Mathew Carson returned my call promptly. He was knowledgeable, respectful, polite, and pleasant to deal with.The gentleman who helped me with completing registration and took my check, was also great to deal with.I bought a used 2019 F350I think I got it at a reasonable price. I drove it 80 miles home and I am thrilled with the vehicle. It is even better than described.I would certainly go back there again and I recommend Mathew and his team highly

First time using this dealership for service. I own a very nice f350 dually super crew. Glenn and his team were top notch. They went above and beyond. To service my transmission and oil change with filters. They communicated throughout the day as progress was made. They made me feel like a person rather than a sake. Thanks guys

Great service from great people. They got in the vehicle I wanted with the payment I wanted. It felt like a seamless transaction. Also, I had the check engine light come on 4 days after my purchase. I called the gentleman who sold me the vehicle and they resolved the problem for me at no charge. It s the little things like that, that keeps customers coming back. The next car purchased will be from Randy Marion. Thanks again!

I took a 5 hour round trip to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They were awesome! I felt no pressure to make the purchase. They were willing to negotiate with me on the price of the vehicle and my trade-in. When I noticed an odd leak in the interior our salesman Matt answered my call / text right away and I was setup with an appointment the next day! The following day we were in and out with a resolution in about an hour. They even allowed me to take a vehicle to go grab lunch while I waited!I wish they were closer, but I won't hesitate to make a purchase from them again.

Buying a car from Randy Marion Ford of West Jefferson was an EXCELLENT experience!!! They have great inventory and selection. Prices are super competitive. Cameron was my sales guy, and he had great communication, sending me pictures and videos of the vehicle, and answering all my questions before I made the 5 hour trip. He was extremely professional, kind, and helpful! Not your average sales rep!Josh handled all the finances and paperwork, and he was very patient and informative and helpful. They got me an interest rate lower than what my credit union offered! He also took time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood. The other Josh, the sales manager, was kind and personable. I felt like I was buying a vehicle from friends. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend their team!

Got a pretty decent ram deal the guys worked extra late on a Friday night to make sure I was happy with my deal. overall this internet has changed the way car buying is done everyone has to compete. Makes it easier to work with a used car salesman. I am satisfied customer. So far so good

Josh and Josh were great to work with. Our salesman Josh had a car brought in from another dealership. When that didn't work out he brought out multiple other options and was pleasant to work with. They were able to work with us to make a deal on our trade-in, which was nice. There was some salesmanship involved in discussing the warranty. We did end up taking it, time will tell if it is worth the price, but it felt like a good deal. Overall it was a good experience and I would work with them to buy a car again.

I bought my car April 2023, and I didn t receive my permanent tag until June 23, 2023. I had to ask for a second temporary tag. I had to resubmit documents because my paperwork was misplaced. There was a lot of back and forth between multiple people to handle circumstances concerning my car. I understand that the dealership was going through a transition at that particular time, but open communication was the answer. If my main salesperson could not handle an issue and stay in contact with me to resolve an issue, it was then the responsibility of another salesperson or a manager. You never leave the customer guessing or out of the loop. Make sure you continue to update the customer on circumstances concerning their car. The customer should not have to keep contacting you all to get multiple issues resolved. That is not how business is done. Thank you in the end for making things right, but a lot of this could have been prevented with honesty, accountability and open communication.

I traveled 3 hours to look at a 2012 Fiesta that was attractively priced ($5600) and low mileage. Before coming, I was warned that the price was reduced due to lot damage; fair enough. I already owned a2013, and the low mileage was very attractive.When I test-drove it, it had very obvious alignment issues and tires below the 2/32 minimum standard. Fortunately I tried the air conditioner, which was non-functional (bad air compressor!). UNFORTUNATELY I did not open the trunk.When they made a reduced offer due to the two obvious issues, there was over $1000 dollars in the offer sheet- as tacked-on dealer fees not disclosed on Autotrader. They made an additional deduction, as-I-was-leaving, in the car price to offset the fees. I bought the car for $6000 out the door, albeit with misgivings.Several days after returning home, I opened the trunk to find a spare tire well FULL of water, and active mold all over the rear upholstery. The thin carpet/board over the spare was soggy and ruined. There was a sizable mushroom growing on the spare. I estimate that the repair of this glaring problem will cost a hard week of my time in leak detection/repair, and rehabilitation of the interior, before the car is usable. I have bought a $200 steamer, and KN95 masks, to aid in killing the (dangerous!) level of mold. A reputable, diligent dealership would NEVER have missed this issue. They had to know that it had this problem.Oh, and only one key, no manuals, told me after I had signed the paperwork.So, buyer beware. Don t assume anything when buying from this location of Randy Marion. I was sold a car that should never have been on their lot as an inspected vehicle.

We worked with Josh on the purchase of our 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude LUX. Everything that he told us prior to arriving was handled perfectly. Each step was explained to us fully and we felt no pressure at all! My wife stated that this was the quickest we had ever purchased a vehicle; we will be referring friends and family to Josh and the staff at this dealership!!

Sale went well. Salesman Kevin was very nice and not pushy. Only problem I had was the check engine light came on about halfway home on my 2 hr trip. I couldn t take it back for them to look at. Had to take it to Autozone and pay $75 for a part that I hope fixes the problem. Overall I had a good experience with this dealership.

I took my car to Randy Marion Ford of West Jefferson for an oil change and as I were waiting 3 different employees spoke to me and were very nice and they have a nice waiting area as well. I'm happy to see Randy Marion has come to Ashe County and am pleased at the amount of cars available to purchase. If you live in Ashe I recommend you give these guys a try and see for yourself.

Sales experience was great, I purchased my vehicle just over a year ago. Service, on the other hand, needs better management. I visited 3 times in 2 weeks before someone was finally able to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. While waiting 2 months for service to be completed, I only received a call when my car was ready. I called multiple times for updates, all to be told I ll give you a call back , when there was never a call back.The manager of the service department has terrible time management and communication. They slapped a bandaid on at the end by changing my oil for free. Needless to say, I will not be returning for service, but I will consider buying my next vehicle from Ashe County Ford.

Brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Was done very quickly and they kept me informed and were extremely nice. I have been going there the past three years with both our car and our truck of which we bought both of them there. Have never had any issues with their service, their competence, or anything else.

Smoothest transaction I have ever made. I did not have to negotiate or quickly over anything. Everyone was nice, professional and got us in and out under 3 hours. Cameron guided us to just what we were looking for and Josh was very efficient and was not pushy. They all actually LISTENED to what we wanted. I highly recommend them!!

I chose a jeep online to test drive. The jeep drove well during the test drive. However I didn't notice some major cosmetic damage. The jeep had 3 dents above the windshield. After purchase and noticing the dents, we had a local body shop estimate that it would cost over $1800 to repair. In addition, there is a slit in the driver's seat that as crudely sewn, and there is a large burn spot on the back seat, so I am going to have to pay for a major reupholstery job. We purchased the jeep at night and did not notice these flaws. None of this was pointed out by the salespeople. Upon review, the price I paid for the jeep did not factor in all this damage.I traded in my vehicle. It was in pristine shape, not a scratch or dent. The only thing it had was a manufacturer recall that had not been addressed. I still got an very low offer on my trade-in. Especially compared to the condition I found the jeep in the next day in daylight.My salesman was very personable, but he was vaping in his office while we were in there. He also used profanity quite often.

Well bought 93k vehicle. Was treated nice by all staff and all. Ended up the vehicle we bought had to have new battery as it would not start. Now we have had car owned 3 weeks at most in shop as a steering issue showed up on day 1 checked out. While yes we were in late on day we bought, once battery needed replaced I think dealership personnel should have said let s keep vehicle check it out and get it ready.Hindsight should have not bought from your dealership.Nice people poor execution.

Stopped in to get the oil change on my truck. Was greeted promptly, everyone was very nice. While sitting in the waiting room, had three salesman come up to me just to strike up conversations. I felt like I was a long time customer and it was the first time that I had ever been there. Great job!

In three days Randy Marion Ford of West Jefferson, N.C., had me driving away in the ideal truck. .salesman was very helpful with getting the price I wanted .3rd row seat stopped working salesman said it would be $1700 to repair I said no thanks . Said module and connector had to be replaced by 9:30 next morning it had been repaired deal is now back on met the service manager that afternoon and asked him about repair he said oh it was just a loose connector 5 minute repair ok .who produced the $1700 repair price? . Hmmmm .me thinks something is rotten .
