THANK YOU SO MUCH BILL'S GARAGE! I have never been greeted with such timely and friendly customer service. I have visited this shop twice, and both experiences were timely and pleasant. Both times my car was fixed within 24hrs. The staff is incredibly nice and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were able to get my car up and running the day before Thanksgiving so that I was able to drive home. Best garage in Boone, NC!

Thank you Danny from Bill s garage!!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. While on top of a mountain on a wedding venue we had multiple cars stuck and two 4 wheel drive trucks hanging off ravines from a somewhat unexpected heavy winter storm. After dealing with a couple drivers from different companies who could not help, Danny saved the day. Danny s communication, willingness to help, skill, and overall professionalism saved the day and allowed a few guests to leave the mountain to make flights back home. If you need towing services nobody is Better than Danny!!

We were 5 and a half hours from home and this is the only place around that agreed to take a look at our car the same day. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road in a timely manner and they didn't charge an arm and a leg! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this Place they were awesome and worked hard trying to help me figure out the problem with our van, they are very professional and the staff was so nice lord know's we can use more people like them, if you need any vehicle repairs this is the place to go.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Whatever you, whatever choice you have, even if it s a police officer who suggests it, DO NOT USE BILLS GARAGE TO TOW ANYTHING!!! You will pay an arm and a leg. I had my car towed less than 3 miles and it cost me $250 dollars! And THAT was after they discounted me from $500!!! You heard this right, it s a first hand experience of mine. There are plenty of other services to call in the Watauga area.
