The billing department waits 6 months to send a bill, knowing it's too late to collect insurance. They are super ignorant. I can do the job way better. Now the nuts want to garnish my wages. How convenient. I sent a dispute letter that was highly ignored!!

I was bitten by a copperhead snake. These EMTs never took my vitals or asked about my medical history. They simply told me I had a "Japanese hornet" sting and discouraged me from going to the ER. My symptoms got worse, and I later was admitted to hospital.

The billing department here is either grossly inept or has someone committing fraud. Continues to bill me for more than my insurance company says I owe. If you use them watch every penny!

My insurance has paid the bill in full however they have garnished my wages for 3 weeks and can't get them to stop.

Never received any assistance from these people and still received a bill, all disputes are ignored.
