Fast, friendly, and fair pricing! It was my first time coming here and being a woman, I was braced to get taken advantage of by an auto shop, but I'm pleased to say the opposite happened! They charged me less for one service because it turned out my car only needed a slight adjustment, and they didn't find anything mysteriously wrong with my perfectly fine car. I waited in the comfortable lobby and my car was done before I knew it. I will happily come here again and highly recommend it to others!

I understand why Wendell Tire is so busy!! They offer wonderful customer service. They gave a detailed service report. There timing was on spot for the work that was done. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I won't hesitate to recommend them at all.

Exceptional service! I loved the ease of making my appointment online. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they had me in and out with an oil change and inspection in under an hour! Neat and clean waiting area for customers too!

Dropped off my father's vehicle for a nail repair. Received a call that "the nail is too close to the edge of the tire wall" and they recommended a replacement (fair). However, the individual on the phone went on to mention that the tires are so old, they recommended not only replacing one tire, but both rear tires (and even mentioned all four if I was willing). I was silly enough not to inspect the tires before getting home - they are so new that the tread markers are still deep in the grooves as this set has only seen barely 7-8 months of driving? Lastly, not even a single, "Oh, sorry about that misinformation. Let me chat with the technician so this doesn't happen to other customers" or "let me explain why we thought it required two whole tire replacements". The nail also appears to be further in than described - if a different assessment is provided by another shop, this review will be updated to include the poor quality inspection that was conducted this morning. If you don't want business, just say "take it to Discount Tire".!!!Update!!!: Took the vehicle to CostCo for an assessment and repair. 1) They mentioned that, where the placement of the nail was, was 100% within the realm of repairable conditions. 2) They did not mention that these tires were in such bad shape (as described by Wendell Tire's "advisor with 30-years of experience") that they needed replacement.The comment by this business dodges the concerns I raised in my initial review, despite the photographic evidence that the tires have barely seen 8 months of wear (if that).It is possible you looked at an entirely wrong vehicle. My advice is to retrain your advisors and to ensure that they are not mixing up vehicles in the lot. If that was not the case, I have concerns that the advisors and technicians you hire may be fraudulently claiming experience and are jeopardizing your business.

These guys are awesome. Got me in super quick. Removed multiple nails from my tires during the tire rotation and were honest that none went fully though. Will definitely be back with all my vehicles

New to the area and needed an oil change. Googled places in the area and they were the first name to pop up. Had good reviews so figured it would be worth a shot. They were super welcoming and friendly! They were very honest, reasonably priced and quick! Such a great first experience. I definitely plan on using them for future car repairs:)

Wendell tire has earned my trust. I'm so thankful for a trustworthy local mechanic. Danny, Cole, and Jerryy at the front desk are courteous and helpful. Great insights about cars. Quality work.

I have always been so pleased with their exceptional service. Today I had a unexpected battery issue that couldn't be solved with jumping it and my car battery cannot be simply removed and replaced without a mechanic because of location, so I had to have it towed. Wendell Tire never let's me down though. They were able to fix it quickly to get me back on the road. I am always pleased with them. Thank you for all you do.

We were in the middle of a trip and our tire blew out. Got to the tire shop around 7:30 this morning and my husband told them what happened and they immediately helped us, got us a new tire and we were done within 45 minutes or so. Super nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Very friendly and great people

I gotta say, it s hard to find honest mechanics these days but I appreciate Wendell Tire. I brought my car in for an alignment because Firestone of Knightdale told me I needed one.. they checked it and told me my alignment was perfect and not sure why they would suggest I need one.Also, while I was sitting in the lobby I heard a couple of the employees tell customers that what they thought was wrong with their car wasn t the issue and actually it was a much cheaper fix in todays times this is rare to find and I appreciate hearing that. Makes me feel comfortable taking my car there from now on. Thank you Wendell Tire for your honesty

Just bought a used tire from here; hands down the quickest, friendliest and most professional business experience I have had these past 5 years at least. I hope they have other services so I can continue to use them, like beyond car repair. Maybe they ll expand into a grocery store or, like service electronics and phone repair. Turn in to a nice coffee shop would be excellent.

I have a flat tire up the street from this shop. I called to be sure they were open and spoke with Cole. Cole said to me I'm booked and I can't fix it because of appointments. The tire just needs to be plugged and he said he's booked for today. It's unfortunate this kind of shop is not even willing the help someone within a mile from their shop in an emergency. Definitely will never be going here.

I needed two tires last min for my truck. I didn t know much about what I needed and they were very helpful and friendly and was able to squeeze my truck in that day. I got used tires for a good price and the tread was at 50% if not more. Was pleased with the service and staff. Thank you.

We live in Wendell and this place has some of the nicest and capable people working there. James always does an outstanding job and prices are very good. The work is always done on time and most importantly, they re honest! We will continue to bring our vehicles there.

I gave this establishment a try today as my wife needed an oil change and we are newer to this area. They were very polite and courteous. Full synthetic oil change which included 6 quarts was about $55. That is a fantastic price and I will most certainly be coming back here whenever we need service. At our old house we had a local mechanic much like these guys. Service centers like these typically have much better customer service and are more trustworthy than your chain service stations who just want to sell you add ons. A+

I will definitely be a return customer. Very efficient shop run by great people. I was very impressed with their ability to manage the scheduling. Work was completed on time, actually earlier than expected.

I've been coming here for about 2 years for services that I am unable to perform myself at home. I have brought in 4 different vehicles. I come here for balance, rotations and alignments. I have bought used tires from this place that made me double check them because they looked brand new! Their prices are fair. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off when I come here. I have shopped around enough to say this confidentiality. If you're worried about covid they have you covered. They cover the seats and steering wheel before getting in your vehicle. I do feel like their customers service needs some work. Only one person made me welcomed. Wish I caught his name. I get kind of a hostile vibe from the rest of the staff.

Friends of mine have been bringing their vehicles to Wendell Tire for years and have told me many times about them. I wish I had listened sooner! Went in for an inspection and the staff was friendly, the test was done quick all for a reasonable price. Now that I'll be moving closer to the area, I will make them my garage of choice!

Awesome service. The alingment shop is top notch. With a very experienced alignment technician. He performed a Shelby drop alignment on my 1965 mustang. Brought me into the shop and explained his process. Not many shops could have done what he did. Very grateful to have a shop near me with such dedicated and methodical mechanics.

If you re anywhere in East Wake, this is the place to bring your car or truckFrom oil changes and state inspection to 4-wheel alignment, air conditioning repair or complete engine work, these guys have taken care of me for over 15 yearsGood guys, too

They have been servicing my mustang for a year and always do a great job. Friendly, lowest labor cost and they are honest. They will not try to get you to pay for extras you do not need like meineke would.
