial. It doesn't have to be a lot just saying it never hurts to let someone know that they're appreciated. If you can't afford new tires and the cleanliness and appearance of the business (you stay in your car) is not as important as price and speed of good service. Then, you might want to give it a try. Like I said, you stay in your car . The workers are hard working and congenial. Don't go looking for a sanitized powder room. Just think about price, decent quality and skilled tire changers. I don't care what the place looks like, I'm just there for tires.

They did have the tire that I needed I didn't have to wait too long they need a little bit more parking but all-in-all they did a good

The new manager by the name of JUNE, is the bomb!!He always gets it right.Good tires, good service.I highly recommend Whiteville New and Used Tires.I've always been satisfied!

Every tire we got was dry rotted. Paid 130 for 4 used tires. 1went flat overnight. Other one went to visit a friend and couldn't leave without changing tire cause it fell apart. Went back to shop twice over dry rotted tires and weights not put on correctly causing tires to go flat. I won't be back. Will not recommend. I have never been so disgusted with a business.

Terrible!!! If you cannot sell safe tires and properly put them on vehicles you need to be put out of business!!! Do not go here! Not even if it s an emergency! Because going here most like will cause you to have an emergency. As far as I m concerned this establishment owes me money. I ve had to go elsewhere to replace the malfunctioning tires I was sold and my rims are permanently damaged and have deep visible markings and damage. Zero stars...

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this place. I am from out of town and needed two used tires so I decided on this place because of the reviews. Boy was I wrong. I have been to this place not once, not twice but THREE times in the past two days because my steering wheel shakes uncontrollably now. Every time I call and ask they tell me to bring in it so they can have a look at it. I live 30 minutes away from this place and have had to drive myself out there because of THEIR mistakes and still no one can explain or figure out why now all of a sudden my car shakes ( just had it aligned three days ago). On top of it all, the service is TERRIBLE. Coming from a girl who knows barely anything about cars and tires it would be nice to actually know what s going on, but these guys don t speak a word to me and I had to drive my own car onto the ramp myself. Very unprofessional and I will NOT being going back to this place. This has turned out to be a nightmare for me and at this point I would love my old tires back. UPDATE : went and got these tires put on August 3rd, it is now August 8th and wires are showing and I found myself on the side of the road with a flat. Once again please save yourself the trouble do not go here unless you want to waste your money.

Got 4 used tires from here, all with barely any life left on them apparently and 2 had to be replaced within 2 months of purchasing.

Great experience for children locally owned family business great bouncy houses they're going to have laser tag a lot of nice little video games for the older kids to play the grandchildren really enjoyed it come out and support local business

I had a flat tire nearly 20 miles away and they came out and changed it and sold us a new one at no extra charge.I've been buying from them for over 15 years and they've always looked out for me as the used 20" looked new and was 80% off new price.

Used tires here are in good shape &on Mondays they usually get in more, so Mon. Pm. Or Tues. They might have hard to find 14 "& 15"Used tires. If you later find anything wrong, they replace the tire. You Folks check um out,and save time &-$$$'s

And they have the exact tires that I need and if they do not they will let me know when their next stock comes again. I recommend this place for anyone looking for good used tires.

Great place with great prices. I had an issue with an used tire that I purchased there. I called and told the owner the problem. With no question asked he told me to come right down. I did and they fix the problem.

Was not a place I would feel comfortable talking my wife or any children. Was not very professional on my first visit. The second visit was some better.

Great service!!!! Got to the used tire place in Chadbourn at 11 on Saturday the guy came up to me and told me that they could not get to me today after I waited for 35 min I was pretty upset!! These guys got to me rite away thank you

Zero stars if possible. The tire I bought blew DAYS after and they wouldn't replace it didnt even do a bubble test just blamed it on me.DO NOT GO HERE!!

That Michael if he stay off his phone he can do something rt put the wrong tire on my car I ask for tires on passenger side he one on passenger side it went flat and he put one the drive side that I didn't need and he didn't put my cap back on.my last visit there...and I been going there for years but I keep going getting the same darn result .
