Special Thanks To Ronald s Body Shop For Coming To My Rescue . My Rental got a flat & broke down on the way to blacks tires .5 ft away from Ronalds shop. Long story short AAA wasn t due to arrive for another 2hrs so I walked over just to simply ask how much would it cost me to have the car towed to blacks tires, which is literally 3 mins away. I was told $65 & 30 mins so I proceeded to wait a little longer in Awe Not even 20 minutes later THERE WAS MIKE Coming to Save The Dayyy Even the Lyft to Blacks tires was enjoyable Professional & Positive Vibes HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Josh and the team at Ronald's Body Shop replaced and paint our Subaru's bumper cover. The work was great, and the price was quite fair. Will be recommending them in the future.

Ronalds Body shop were the only ones open and willing to pick up my mom when she was stranded due to hitting a deer. They towed her vehicle and gave her a ride to her home since no rental car places were open on a Sunday early morning. They fixed her car and when she returned to pick it up, they offered to pick her up from the Enterprise nearby. She told me that every single person who worked there was super helpful and friendly.Also, she said her car looked like new when she finally got it back (it was a very big deer).

Leroy was my tow truck driver when I was stranded on 95 with no wrench to get my spare tire down. He was fabulous! Very pleasant to deal with and he got the job done quickly and efficiently! His little dog is super cute too!! If we're ever in the area again, we know exactly who to call if we need help.Thank you!

This place is great! I had to have body work done after an accident. Ronald's went above and beyond. They actually listened when I told them about a weird problem since the accident. They found it and fixed it. The best part was the unexpected but beautiful full detailing job they gave my car.

Broke down in Bolton, about 90 miles from home, and called AAA. Ronalds picked me up and got me home quickly and safely. Great driver and service.

Tried to charge me 1500.00 for a bumper and possibly (not guaranteed only a maybe) a used tail light. (1 tail light) whenever I ask how she came up with that total the breakdown of the bill she was unable to provide me with those figures therefore I felt highly disrespected and insulted will not be going back to do any type of business or inquiries and do not recommend anyone to do either with this body shop.

Ronalds Tow truck came up behind me on highway 74/76 as I was moving around a fedex truck. Driver tailgate me then flipped me off as he yelled obscenities. Unprofessional and tacky. Would not ever do business with a company like this.

Went to Ronald because I had heard good things over the years in our small town. After they worked on my car, they cleaned it up for me. When doing this, someone accidentally cut my tint on my window. I mentioned this to Ronald and he flipped out. He cursed me out and called me a liar and banned me basically from coming back to get any more work done at his facility unless he took before and after photos to prove that I was not trying to rob him. Then he offered me a ridiculously small amount of money 2 repair the tint which didn't even begin to cover it. I had to take care of it myself and THEN a short time later the molding fell off the door that they painted. When I took it back because it was supposed to have a warranty on their repairs, Ronald again made mention that I was in there trying to get over on him. I would never go back to this facility and would not recommend that anyone else do so unless you take a full inventory of your vehicle with pictures and documentation before and after.
