I had an incredibly pleasant experience today when I visited the store. I have to say, Shad is a game changer! His customer service is truly top tier. As soon as my daughter and I walked in, he warmly greeted us. I let him know that we were just browsing, and he didn't pressure us at all. He gave us the space to explore but was always friendly and helpful, especially when we were checking out. He even made sure that I was enrolled in the rewards program. His service was excellent, and because of him, I'll definitely be returning!
