Bob Lee was exceptionally easy to work with. Thoughtful in thinking two to three steps ahead during the whole process of the car buying process for my Boss's son's new Ford Bronco. Very honest and transparent pricing. And Darrell Brown took care of them in finance office. Was working on the financing while he was outside of the office. Really impressed by both their work and commitment to getting the deal done.

On March 12, 2024 I was having trouble with my truck not cranking that morning so I carried it by Leith Ford in Wendell NC and met with a service advisor named Alexis and she was glad to help me with my issue.Alexis was able to work me in with no appointment.I just had to leave it with for a few hours to have the battery and all checked out.They were able to give me a shuttle ride back to my office.They contacted me a few hours later and said the battery was good, but they would love to keep it over night to do more testing just to make sure, but I couldn't do that at the time because of my business needing the truck.Johnathan even reach out to me me a few days later to make sure I was going to follow up with the issue I was having and I told I will when I work out my schedule.Johnathan reaching out to me meant a lot to me because it made me think that they care about there customers even with little issues as such as mind.I was able to do that a week a later at my convenience and Jonathan got me right in with no problem.They fixed the issue with a new battery under warranty and contact me the next morning around 8:30am to let me know my truck was ready.I would recommend Leith Ford for there excellent service team to get you taking care of!!

Hunter was the salesperson that helped me with getting my new 2024 Mustang. He was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. My husband bought a car with him a few days before, and we enjoyed our experience therefore when i was looking for a vehicle I wanted Hunter to help. Thank you for the great service. John the service advisor was excellent. He got me in as soon as I arrived they did the Works special which for recommends the price was very reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend taking your car to them.

I had an amazing experience buying my first car here. My salesman Johnny was very kind and helpful and he made the buying process so smooth and easy for me! He also communicated very well as I lived 3 hours away and had the car and forms all ready when I arrived. I definitely recommend buying a car from here especially with Johnny!!

Do not take your vehicle here for service!!I currently own three newer Ford trucks and my experience this morning at Leith Ford in service was by far the worst experience I ve ever had with a Ford dealership. I will be escalating this with corporate management immediately. It is clear that customer service is not important to the dealership and regardless of the severity of the issue you are just another number to them. I buy new work trucks for my company every few years and I can definitely say I will not use Leith Ford in the future and I will pass my experience along to all my clients and advise them to take their business to another area Ford dealership.

Leith Ford In Wendell is amazing. From my order on 9/19/22 for a Ford Maverick to the delivery 11 months later, I am completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend and would certainly buy again from this dealership.

Unfortunately I have to say, if you want a Ford, choose another dealership. 2 stars because, at least I got a good deal on the car when I bought it 3 years ago. I took it back for repair under an extended warranty around 2 years ago - they had the car for 2 weeks and only fixed the most essential issue - and my blend door actuator, a common problem on Fiesta STs, just so happened to go out about 3 minutes after I left the dealer with the car, when it was fine beforehand. They did work in the dash and replaced one of my 12v plugs (the only other thing they got done while they had it) so I'm certain they put it back together wrong; but I didn't even bother complaining because if it takes 2 weeks to replace a single vacuum line I don't want to imagine how long it'll take to fix a blend door actuator. Now, for the 3rd time, I've tried to reach the Ford parts department, and the phone rang for 5 minutes then went back to the main call center for the whole dealership complex. Other times I've been persistent and waited for someone to answer, but I just gave up this time. I'm done trying to do business here. I had an exact Ford parts number and all I wanted to know was if they had it in stock, and if not, could they order one. I wasn't about to go in there 20 minutes before they close to pick up a part. Just disappointing. I love the car so damned much, it sucks that I have to do all the work on it myself because the dealership can't be trusted.

They didn t give us the paperwork before we left; wrote the trade in s VIN number on the 30 day tag; and then sent a regular tag instead of weighted! We have had nothing but a hassle with these people!

I ve brought my truck there 3 times and 2 of the times the repairs that were done we re faulty. First they forgot to put a gasket back in the oil pan so I had a quart of oil leak all over the driveway. They took care of that issue. A/c broke not much longer after that and I got it fixed. Fast forward 6 months I had a cylinder misfire. I bring it in and get my truck back and the ac doesn t work. Surely not just a coincidence so I asked to bring it in. I was told they were open on Saturdays but they don t have ac techs on the weekend. This is my work truck so I can t just let them have it without planning it out. So of course when I got a survey talking about my experience I filled out mostly ones.I finally get there yesterday for my appointment and I was literally getting bombarded by Alex and the team about my 1 star review. Not even to discuss how they messed up 2/3 repairs just the 1 star review. They care more about reviews than quality service.The title they have is service advisor . No customer service skills what so ever. Gotta love the dealership touch. If you have to go to a ford dealership, avoid this one

Avoid this dealership until it's under new management. They failed to make a sale due to poor management. My wife, toddler, and I drove up from Fort Liberty (Bragg), NC (just over an hour) to test drive and purchase a new Ford Bronco; we even went the extra step to secure an appointment with a salesperson and a specific Bronco. The dealership knew we were intent on a purchase, however, their eagerness kept them from simple business practices, such as verifying VINs, prepping the vehicle, and ensuring it was clear for sale. We had test drove the Bronco and spent well over an hour at the dealership before they informed us that the vehicle was unavailable for purchase, as it had an open recall on the hard top. We offered to purchase the Bronco without the hardtop, but they denied that offer. I probably would've paid MSRP, as that SUV had everything I wanted, package-wise.

Misdiagnosed the engine light for a fuel pump in the fuel tank and they were wrong. $1,500 new pump and still the same engine light and problem. Then service department quotes me. $600 to replace a fuel line and after dropping off my truck they call me 4 days later and say the price to fix is now $2,700! Then they call the next day and say that 3 of my fuel injectors are cracked ( the fuel line connects to these same injectors and somehow they got broke after I dropped my truck off). NOW the total bill is $3,700 ! Not $600 which is what I was originally quoted. $3,700 !!! Does this seam like good business practice? It s incompetence and negligence and misleading. I m sure I m not the first person this has happened to at this dealership.

The old fashioned run around place where women are treated as though you don t have two cents to rub together. The man literally said, e stands for electric and hybrid is where you have a battery and gas . I was done at this point and was glad to leave. I was transparent about why I was there and what I wanted to view. I got the let s look at the computer and the whole run around of wasting time.

Unfortunately one star is too much. Took my explorer there for a issue with it shutting off while in park and the panel saying low engine oil pressure.. I asked my advisor for a diagnosis check to tell me why this was happening. Needless to say they never performed the diagnosis check but instead replaced the battery and 2 tires and charged me 1,042. My truck is still having the same issue I originally took it there to check and the person who was my advisor refuses to pick up my calls or return them. At this point my back is against the wall and im gonna have to contact cooprate .

I'm one of those people who are die-hard patrons of many businesses and items. I'm Android, Samsung, and Ford all day. I've owned 10 cars in my life and 7 have been Ford. Ive been bringing my cars to Leith for years. Their service has always been exceptional until covid. I've been having problems ever since. They ramped up on service advisors but not on technicians. Even with having more advisors, the number of times I have to call in order to set up an appointment is ridiculous. Come on Leith we need you all to do better.

I love that Ford came and picked up my car, and delivered it again. It made my time without a car so much easier. They were easy to communicate with, and help with the issues I had on the car.
