Really just a stand up crew all around. From Jeff (head of service department) to Ryan (the service manager that took direct care of me), and the service guys that completed the long list of things that needed be addressed. I am super happy with the work and professionalism of these guys. Again couldn t be more satisfied with how I was treated and taken care of. Thank you to the dedicated mechanics and front end staff that made my experience a great one. Keep doing what you re doing!!

I had an excellent experience at the dealership. Henry was our sales representative and he did an awesome job. I originally went to the dealership to purchase a used truck which I did purchase. While there, my wife actually purchased a 2024 Yukon. The folks at the dealership made buying two vehicles in the same day very easy.

Travis my, service rep, is such a great guy and was very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner and they found the cause of the noise in my engine and resolved the issue quickly. I m very appreciative of everyone s kindness and courtesy throughout the process.

I met the new service manager Jeff Smith explained to him some of the concerns I had prior to his new position, Not only was he professional, courteous and respectful, but showed concern about my two issues, he addressed them immediately Jeff is a true asset to your organization. and has restored my faith in the Leith GMC service department.

I was getting my very first oil change on my new vehicle and Travis whom was the person that signed my vehicle in and checked everything was wonderful and then the person that did the oil change, and did everything else for my car to make sure the tires were rotated things like that. I believe his name was Justin but I can t, remember however, I do like the fact that while I was there, I got an text message with a video, showing them video, taping my car and seeing what they did to the car and if there was anything wrong with it, they would let me know when things like that That was very different and unique experience which I liked and everybody was so nice and professional.

Customer Service needs improvement on the Service department side: Upon taking my work vehicle in for service, I initiated to Travis that be sure to contact the fleet company for approval of all the work I suggested needed done along with sending him the fleet maintenance card through email. Days later Travis calls me and say work has been completed but there is a problem. Mentioning to me they have done the work without approval from fleet company. SMH.That s why it s important to pay attention to every customer and the details that are given when getting serviced.While picking up my work truck, the lady at the service pickup window had the worst attitude and handed me my keys and paperwork without pulling my vehicle around or letting me know where I could find my vehicle. I thought usually they pull it under the canopy as a nice courtesy for customers. Because of Travis and this lady I do not plan to use this dealership for service again.

Always timely with appointment time, Service done quickly and services explained. I have never experienced any pressure to sell me something that is not needed and even some things that might be something I should get there is never any pressure.

Victor Perez really helped us out with all of the process of choosing our new vehicle.He knew exactly what we wanted and was really helpful! So the experience of actually buy my truck from them not too bad but....the experience after buy my truck has not been great and here's why. Within a couple days of buying it since it was winter I tried the remote start its a loaded 2022 gmc at4 2500 so remote start come with it well when I pushed the button on the fob or used the app nothing. So I take it to my local dealership and find out it is throwing faults that leith never took the time to clear so I'm on my second service appt to get that fixed that my sales person Victor Perez hasn't even taken the time to call me to see if it has been resolved even though he knows about the situation. Second my 30 day tag was close to expiring needed to know if I could get an extension needed help getting ahold of Ms Barbara (nice lady) to get a new 30 day tag called Victor so he can lay eyes on her and get her to call me back as I was 2 days from it expiring said he was busy but would get her to call me back next morning and never did had to and refuse to hang up till I talked to her before I finally got ahold of her and she told me she was having trouble getting the title because it was an auction truck which was news to me because I was told by another sales person it was acquired through a cash sale from a friend of an employee of the dealership who couldn't afford the payment so all in all they lie and once they get the sale they won't have time for u anymore. So I would go somewhere else next time.

Wife and I got in from vacation on 11/30 and our car wouldn't start at the airport and left us stranded. We've brought this vehicle to LEITH BUICK GMC for every major repair in the past and trusted them to do the same this time around. Sadly, that is not what happened. We had our vehicle towed to LEITH BUICK GMC on 12/1. Ryan Sealy was our advisor. It was diagnosed as a faulty starter and we were quoted $976.00 which seems astronomically overpriced for a 10 year old car. A quick google search show's this should be a $400-$600 repair. We approved the repair and were told the part would need to be ordered and Ryan would let us know when vehicle was ready. We did not receive a response or an update until 12/4. Ryan finally called us on 12/4 and stated he was off 12/3 and our vehicle was put on the back burner for being a tow in/no appointment. He then gave us our update in that same call that the starter was replaced BUT we were hit with an additional issue. OUR CAR STILL WOULD NOT START. Apparently the REAL issue was the car had jumped timing and caused the pistons to crash into the valves thus bending them, so catastrophic engine failure. We obviously declined the $8700-$12,000 quote to replace/attempt to repair the engine, especially after we just replaced the transmission in August that was recommended by this service department. Not only were we blind sided by this huge inconvenience but LEITH BUICK GMC still wanted their money for the misdiagnosed starter. So we still have to pay $950-970 for the starter for a non-driveable vehicle but we were, yet again, not impressed with their service department. Service department was no help whatsoever regarding the cost or answering why we had to pay for something that didn't fix anything. I'm livid, my wife is livid and we cannot begin to fathom paying for a starter that not only did nothing, but was part of the diagnosis for the real issue - the jumped timing chain. This 2.4L motor is notorious for oil consumption and even has a class action lawsuit/TSB for this issue. We were left feeling like we were to blame for not changing the oil enough, when we change the oil every 5000 miles religiously (full synthetic oil). My diagnosis, tech thought this was an easy fix and recommended a starter. When he went to crank and vehicle did not turnover, he called a master tech over who probably easily determined this needed the re-ring TBS/engine replacement. This entire situation has left a bad taste in our mouth, we will not be buying another Chevrolet/GMC/Buick and will not be returning to this dealer or service department ever again.

When I arrived, no one greeted me or even said hello. I stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes before a gentleman finally saw me and helped. After that, I started getting text messages from Brandy but I was already home by this point. Upon picking up my vehicle, Brandy pretended to not see me so I went straight to the cashier's desk, paid and left. This was my 2nd time at this location and I never feel like a valued customer. The customer service is horrible and the pricing is exorbitant. This place is closer than where I usually go but I won't be returning.

I was visiting my daughter out of town my a/c quit working. I called my local place to get an appointment and they couldn t do it until a week from then. I called Leith and Ryan got me in that day and fixed my a/c! He was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Leith!

I received outstanding service from Valerie Mayrant. I initially met her teammate Henry, who is a true professional, he proxyed for her. Valerie made sure I had access to view and test drive the vehicles. I enjoyed working with Valerie and Henry to purchase my Canyon Denali.I am a sedan driver and did not seriously considered a truck until recently, this my first truck purchase and I am very pleased with the look, the drive, and the features in my vehicle.Everyone at Leith Buick GMC in Wendell are top notch individuals. I highly recommend Valerie Mayrant and Leith.

Travis was amazing. I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Travis walked out to meet and greet me and to see how he could help me. I did not have an appointment scheduled. They took me right away. My alignment was done as well as a recall repair that apparently the vehicle needed. I was very pleased with the customer service and repair. I will definitely be heading back there for all my vehicles needs.

We were greeted and assisted and felt at ease. Everyone was polite and courteous . Price was reasonable compared to anywhere else. I was pleased with the way the deal was handled and the overall smoothness of the process. It did take longer than I wanted. But that is the case whenever I have purchased a vehicle at a dealer.

Overall a good experience. Received a call from service about our vehicle's issue. It was misdiagnosed the first time. We received a second call later with the issue that was causing the problem. I think a more extensive diagnosis the first time would eliminate any questions in the future.Communication was good and very friendly staff.

Great service, but was necessitated due to poor service from Hendrick GMC in Cary, NC. The story is I purchased this vehicle new from Hendrick about 6 weeks ago & the check engine light came on as soon as I drove it off the lot. It was determined by Hendrick that the battery was bad. They installed a new battery but apparently did not sufficiently tighten the positive cable to the battery. This ended up causing me to be stranded as the vehicle would not crank & had to get a jump start. Then I took it to Leigh, they discovered the problem & corrected it. Keith is my go to for service.

Ben (Service Manager) and Brandy (Service Consultant) always go above and beyond to help me whether I m in for just a simple oil change or a more complex warranty issue they always go out of their way to make sure I m well taken care of. They get me in quickly, often on short notice, and make sure I m out as quickly as possible and that I m satisfied when I leave.
