I have been so fortunate to have been using Auto Analyst for several years now. From my first referral to call Chris when my wife s van had an electrical failure, to my most recent oil change, his service has been impeccable. He has great communication, arrives when he says he will, and gives you very practical terms as to what is going on with your repair. Not to mention the fact that he comes to you, so there is no need to have to have somebody pick you up or have to wait in a lobby. He s always friendly and is the most knowledgeable mechanic I ve ever been around. Highly recommend him for your next service.

My nephew's car broke down and Chris was at the scene within 45 minutes. He was able to fix the car in less than an hour. I highly recommend Auto Analysts for all your mechanical needs. Chris knows his stuff and he's a good guy who doesn't take advantage of his wealth of knowledge.

20 years of EXCELLENCE!! You wish you had a mechanic as good as mine!! If your not doing business with this man, I highly suggest you switch today!! Chris has been taking care of me and my entire extended family for over 20 years now. He is a master of his craft and has the knowledge and experience that you can trust!! On a personal note, my and wife just had a horrible experience with the Kia dealership in Wendell. Our oil pan had a casting issue and started to leak. It was still covered under warranty. However, these no brained mechanics who clearly work for the warranty company tried to make up reasons not to cover the oil pan. The first thing they said to us was we had to of hit something. BUT, there was no impact site, and the cardboard under the pan was completely still intact. So then they had the audacity to change up there story and try to throw our mechanic under the bus. They were not going to cover!! Chris took time out of his day, and went up there in person, and took all those no brained idiots to school. Next thing I hear was come pick up your car the oil pan had been replaced. Chris is the real deal and he goes above and beyond for his customers. If your reading this review trying to decide on who to go with, just STOP, you have found your man!! You can thank me later!!

We have been using Auto Analysts for years. They have that personal touch and understanding of our family's needs and treat our vehicle like their own. They're reliable, flexible, meet us where we are, and cost competitive. We recommend them to all and will use them for the life of our vehicle.

Where to start. First if you do not use Chris Jacques of Auto Analysts. You are not getting the best person to work on you automobile. My family has used him for many years. He has helped my keep 2 autos running up to and over 300k miles. I don t know many people out there who can say the same.Just recently I knew I was going to finally let 1 go. I used it for work out of state. Well the time came to bring it home from 1100 miles away. 45 minuets into the 16-17 hour drive home the transmission started acting up.I called Chris with an emergency after hours( about 8pm EST). He called me back and gave me some things to do and try just to get it home. Well it worked, at least for the transmission. But it did not just end there. As I got into Alabama my auto just died on the side of the road. I got towed to a auto parts store in the morning. There I found a fuse went bad. But before I got on the road. I called Chris once again just to update him. After he heard what fuse. He told me that something else is wrong and not to get on the highway way until I drive a little. Sure enough within 1 mile the engine started to misfire. So I call him back. He said it was most likely a coil pack.Back to the auto part store to have the code read. And what was it, #1 coil pack was bad.Bottom line. Chris got me home with all my stuff for under $100. And I did look at cost for a rental car one way home. Lowest cost was $750. Chris saved me $650.

They are the best. Chris is very trustworthy and if he can not fix it then it can not be fixed.
