Black 's Tire Services in Mint Hill NC service is done to your vehicle and they don't stand behind the service because the turn over in management. We have service done there and paid $10.300 dollars and when told the car back they tried to tell us its ways the back Shocks that had a leak . The manager we dealt with name Jim said he ask the Hyundai dealership in Monroe NC if there was any others problems and they told him everything was going and now a year later they want charge us for the back Shocks and I think that Black's Tires and Hyundai in Monroe NC is trying to rip off the customer.

Receiving department is garbage.If you show up hour early when your appointment is scheduled but for some reason on their computer is different time. Even though your late 30 min they will not take you in. They will ruin your day may be whole week. Thanks guys

Requested an in depth front end inspection for a close aquaintence's vehicle following a traffic accident. The service team quickly advised me of the damages and ordered replacement parts on my approval. The work estimate was for several days (due to an expected wait for ordered parts), however the vehicle was repaired after only 1 workday. Good team effort Black's!I ordered 4 new tires ahead of the appointment, and they had arrived quickly and were on hand. I had them mounted & balanced, as well as a front-end alignment performed.*Attentive, precise, affordable, and dependable vehicle service.Black's Tire Service has earned my respect as well as my future business.

My car engine smokes like crazy .After having a mechanic from there work on it. I can't even sell it now or work. Because it is so embarrassing. Never ever did this until after they worked on it for 1k.

They may have exceptional tire & automotive service at different locations, but their A/R department is at best unappreciative of customers who call in to get copies of invoices they don't have and are looking for in locations that were used at last minute out of town emergencies. A letter clearly stating they are transiting with their statement and invoicing yet this person questioned us up and down about 1 invoice that was missed in August when all other invoices in August were paid and yet we email and called regarding stated invoice and it could not be found. Yet they charge us finance charges for it in September and would not back down on removing them due to they could not find the invoice. - our problem for trying.. Just the facts.

Overnight parking but you will be charged $150 if you do not help with the unloading of the tires and no one will notify you that your help is needed in order to not pay the $150 fee that you must pay in order to receive your bills of lading.im wondering why a driver's help is needed when thrres already 8 of there own employees unloading the truck,what the heck more can i do that they cannot but get in there way.a total rip off and con job by black tire company.

Took my vehicle to have an alignment 3 times and they could not get it right and then did not want to do anything about it at the location I went to so had to go over their head and go to corporate. I do NOT recommend 0 Stars if I could

This place you can park here over night or you can park near big lots in the small corner in the back... nobody will bother you..Not much selection for food around here..better get you something b4 coming here..or else settle for fast food..They unload pretty fast here..Must be on time...or you will get an angry man lookin at you.. and he might not unload you until last cuz he is too busy to squeeze you in...But he will definitely tell you what he wants...Make sure you come with lumper fee rdy to go..Be as kind as possible to them..and you never know..you might get in a door depending how busy they are if you miss your appointment..just know they will be extremely dissatisfied if your late..and expect to know that the moment you arrive..Just be quiet..let it go..and get unloaded..and you will be fine..If you see your gonna be late..tell your dispatch asap..so they can make another appointment asap..just saying..other wise this place is good to go..no issues here ever...
