I would like to commend and thank your staff for such a pleasant experience. With the coordination and help from your Service Dept. staff I was able to get some troubled areas on my car painted and touched up by Colors on Parade. The work was done last Friday, and because I could no pick up my car that afternoon, I was able to leave it overnight and pick it up Saturday. I feel they were quit accommodating, and kept me informed of the progress. Again thanks so much for your help.Bob Fry

Early in the morning last Monday I was driving to Eastern NC on Highway 64 from the Triangle when my diesel Silverado encountered a fuel supply problem from a fill-up just West of Raleigh. I limped off the highway to a gas station outside the town of Wendell, where I was pleasantly surprised to find there was a Chevrolet dealer. I called their service department and they arranged for a local flatbed to haul my truck to the dealership. I had been on my way to an appointment and they got me a loaner car from their fleet so I could continue on my way. The issue turned into a major one that took several days to correct. Tony Keene, a Service Advisor at the dealership, keep me informed of the progress during the week. When I returned to get my truck, it was ready on time as promised. The truck ran perfectly as it should. I was pleased to find the interior door handle/panel, steering wheel, and driver s seat were clean, unlike other dealerships where these were left greasy. Tony applied a service coupon that I was not aware of, which saved me almost 10% - something he did not have to do. Even without the coupon reduction, I felt the pricing was very fair. I was thrilled with all the friendly people at Universal Chevrolet and their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the dealership for service and only regret that I don t live close enough to the dealership to have them perform all my automotive maintenance! Thank you to Tony and the entire outstanding service team!

Just went in for a oil change. Good, friendly customer service. And if something is wrong with your vehicle they are ready to help you fix it with that Good Friendly customer service.
