I went to 3 dealerships on Saturday 12/30. 1 didn t care if I purchased, 1 couldn t get the deal right, and the other did everything in their power to sell me a car. Hands down the most patient, hospitable crew ever at Randy Marion Ford of West Jefferson! In the end, I got the car I wanted and under the payment I asked for!!!

First oil change and tire rotation on my F150. Scheduling and timely completion of service was great. Engine bay left a little messy with oil spilled. As for the truck- we absolutely love the it! Had been lifelong Chevy people but now we have gone Blue (oval) !

Had to get my car inspected & had two recalls done on my 2017 Ford Edge. I bought my car there & will continue to have my service completed there. The service manager Greg was very courteous with me & my husband.

Just want to say that Ashe county Ford is awesome! They have a great sales team and an awesome service team. My girlfriend and I purchased a Ford Edge from them and a couple months later the torque converter went out in it. Well with our lifetime powertrain warranty it was covered and they got it where it needed to be and back no questions asked. Also gave us a service car to drive for a few days while we waited. Kevin Roland and service team are GREAT! Thanks guys!

Had a great time with my salesman Roger and we became fast friends. He was respectful, and not at all pushy. We chatted multiple times over several weeks about the right F-150. Several other dealers had more of a selection, but I would never hesitate to wait on the right one here at West Jefferson Ford. Decided on the only new F150 on the lot at the time and I am forever grateful for my choice!! Thank you neighbor, see ya soon!!

Needed some work done on my van so i came here. Tiffany at the service desk gave me a call about my dirty laundry which i d forgotten in the front seat! Much appreciated, she also double-checked the price when something seemed off to make sure i wasn t overcharged. Very kind and professional. The service was done quick and well, so far as i can tell.

Kevin Roland with Ashe County Ford was amazing throughout the entire process of answering questions, purchasing our new car and helping get it shipped . We couldn't be more grateful to everyone that had a hand in the process. It is great to find a car dealership that works with their customers to make sure they are well taken care of. I reached out to Ashe County Ford in search of the currently hard-to-find Ford Maverick. I talked to no less than eight dealerships, all of which were rude, pushy, and were trying to tack on 10k or more markups on their Mavericks. Not Ashe County Ford! Kevin Roland and the rest of the staff there were kind, informative, and took great care of me.Kevin kept in touch and informed me where my Maverick was at every point of its journey to the dealership. He got me in and out quickly, and with lovely conversation. This was hands-down the best dealership experience I've ever had, and will travel the two hours back if I ever need to purchase another vehicle.

I would like to give Ashe County Ford a huge shout out for helping me with some Michelin tires. I purchased 4 new Michelin tires from a local garage about 5 months ago for my Dodge. A couple of weeks later, we left for vacation and I then realized that my tires were out of balance. After multiple attempts at getting the tires balanced and aligned at different locations, I took my truck to Ashe County Ford, having had a great prior experience with them in a car purchase. They again re-balanced all four new Michelins, and told me to try that. Made another trip out West only to realize that my tires still were not balanced. I took it back to Ashe County Ford where I met the service manager, Greg Walker. I know that Greg and Angel, one of the ladies that works the service desk, probably spent hours on the phone with Michelin. In the end, Michelin sent me 4 new tires and Ashe County Ford put them on. My truck drives and rides like a dream and I really believe that had it not been for the tenacity and perseverance of Ashe County Ford's service department, I would still be shaking going down the highway. Many, many thanks to Angel, Greg, and Ashe County Ford.

The staff at Ashe County Ford have always been friendly and helpful. I had my previous car serviced there when I worked in Ashe and was always pleased with their service and promptness. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them and they made it a tolerable experience. I have never enjoyed the whole car buying process at all. Even after driving off the lot and realizing my new to me vehicle was missing something, they addressed my concerns and started working promptly to resolve the minor issue. They actually communicated with me and corrected an issue after I drove a used vehicle off the lot. Yes you read that correctly! Mike Little was the salesman I dealt with and I will do business with him in the future if needed. Jeff Walters in the service department was diligent in correcting my issue. I would highly recommend Ashe County Ford for your service and car buying needs.

I really like the 2014 Ford Taurus that I purchased at Ashe County Ford. Jeff and Kevin made the sale and financing painless. That was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered and I have bought several vehicles over the years. I did not feel pressured and they were both very helpful and knew their jobs well. They made me feel like they appreciated my business. I will definitely consider Ashe County Ford again for future vehicles purchases.

What a great dealership with a fantastic sales team. You can t go wrong with Mike Little! Don t let the size of the dealership fool you, they definitely beat any large city location.Driving from Charlotte to Ashe Ford in West Jefferson to get the F150 Lariat that we wanted was worth every mile we drove. Upon entering the dealership Mike Little made us feel as if he knew us and wanted to give us a fantastic experience.The truck was spotless and ready to drive home when we arrived.Call Mike Little and the folks at Ashe Ford to purchase your next vehicle.

Very nice place. They make you feel like family. Also efficient. Everyone is involved with your purchase. Always making sure you understand and answering your questions. Highly recommend them. We drove all the way from Greenville SC and it sure was worth the drive.

Ashe County Ford made the purchase of our car an absolute pleasure. We are from out of town, and they were able to make the process smooth as can be even over the phone until we were able to get there in person. Took transmission pan off to change solenoid. Could not use the one I had put pan back on and charged me 530.00 and did not fix anything made it worse.

We did have engine problems with our 2017 Ford Escape,which were in no way the fault of Ashe County Ford. The vehicle was in the shop for about six weeks, which was frustrating, but Ashe County Ford was doing what they had to do to satisfy Ford Motor Company. As far as servicing and taking care of the car, Ashe County Ford has done a good job. The staff is friendly and shows concern for our needs. We are satisfied with their service.

Service to the vehicle was great but we were a bit disappointed with our wait time. Even with an appointment, we had to wait for over two hours for an oil change. We will know to drop off the vehicle the next time and come back later to pick it up.

Talked with Tim over the phone. Very helpful. I had question about truck payload. He took the time to send me pictures of the stickers on the inside of the door to get me the correct information. He was not pushy I appreciate that. If I am able i would highly consider doing business here.

I would highly recommend Ashe County Ford for anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. It was such an easy, painless, and positive experience. Everyone who works here was extremely helpful to us and made me feel very comfortable with everything. I recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from them and am beyond satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future!

My wife and I just returned from the Peace Corps in Swaziland and started looking for vehicles in our area. We found a posting online for a Kia Sportage we liked through a different website and inquired about it. The same day we got an email and a phone call from Josh with Ashe County Ford. He gave us some more information and emailed some more pictures of the car. When we arrived for a test drive, the other salesman were very friendly and helped us find Josh who pulled the vehicle around for us. No one tried to up-sale us or show us something other than what we were interested in. We had some concerns about a few things but Josh put the car on a lift in the shop and their mechanics went over everything with us, every little sound of concern was covered. Something you definitely want when buying a used car! There were some chips in the glass and Josh had the guys from the nearby glass shop come and repair them. When it came time to talk price I told Josh our budget, which was small after being volunteers for the past year and a half, and he came in under our budget with no haggling or debate taking a good cut of what stood to be their profit. Overall we loved our experience with Ashe County Ford and will certainly return when we need another vehicle!

I purchased a used 2013 Hybrid Ford Fusion SE from them and the transaction was perfect. I live in Burlington, NC and did the entire purchase over the phone and email without looking at anything but pictures. It was a big risk but worth every bit of it. They delivered the car to me free of charge and drove my old car back. I want to thank Tim Hamm for the exceptional customer service and to the rest of the team that helped me. I will shop here again no questions asked.
