Great experience buying a car from Steve. We were in town to run errands and just happened to spot an accord on the lot. We've been thinking about buying a car to spare our 4runner miles and to save us some gas $, so we pulled in to take a look. The car was in great shape and Steve was very straight forward and honest. We ended up buying the car and it was the easiest deal I've ever done. Thanks Steve and co.

Super great folks. Came all the way from Hickory to buy a Subaru. Easy going, no pressure sales, paperwork was a breeze. Seriously we spent more time test driving the vehicle than we did going through the numbers game . We made an offer they agreed and the rest is history.I know what some people think about buying at a small lots. To put your mind at ease. We just took the car to our local Subaru dealership, and had them run through it. Everything was to specs., and our service tech asked if we d sell it to him. Obviously the answer was no.These guys will be getting out business again, and we have highly recommended them to our friends. It was truly a pleasure. Nice folks, but they did not disclose some issues with the car we bought from them, and didn't offer any assistance with repairs after the sale even though they said they would.

This is a great place to look and buy from if you're in need of a new or gently used ride. Staff is awesome, and they take excellent care of ya even after a sale to make sure you stay happy and your car stays on the road!! Will purchase from again when needed.

Took a 2006 Jeep Wrangler X to have the fluids changed in the transmission and the transfer case, and to a NC vehicle inspection done. Always good service and friendly people. I am very well pleased and will return in the future.

I went there looking for a good dependable vehicle. Steve found what I was looking for in a short amount of time. I got an excellent deal and left very happy. I highly recommend this dealership. They are fair and very honest..on site garage for maintenance and repairs. Just an example of how a car dealership should be.

I had the best experiences with Parker and Steve. They are all amazing people and the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them to everyone. They went above and beyond for me. And I will be buying cars from them for a long time. Please go and see them. You will never want to buy a car from anyone else. Bought a truck from them. They worked within my budget and were friendly. When there were a few problems a day later with truck (little things), they worked me into the shop and repaired all issues with little hassle and with great kindness. My wife and I have had two occasions recently to need repair or assistance with our vehicles. Steve and his crew have been extremely friendly, helpful and professional on both occasions. Had my car inspected and they also did my breaks and other service work. Very pleased with their service. It was discovered that I needed new brakes and they fit this into their schedule, even though they were busy, so that I didn't need to make another appointment. I surprised they and their mechanics today with a dozen of doughnuts from hole Lotta doughnuts, our famous doughnut shop in West Jefferson to show my appreciation. Thank you guys.

Everyone was sooo nice I felt like family from the time I walked in. They don't spray your credit all over the place and I got a great deal. Only bad thing is they are so far from me. Love my Navigator! Thank you!

Friendliest staff for an auto dealership I've ever met! They wont steer you wrong just to make a sale, I go to them for my mechanic work. Best people.

I bought a 2010 ranger from SteveIt had some issues but I can say they took care of the issues with my truck .Very good to deal with and will buy from them again

Went there for an inspection and the people were so nice. Nice waiting area no fox nees on the tv no trump flages on the walls. I will definitely be back when i need a car or truck.

This place took out the check engine light of the truck I bought, just to make a quick sell, because when I went to try to get it inspected, it failed inspection because it didn't have a check engine light, then when the mechanic hooked it up to the computer to see what all was wrong with it, all sorts of things were wrong with it, which I would have known if the check engine light hadn't of been intentionally removed. Buyers Beware.

Steve Johnson is a cricket shady Dealer.And is helping people commit insurance fraud. He had my daughter sign a legal document That started that she was the only one living at our address. That is fraud I just wanted to let people know the kind of person he is. Defrauding a insurance company is illegal.
