I had a tire issue on a Sunday that couldn t wait until Monday. Matt was friendly on the phone and took care of fixing my tire quickly when I arrived. I would recommend them in the future and will be letting them quote tire prices when I get ready to replace them all soon.

My wife took her car here about 2 weeks ago and later that day when she got home there was a massive oil leak in my driveway. When I immediately brought the car back in the situation was brushed off as pre-existing leak even though we have had 0 problems with the car before this day. It s been 2 weeks and there have still been no solutions offered by this company except for oil change vouchers which I wouldn t accept because we won t be going back here. Still hoping corporate reaches out but I m not holding my breath.Service: Oil change

High fives to the folks at this Snappy Lube. Because of its location, I'd never noticed it. Needed inspection and 3 other places around couldn't take me till next week. Drove right in and waited inside clean reception area. Only one car in front of me... those fellows jumped right on it... teamwork... and even noticed something about a possible front brake pad issue I should have checked soon. AND... I didn't notice at first... they even vacuumed the floor area of my driver's seat area! Didn't even tell me... just a nice courtesy w/out pointing out to get accolades! Courteous, efficient, polite and got me right in and out. Another local business (Wendell Tire) who was too busy to do my inspection suggested them (how nice is that!?)... otherwise, I'd never have know they were there... kinda behind the Exxon station just past Boulevard Pizza. Will be my new go to place for an inspection even though I live on the other side of Zebulon! Thanks y'all! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... not seen much anymore... they truly seemed like they like their jobs!

These guys were great! I needed an oil change & filter. They suggested a few additional items to address, but with no pressure to do so. I did end up getting an inspection, though, which I hadn't realized I needed. Thanks, guys!

I have been going to Snappy Lube for a year now! The guys in here are extremely professional and always so kind! They have the best customer service and always get things done in a timely manner while consulting with you if there are any issues. One time in particular (my first time going) their machine was down for awhile and they told me I could go ahead and go without paying for my oil change because I did not have cash on me. Even though I came back and did, I just thought that was some of the most amazing customer service I have experienced. I never write a review but they truly are the best & I won t go anywhere else!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Shady practices from employees. Mother in law took her car to get a flat fixed previously here. The next time she went the employees charged her double and told her it was cash only and their machine was broken so they couldn t give her a receipt. This is a typical practice of employees stealing from the company and pocketing cash. Do not have work done here if they attempt this. They are ripping off their customers and the owner of the business.Service: Tires

Hard up sells. Don t go here unless you re auto savvy and can resist the upsells. Daughter should ve had a $100 oil change and inspection and left with another $100 for air filter, oil/fuel flushes and wipers. Not needed.

I have used this snappy lube for years for all my personal and work vehicles. They are very prompt and get right on their work. Always polite and don t try to up-charge you for stuff you don t need.The only thing I wish they could do is have a heavier rated lift so they can change and rotate my tires on my full size long wheelbase vans.

Fast friendly service! The service technician even checked with me to make sure I was aware of the pricing of my oil change since my car is a new model Toyota and the oil changes are a little more expensive. I thought that was very attentive on his part. Will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

Very honest wonderful guys ! Took very care of me noticing more wrong with my brakes a took time to fix other problems with the caliper didn t even know was broke . Went in for just an oil change. Guy comes in and says rear brakes are bad and need to be changed asap. He also specifically mentions that they are so bad they squeak. He said he would do it right then for $200. I declined and checked with my father who is a mechanic. We take the wheels off and take a look and the brake pads are almost new. I m no expert when it comes to cars but I know enough to know when the brake pads have reached the squeaker and are making noise (which they weren t.) I would have chalked it up to an honest mistake if it weren t for the squeaking comment because they clearly were not.

They've earned my trust over years of great service. This is the only place in town I'll get routine maintenance at. The crew has been there for ages and seem to like what they do.

My go to for all my car issues, concerns, and repairs. If they don't do it then they have someone who does. Since moving in the area since 2014. They have been the only ones other the the muffler place that I trust.

This place is definitely considered my go-to for any issue. If there's a question I have or something I need done, they're on it, or if they don't do it there, they always provide resources for a place that does.

Dropped by at 1:30pm for a state inspection, was the only car there, in and out in 10 min flat. They had to replace a license plate light bulb and they vacuumed the front floorboards, 10 min In and out. I was impressed. Now realize please that we were the only car getting seen at the moment so all 3 workers where on our car so it was the luck of the draw that they were not busy. But still very happy with their professionalism

**PLEASE READ ALL THIS REVIEW SO IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!**!This is a five star because the guys at Snappy Lube were really nice but I had one issue. Although it wasn't with Snappy Lube because they referred me to the repair shop across the street, I had a very bad experience.My suggestion to Snappy Lube is for them to NEVER/EVER refer someone to go get any service completed at the shop directly across the street from them by the name of Southern and Automotive Repair (address 2950 Wendell). Unfortunately, my car did not pass inspection due to a 02 censor issue. Snappy Lube sent me across the street to Southern and Automotive Repair to get this issue repaired so I could return to them and pass inspection. After giving this shop three attempts to fix the repair (the 02 sensor), four hours of sitting and wasting my time, only to continue failing inspection, I asked them to refund me my money. The owner Alexandro Perez and his wife Rosa refused to refund me. What they did was put my old censor back on and refunded me for the part. However, they charged me almost $100.00 for labor and did not refund me back this amount, although the issue was never fixed. They robbed me of my time and money. I'm $88 short with no repairs made. Their customer service was awful. So, please, please please, if you do not pass inspection, do not let Snappy Lube refer you to go across the street to Southern and Automotive Repair. Snappy Lube, please stop referring people to go to Southern and Automotive Repair. They are not professional and their technicians are inexperienced.They do not care about their business reputation!!!!

The service and honesty in this place is awesome!!! Just bought a van, went to do an oil change, but didn't need one, still needed 2,000+ miles to go before the next oil change. They politely refused to do the oil change. Southern hospitality!!!

I went there to have them change my oil and get the state inspection. I was charged almost 100 dollars for the services and they were not done correctly. They changed the oil and said they had to reset the oil light so the tech raised the hood and reset it. Once I got in the car I noticed the windshield wiper fluid light was on so I mentioned it to the tech and then he topped it off. They did replace both low beam headlight bulbs, done the inspection and changed the oil but per the website the fluids were supposed to be topped off, the windshield was supposed to be washed and the front floors and seats were supposed to be vacuumed. But I drove home, and a few days later raised my hood because I heard a noise. I found that the tech never put the fuse cover back on, it was just laying underneath my hood. And none of the other fluids were topped off....I guess I should have checked behind them before I pulled away because whose to say they actually done any of the other things as well, but this isn't how to have customers return......Service: Oil change

Went in for an inspection. I waited about 10 minutes or so which wasnt bad at all since they were servicing someone else's car. They put air in my tires and even vacuumed my car a bit. They even cleaned my front window! They did all this while inspecting my car. I was in awe. Great service. Will come back.

I enjoyed my the service I received from Snappy Lube. The employees were very helpful and friendly. It didn't even feel like I was at a car shop, more like at a friends house. They helped me with my oil change and my tires. Thank you snappy lube. I would definitely refer them to any friends.

Just got back from having my car inspected. Got me right in and only charged $40. On the other hand, LEFT GREASY HANDPRINTS ALL OVER the exterior and LEATHER INTERIOR of my Lexus. Come on! Really? Make your own decision about whether you want these guys in your car.
