Excellent service. Cannot think of the young man and lady who helped me. But both of them were knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and very patient. Listened to my issues and took care of them. Will definitely use Black s Tire Service again.Thank you so much!

Great place, would definitely recommend. Everyone was very honest, helpful, and kind. They addressed all of my concerns and completed everything in a timely manner. I wasn't treated like an idiot or overcharged for things that didn't need fixing, like most places when dealing with women. They even took the time to protect the floor and seats from getting dirty while the mechanics worked their magic.

I came in without an appointment but was seen immediately. I was expecting a patch/plug for a leaking tire. Instead they quickly found that the problem was my rim, which has to be ordered from Nissan. I appreciate their quick analysis and willingness to help me. They even want me to come by daily so they can air up the tire while I await the new rim. This will save the tire. I appreciate their helpfulness. I ll be back with the rim soon for the fix!

I had my car serviced like I always do when it's time for an oil change at Black's Tire in Whiteville, NC. As a senior citizen with health issues, I appreciate that they go above and beyond to help me out every time I need by picking up and delivering my car. Misty is always so friendly and helpful and does a great job! The guys in the shop do an awesome job too. I trust them with my car and the work they perform. By The Way, I buy my new tires from Black's too. Go check 'em out, you won't be sorry.

My husband and I were traveling from PA to SC. His run-flat tire had a leak and we were too far for the 50 mile radius. Another station recommended Black's since they couldn't help. Black's helped us out tremendously. Very knowledgable and kind. We would highly recommend.

The staff are extremely friendly and are ready to answer any question you may have. The newly remodeled waiting area was a pleasant surprise. I carried my car in for an oil change and was on the road again in less than hour. Good job!!

Very pleased with the visit. Staff was friendly with smiles. So many places now days the people don't know how to smile and be courteous. That goes a long way. I will go back when I need tires or in my case a flat tire repaired.

I had an appointment for 10 am and was greeted by a friendly and professional lady when U arrived. The service was performed in the time frame as promised. I was satisfied with the entire process. Job well done.

Had a great experience at Blacks Tire today. Missy and Crystal are fantastic. Missy helped us with a new set of tires for our daughters car before going back to school, and Crystal priced me out some tires for my truck. Excellent customer service! Very much appreciate having a company like Blacks Tire in our community.

Walk in tire rotation and balance. Was serviced right away. Took about 1 hr 15 min and we were outta there. Kind people. VERY relaxed but still professional atmosphere.

I called Blacks Tire Service to get my vehicle inspected. I was told there would be no waiting. When I got there I was greeted with a smile but I saw a waiting room full of people. I thought I would be there a while, however , true to their word I was out the door in ten minutes time with the work completed. 5 Stars to the excellent service. Thanks to the workers at Blacks Tire Service in Whiteville NC. I will continue to return as the need arises.

Was stranded with a flat tire! Called and spoke to Misty at the front desk who sent Jesus to my location with a new tire and fixed it on the spot! He did an excellent job and Misty was super efficient in getting me help! Thanks so much! I highly recommend these guys!

Dropped a blown tire off for replacement. They had the tire ready to go within an hour and called me to let me know it was ready. Quick and courteous and fair prices for what I needed

I'm thankful for Black's Tires. The minute I brought my 2021 Ranger in to be serviced and inspected, they took my truck back. They were so considerate and appreciative of my business with them. Love the folks that works at Black Tires. I'll always give them my business!

We've used this location BTS for last 7 years for car inspection and they always get us in and out and never failed us once. Thanks for all your hard work guys and gals we appreciate your business and will continue thru the years to have our vehicles inspected with y'all for the low low $14 fee always..

I have been doing business here for over 30 years and always satisfied. However yesterday I purchased a new set of tires and the installer crossed and stripped one of my lugs. He refused to replace it and I had to leave with my car unsafe to drive. Very disappointed. Can you please help?

On 2/20/24 I had just gotten off of work and was on my way home when I realized I had a flat tire. Luckily, the crew at Black s Tire were still at work. Even though it was almost 5:30 (closing time) they fixed my tire without any issues. I know how it is to work all day and be ready to go home so I appreciate them staying late and getting me back safely on the way home. Thank you Black s Tire Whiteville. You guys were my saving grace!

I was in great need of having my truck serviced(Brakes). I arrived at 730am on a Saturday and I was done and out by 10am. Only because there were other people there before me. Nothing but pure professionalism at this location. I will come back again.

My service, today at black's tire in Whiteville, North Carolina was the worst service I think I had ever received at any auto place. I took a new tire to be put on a rim. It took an hour, they seemed to have lost my tire or overlooked it. They couldn't get it fixed. My dad had to tell the man how to fix the tire and they still charged me full price. If I had not asked the lady what was taken so long I probably would still be sitting there waiting on my tire. I was NOT even offered an apology! I would not recommend Blacks Tire in Whiteville North Carolina to anyone for any service. I will never go there again. I was having a wonderful day until I left there.

My husband had a flat tire on his enclosed trailer and Black s Tire was the first place we called to see about getting a new tire. The other Black s Tire locations tend to not have the tire in stock, so I was relieved to find it at the Whiteville location. From the very beginning of our conversation on the phone David was very professional and helpful. When I get to the waiting area and realized my phone battery was low he even offered to charge it for me. Sometimes it s the little things that matter the most! I feel like their entire team went above and beyond for me and to get us back on the road!!!

Great service. I took both of my vehicles to have new rims and tires put on. Both cars were done at a reasonable time and price. I have used them before. No complaints.

Went in Whiteville office about 3:30pm on Friday afternoon with two tires needing tubes, left the tires, in an hour I got a text that work was complete, I have used Black's for years and the staff is always helpful and friendly

My experience was great. My service was. Quick didn't have to sit a half day like most places I had been to. Person at the desk was knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend to others.

Appointment at 930 took car in back. At 11:15 I went up to desk when lady got off phone and asked about my vehicle. She looked on back didnt see it and said they must still be working on it. So i said it should have been done. So she looked at the red plastic bags hanging. 3 of them and said yes it was ready. I would have still been waiting if i had not gone up. Desk personal should have been more alert and off the phone. Disappointed I had to wait and the car had been ready to go.
