Awesome local store. Customer service is great and everyone is super friendly. Just got my first suppressor through Perry s / Silencer Shop. Everything went super smooth. Every item I ve come into buy they ve had in stock or can get it ordered, shipped to the store. Highly highly recommend Perry s!!

Friendly greeting upon entry.Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.Large selection of weapons and other accessories.I was very pleased with my purchase.I would return and recommend the store to others.

Staff were polite and helpful, I went with my brother who's a regular. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable of the guns and sizes that best suited me. It felt like I was in and out with the whole process as a first time customer! Look forward going back or purchasing online for more items.

Just in, decent selection. Made some accessory purchases. Wait time for check out wasn't good. A lot of standing around waiting to be helped.A lot of staff standing around to help with gun stuff but very little for checkout. A little organization with personal would make this place top notch. Little more overall direction and assigned responsibility for staff would go a long way. Not everyone has to handle guns.

Bought a beretta from here that came with 3 mags. One of the mags had a bit of a rattle only when completely full. Took it back to see if I could have it replaced and they gave me a free one and let me keep the rattler. No questions asked, just grabbed one off the shelf and handed it to me, I was in and out in like 3 minutes. Love this place. I'll never buy a gun from anywhere else

Perrry's has a very wide and varied collection of rifles, shotguns, and handguns. As well as a very good selection of accessories for your new purchase, like multiple holster and ammunition options. They carry ammo in-stock that no one else ever has and must be ordered online normally. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because their prices are kinda high when compared to ordering items online. But that usually includes shipping costs and transfer costs to them or any other FFL if you order a firearm so it kinda works out. With that said, the last trip, the employees who are very knowledgeable and helpful, were more interested in talking to each other or eating lunch at the gun counter. I'm not sure if they knew I was mainly just looking around that day bc when there was a particular gun I wanted to handle, they were very quick to help. All in all, Perry's is an eastern wake county staple that people travel from all around to come visit. They have become more than just a local gun shop they are a destination for all types of firearms customers. From the middle aged mother getting a small micro-9 for concealed carry last time I was in, to local hunters, or competition shooters alike. Do yourself a solid and check them out!

Absolutely very pleased with Perry's - I think my salesman was Rich?? I don't have a lot of firearm experience, and sometimes feel belittled when visiting gun stores, but they've always been very patient and explain things, I've purchased several shotguns, two rifles and two handguns here, recently purchased a Savage 243 and they took the time to mount the scope and bore sight it even though they were very busy.

I went into the store to buy a bunch of accessories for my husband guns, I stood at the counter patiently for abt 10min b/c they were busy, the guy at the counter by passed me and asked the guy that just walked up behind me if he needed assistance and proceeded to help him. I still stood at the counter for another 5min by then I'm the only one at the counter and still no asked if I needed assistance , so I left and I will be taking my money else were.

I had a great experience there. The employee, Zack I believe it was, spent lots of time going over different options in the type of firearm I was interested in. Didn't feel like some other stores and chains I've been to where they either are trying to push one overstocked model out of inventory, think what works for them works for everyone, or worse yet, you just get ignored like the big box retailers. Definitely worth taking a look here.

I'd give them five stars, but the young lady at the register was more interested in continuing the conversation she was having with another young lady at the register than properly serving me. She did speak to me a very little bit, but I was NOT the focus, as good customer service would dictate. While traveling through North Carolina, I needed to kill some time, & this was a great place to do a little of it. They have a very wide selection of handguns, longarms, & ammunition. I don't know what prices are like in NC right now, but things seemed reasonable (well, no one can say ammo is reasonable anywhere right now!). Several gent's asked if I needed help, which I expect. There was one old man who didn't even acknowledge me while looking at me when I said good morning; that was a bit off-putting. Not being from the state limited my shopping possibilities, but I did pickup a Galco holster. They do have quite a selection of holsters & weapon accessories.

Picked up a G43 this afternoon. Galco had a deal if you bought one of their holsters you saved 10 percent on entire deal ( gun and holster) wow saved like 50 bucks off sale or you could say I got holster for like 3 bucks.Last month I picked up a great deal on used like new AR. Perry's has competitive prices.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid for my order and never received it, contacted costumer service and the blocked my account and email. I will never order from here again and would suggest not doing business with these people.

Just tried to return .22 clip. I wanted a credit to card used. Clip was in box and with receipt. Was only offered store credit, I was told to reference a print out which isn t visible to customers re policy. BUYER BEWARE. Cannot return except for store credit. Rude manager.

For most part Perry's has a good reputation and many locals purchase from them along with out of towners. Most locals either love them or dislike them. I'm writing this review with hopes another customer doesn't get disappointed and can be used as a learning tool for customer service.Weekend of 2/18 I went to Perry's seeking the Judge Taurus or the Smith and Wesson. The pistol was not in stock, but offered to order it. Personally I like to hold a gun before I buy , so I declined the offer to order. Besides, I could order ONLINE from Palmetto or direct from Smith and Wesson, have it shipped to a local dealer. I'd rather buy from local gun shop to support the small business. The sale person was nice and presented a S&W Governor. I was sold on the Governor as soon as I held it, its a 6 shot verses 5, holds 3 different types of ammo 45 colts, 45ACP and 410 -2.5" shells. I inquired about the ammo and bought the Governor on the spot. As we wrapped up the transaction the sales associate went to the back, put his hands on a box of 410 self defense shells and made comment they're ONLY sold to people who buy the gun. He put my name on the box and stashed it knowing I was coming back the next weekend. ( had to wait for my permit before picking up the pistol) Well, went back the very next weekend to pick up the pistol along with ammo only to be told the stashed ammo, with my name on it, had been SOLD! Had I been told I should buy the 410 shells then I would of, gladly! BUT, I trusted it would be available. Besides after purchasing an $800.00 pistol another $35.00 was chump change! He tried to make it right, gave me a free box of 45's which I really appreciated. I get home, open the box, and 8 rounds were missing from the box :( Needless to say I'm disappointed with my local gun shop! I'm all about supporting our LOCAL businesses. I hope this review serves more of a purpose than me being negative. I hope to receive a call from Perry's soon telling me the 410 shells are back in stock :) We will see.

People there aren t nice, they dont greet people come in and have to ask to get help. We came in and they have more staff doing they re own talking but trying to help costumers

I have bought all of my guns here, it's a great place to buy firearms and accessories. HOWEVER! I will say that the customer service aspect leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The people there are a bit blunt and rude, mainly seeming more interested in having their own personal conversations than assisting the customer. Sorta like they are at a cookout with friends or something. Not good salesmen either to be honest, they just seem like if you're not ready to buy now then why talk to you. Perhaps if there was another gun shop within 50 miles of the place with a good stock they would be better, but due to the lack of competition I feel as though they think you have no other option but to buy from them. I give the 3 star because they can get you just about anything you want, but it's feels like a cold environment with judgemental service. And it's not the women in the place, it's mostly the older male sales staff.

Great, friendly service! They have a very impressive inventory. My son found the exact rifle he wanted and I found the exact handgun I was looking for. This was my son s third purchase from Perry s and he highly recommends them. We will definitely be return customers and like supporting locally owned businesses. Thank you Perry s!

First I want to say that I hope Perry s continues to be successful. However it s really disappointing to enter a place of business and none of the staff acknowledges your presence. Well, almost one young lady did say hi, but none of the men behind the counters even acknowledged my presence in the store. Wouldn t have been odd except my wife and I were the only customers in the store. Now I know things in the shooting world are hard to find now, so I was glad to pay $55 for a lb of powder. Imagine my surprise when I found the exact same powder at a gun store in the next town for $40 and the staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe the staff at Perry was having a bad day, I know working on a holiday is a bummer, and profits must be made. But, I really think y all can do better. Thanks and I hope you re in business for decades to come.

I ordered a firearm online from these folks. This order was easy to place and shipping was quick. The firearm arrived in excellent condition. I try to support local shops but couldn't find what I wanted. When I came across this store online, I placed the order.When shopping for a firearm in the future, I will definitely keep them in mind.

Perry's has been around forever. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Not the best phone etiquette, especially if the old man answers lol, but in person they are good people. They keep ammo in stock better than anyone else in the triangle. I've bought more firearms here than anywhere else. Lots of accessories as well. Prices are some of the best you'll find on firearms and accessories in the area. Some things they may be a little high on but others they may be well under average price. If you're in the market for anything firearm related Perry's should be one of your stops!

I purchased online from them. They were so great. Hannah answered all my questions and was very helpful. They definitely went the extra mile for me and the price was great. Finding someone like Perry's is nice since buying online can be intimidating, but they took good care of me.Haven't yet been to the range, so I will update once I've had a chance, but the condition of the item I purchased was spot on, so I'm not expecting any issues.Thanks Hannah and everyone else at Perry's.

I always come here for firearms and supplies. I have been to other places and they are fine, but Perry's is my go-to. Prices are good, staff is nice, and the selection is great. The staff really know what they are talking about and are helpful, they never make me feel stupid for all my dumb questions. Overall it is a great place. If you are in the area, look no further. If you are further away, I assure you it is worth the drive.

Oh my goodness! Perry's is awesome! Great prices. Great service. I'm blown away (no pun intended) by the service. My purchases, I've shopped the prices - most of the time they're the most competitive. Here's the great part - the service after the sale. I've had a shotgun with an issue. It was questionable if it would have been a warranted item. The team at Perry's went to bat and got the manufacturer to do the right thing. I'm a customer for life! They're my friend in the business.

I will start off by saying that I was greeted at the door by a nice older gentleman that held the door open but unfortunately that is the only positive comment that I have. Good customer service is hard to find at Perry's. The staff on hand displayed limited knowledge of products in stock and showed a lack of commitment to my needs as a customer. My intended purchase was AR-15 related and could have been easily satisfied in only a few minutes had he taken the time. I am basing this rating on three visits to this gun shop.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of firearms and accessories. Some of the best prices in a 45 minute radius of RDU. I've checked every firearm shop between Greensboro and Wendell by either calling or browsing their online inventory. Perry's Gun Shop had what I wanted and more. I would highly recommend shopping here or at the very least, give them a call.

I have been doing business with Perry's for at least a decade. I have always found their staff friendly and knowledge. They offer a great selection of guns, ammo, and all the goodies. I purchased my Liberty Safe from Perry's during a sale and have been very happy. Thank you for your selection and service!
