I ordered online, paid online, got an email stating my order was ready, walked in, showed my ID, we checked the order together, gave me a receipt and helped me load it all. Perfect execution.

Absolutely Excellent!!! Employees are very polite,respectful & knowledgeable. I had a $500 order for my 92 Dakota & Cain had everything I needed at the counter by the time I got off work and got there knowing I had a schedule to keep with no room for error I also was able to get a discount of a few bucks off. I will definitely be back for more parts if/when I need!!!!!!Don't go to AutoZone shop O'Reilly's for all you're Vehicle need's Guaranteed!!!

Paul replaced my windshield wiper. He was super friendly and professional. He also suggested that my wipers were not aligned correctly and that s why they were getting caught on each other and snapping. He was super informative and suggested that it shouldn t be a bad fix. Thanks again Paul.

As in a previous post O'Reilly Auto honors all who served by offering 10% discount to veterans. This store like all have employees who are patient and willing to help any way they can. This is my go to place when I'm looking to replace filters in any small Auto related items.

Service was excellent wait time was just a few minutes got the parts I needed and checked out. Total of time that I was there to get what I needed and the help that I needed was 10 to 15 minutes. Great bunch of guys that work there. And I'm thankful for them. Would recommend anyone I know to go to O'Reilly's. Thank you for putting the store and Wendell North Carolina.

Not happy at all with customer service. Went to return some lights with a receipt, No one at counter. While waiting Ron shows up to counter whom I greet and from beginning could tell Ron had a little bit of an attitude. The Rep could not figure out how to return my money and After 6 minute of trying to figure out how he just tells me that he does not have $50 in register to return my cash and tells me to come back later. The only reason I did not ask for manager was bc I had to drop my kid off at school.

A big thank you to Don who installed my new wiper blades just in time before the bottom fell out of the sky during last Friday evening's storms! My driver's side wiper blade had come off going down the highway at the beginning my 5-hour trip to Maryland. So glad O'Reilly was close by...Don was my hero for the day!

Sales lady glad to help with purchase of car battery and then left to help another customer and another NICE employee put it in because she didn't seem to want to. Her 3 stars and him 5 stars, so 4 stars total for store.

They were very rude and condensending to me. I was trying to return a battery and they said it would take 30 minutes to see if it was good and after almost an hour It was still testing so I came back the next day and they said it was good but will not return because it was plugged in before I realized it was starter. Then why did I have to wait for you to test the battery waste my time my gas and you did not even bring me out the battery you still have it because instead of just handing the battery to me when you were explaining to me you want to hold onto it while you take your time and make me wait a half hour to go get it. I don't have the battery and I would rather just leave without my money or the battery than you have to stand there and be patronized. I have always favored oriellys and never had a problem before but I can not believe the way I was treated and that oriellys thinks that it is ok

I purchased two large metric sockets from this store for CV axle replacement on wife's minivan. Unfortunately, I needed deep well sockets to remove the axle nuts, so the sockets I purchased wouldn't work. I tried returning the brand new, unused sockets purchased three days prior, but was informed by *on that "company policy does not allow for the return of tools." I left the store, called the Corporate O'Reilly number, because what I was told by the employee was clearly in contradiction to their corporate return policy. Corporate called the store and spoke with the manager, quickly rectifying the issue. When I returned a few minutes later, the same employee who rejected my return 15 minutes prior then accepted it. He didn't apologize, was relatively polite, but short with his answers. Hopefully this employee can be retrained on both company policy and basic customer service.

Went here for a new battery after my old one died. The clerk recommended a good battery that was on the cheaper side without me having to ask.He even went above and beyond to make sure my parts worked the way it needed to and checked various things on my car without me needing to ask.I even learned what the other problem my car was having while I was there and even my mechanic was surprised he knew what was wrong when he checked.

Condescending staff member really turned me off. She uses fake politeness however her attitude is evident I believe she is one of the managers. Very disappointing and insulting experience.

I work on cars and normally shop at other chain brand store, but I have received great customer service at the store and on the phone when I call them regarding a part that I need. They have several brands to choose on the same product, which I like.
