A great shop for all repair needs. Oil change , brakes, inspection, new tires, and exhaust! Did I mention Towing too. And the crew here are so friendly.

This place has always taken care of my needs whether it was tires for the car or yearly inspections. The folks that work there are always friendly and happy. They do get busy no matter if you have an appointment or not. They are just busy!

I took my vehicle there for an oil change. The service was performed and the business was paid;shortly after which, I noticed that my oil pressure light was on in the dash. Since I had not yet driven out of the parking lot, I went back in and addressed the issue. They would accept no responsibility. I broke down about a mile later at the McDonald's. Mind you there was nothing wrong with my vehicle prior to this occurrence. This vehicle would not move again for a year. I ended up replacing the motor in it! Never Again! Business owner..COUNTY COMISSIONER!

Blew out a trailer tire OMW to a pick up. Got me right in and mounted my spare. Was in and out in 30 min. Lawrence Skeeter and the other staff were very nice and personable. Would definitely recommend Southern Tire and Muffler.

Quick and easy oil change for a great price. $ 60 for full sintetic. Please call and book appointment ahead, they are busy. I have my appointment first AM and I was done in 30 minutes. Great job!

Excellent service all around! Paige, Lawrence, Chris & the entire crew have always taken care of me. They truly work hard to make sure their customers stay on the road safely! The vintage phone booth in the lobby is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Great service with every visit. I had them check out my car before driving cross country to San Francisco. Lawrence made sure the guys looked at everything. I got the winter special and that included tire rotation, oil change, belts, and hoses checked. Made to my Destination with no issues. Thankful I had somewhere I could trust to take my car.

I had previously rated this facility of 5 for a variety of reasons. The people are very caring very honest very fair and very affordable. . I could not find anything wrong with this establishment. Without really really searching and even then I may not. I'm updating this now to a for however. They have joined a franchise a nationwide franchise. I believe the name of the franchise is. Southern Tire Pro. The prices have gone up significantly now. I spoke to the owner who informed me that after they joined the franchise. They were told that the prices were much too low and they need to raise them. I still would highly recommend them over anybody else. For their honesty there good work. And they're good people. . However, I downgraded him to a 4 because I will no longer be able to afford. To use them due to the franchise requirements. .

In the past. I have given them a 5-star rating, but I'm downgrading to a four for only one reason. I think the staff there is amazing. They are friendly the genuinely caring they're honest or trustworthy very reasonable pricing and they're good at what they do. . In the past, I would never have gone anywhere else. However, and I am very saddened by this decision. I will not be returning. In the future. This decision is based only on finances. They are no longer. Solely owned by the family Oh, they are now part of a nationwide franchise. And their prices have dropped tremendously. . When they became part of the franchise, they were told the prices were much too low. And that they needed to be raised. I would still highly recommend them. But for the financial aspect only I unfortunately have to downgrade them to a 4. And no longer use them. . For someone that is in better financial situation. I strongly strongly recommend them. For anything Tire exhaust brake or basic mechanic

Spent over $1200 getting my car fixed at this location after an accident just for them to pull my car around with a obvious front flat tire it did t come with they had no with no regards and response after I pointed it out was your gonna have to pay for a new tire it was fine when we drove it and I had t yet even crunk the carEdit as of oct 4th 2022 There was no apology just what I stated above your service is hand was horrible im guessing it deflated itself in the 2 mins it took him to walk back inside after pulling the car up with a completely flat tire. I will never put money in you guys hands againI see your response and that is not true he didn t apologize and immediately do anything I had to argue that I and my company had just spent that money and I was not driving home with a flat I didn t previously have that he pulled up in pretending to ignore you actually said I d be paying which is why I left the review after arguing you down. Btw don t downplay my money that s how insurance works I paid my deductible and money for the tire that was noted messed up my insurance paid for it like I didn t or the moneys different please!

This is the ONLY shop I trust to service my car! I came in with several issues and they worked hard to fix them before I got back on the road to D.C. These men and women are excellent!

I can't say enough about this place. Professional, quick and quality work! I was stranded on my way to meetings in Wilmington. Long story but they got me fit with two new tires and back on the road in under two hours, including the tow. Wish I lived closer they would be my go to for all tire and alignment needs. Thank you all so much!

Southern Tire pros is amazing! They have such great staff. The service was outstanding. I had 4 tires put on my car and it was done within an hour. I couldn t ask for a better place to go. Keep up the great service I ll be back for future service.

The nosy kuntz wanted my address for an oil change. My address is personal info, an not required for an oil change. I will never give out my address to strangers.

Just got inspection here and it was hands down fastest place I've ever been to. No lie! I was in and out within 10 minutes! Outstanding work. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I had an appointment at 2pm . However one of the mechanics went hm early so , I had to wait till 3:50 to get my car but they did a great job considering the fact that they were short of staff. Thank you for your service southern tires.

The service was pretty awesome. The price was fair and the quality of the work. I had an alignment done, took no more than 30 minutes and they are very professional, will be going back!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Went for a quote on a muffler leak and they said they could fix it the same day. They fixed it in about 40 mins and inspected my vehicle. As long as repair holds up it'll be 5 stars!

On the way from Charlotte to Ocean Isle, I had a very low tire, losing air quickly, with a sharp piece of metal stuck in it. My friend googled the nearest tire store with the highest rating, and Paige at Southern Tire graciously took care of my tire. So very grateful for their outstanding customer service!!!

Fast and friendly service the staff is very knowledgeable and everybody had a smile on there face I bought a set of tires and as they were putting them on found a problem that I didn't know I had they not only told me about the problem but physically showed it to me and got it fixed if you are looking for honest friendly service this is the place

Good service at a reasonable price, but the walk-in wait time was really long. There was only me and one other person waiting, I think both of us on oil change/tire rotations, and I sat there for an hour and a half.
